Smallish room in a quaint hotel. Doesn't seem to be handicapped accessible. There are stairs to enter the hotel and stairs to get to the elevator. Staff was helpful at times. Other times they didn't seem to know the area. Hotel is a bit out of the way and a 30 minute walk minimum to any area of interest. Maybe public transportation is available, we just didn't look into it. Biggest complaint was the shower. No curtain and the glass wall on went across the opening. The back of the shower opening was always open allowing the floor to get wet the whole time you're showering (similar to if you had a curtain but kept it half open the whole time). Otherwise, nice place. Little dated but that might be by design. As a tourist, I'd likely stay somewhere closer to the city sites next time.

the GOOD: Great breakfast, and hotel staff very helpful. Nice that they offer amenities such as free coffee and filtered water in the lobby, a billards table/ping pong/lifesize chess to play, chocolate caramels at the reception. We had in issue with the air system in our room the first day and the front desk first tried to fix it with us and then she eventually switched us to another room. the BAD: overall the rooms were a bit dated, our bathroom towel hooks were broken and the comfort+ rooms were VERY cosy,...very little room beyond a bed and bathroom. The UGLY: We had a bug in our bed one of the days, so I took a star off for that.

Very kind staff! Free coffee and water. Snacks and drinks for sale. A yard if the weather is nice. Rooms are spacious, clean and have a French flair. Trams are a couple of blocks away and taxi to city center are ten euro. Neighborhood is upscale and feels safe.

We loved everything about the hotel with one small exception: there are no rooms that are accessible without at least a few stairs -- and some of the rooms have many stairs. The site should alert people that the hotel is not suitable for customers who need accessible facilities.

Made in Louise is an excellent establishment. We stayed in the executive room and it was a beautiful suite that included a large bathtub and plenty of space. The courtyard was a wonderful spot to enjoy a drink and conversation in the evening and the neighborhood was walkable. Ciao Bella was one of the fabulous restaurants close by. We’re looking forward to our next stay!

Excellente maison ! Uns hat das Hotel sehr gefallen. Sehr gemütlich, sehr persönlich und sehr hübsch. Das Frühstück war toll. Die Zimmergrösse war super und auch die Größe von unserem Badezimmer war großartig, auch dass es ein Fenster im Bad gab! Einziges Minus ist die Straße. Es ist zwar eine Nebenstraße, aber eben doch recht hellhörig. Aber mit Oropax ging es ;-)

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, quiet boutique hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is not in the heart of the popular tourist center but is a pleasant 30 minute walk away. It is also a short walk to a subway station for trips to airport, rail station or attractions on the outskirst of the city. Particularly appreciated was the good A/C on a 100 Degree day! The breakfast was additional cost but was very good and conventient. Recomend this lodging and would stay again.....

Good little hotel. Clean quiet and comfortable. Close to Louise Street for shopping. We stayed in room 23 which had room darkening shades (one missing) and shutters no AC and no elevator. Got a little sticky one night, but not too bad because we were there in September. Breakfast available but we did not try it. Great staff

So enjoyed Made in Louise - a little off the main track but that was why it was special. Excellent breakfast. Very quiet.. great feel. Staff were excellent. I would come again. Does require some walking to get to main streetcar line but it is very pleasant. Thankyou

Sehr schönes Hotel mit äußerst zuvorkommendem und freundlichem Personal. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch in zentraler Lage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Really pleased with our decision to stay at Made in Louise. It is a charming small hotel just outside the centre of the city but very accessible. We used an Uber to get to and from the Eurostar station but used the trams and buses while there. The nearest stop is just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is situated on a quiet street in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a huge bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities were not available in the room but freely available from the cafe bar behind reception. The bathroom had a bath and separate walk in shower. Shampoo and shower gel are provided but not conditioner which seemed a bit odd. The towels were not as luxurious as might have been expected. There was a good breakfast buffet available each morning and pastries and coffee available all day. Very good quality and served with courtesy and charm. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly, helpful and informative. I would definitely choose to stay there again if I return to Brussels... it's definitely one to recommend!
