Great location right on the Bund, stylish facility. Room is spacious, big bathroom and even has a walk in closet. Delicious breakfast. The afternoon high tea is ok. The chinese restaurant is dispointing, the food taste so so and the dishes are not traditional shanghai style.

Conveniently located at the end of the walking street and across from the bund. But inconveniently located if you arrive by car. Food options are so so. To be able to enjoy a piece of history and hospitality is a privilege. I would recommend it.

The breakfast was really good, but insanely expensive. We had a room for 4 plus a toddler, yet the room only offered 2 breakfasts. Adding another was almost $38 per person per day!

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location. Would recommend the Gold level. Very good Gold lounge. Good canapés, afternoon tea and breakfast. Excellent service. Evanta was lovely and Max really stood out helping us with our questions and planning. He spoke perfect English and was really helpful.
