The room seemed damp from the air conditioning. The carpet in the room could use a shampooing. The sign said heated pool but it most definitely was not, and the sauna did not work. But it was a cheap room to stay in. We did not spend much time there since we were on vacation and were busy on the go.

This was our second time staying here and both times was excellent. Front desk staff was phenomenal and very friendly. Rooms and entire hotel is always clean and well kept, inside and out. Pool was perfect even while it was snowing outside. Coffee and breakfast was top notch.

Good hotel that's clean and relatively quiet. Decent breakfast- I've had worse. Warmer pool than most too. Right in the middle of all the tourist attractions before Gatlinburg, only 10 minutes away. I would come back again next time down here.

Fitness center was accessible only to tenants in rooms. Overall a good stay experience. What I didn't like about the hotel, was that the pool was not open. And no where in their website stated that the pool was under renovation. The reson why i stayed there was because i have stayed there previously and wanted to experience the pool feature once more to celebrate my son's 15th birthday. We were so disappointed when we learned the pool was closed.

I called and asked if pool was open before booking. I was told yes. At check in I was not informed that the pool was not in service. Went to go swimming and it was closed. Convenient to everything. More lighting is needed around the building. Tub & shower curtains needed cleaned. Ants in room and large bugs. Roaches I assume.Noticed them coming in the back entrance. The room doors didn't seem to have seals under them so bugs could have crawled right in. To top it off the ice bucket had black mold in it.

The hotel looked recently updated; however, only cosmetic changes were apparent. The room carpet was apparently cleaned recently (they were cleaning other rooms during our stay) but the cleaning process left a lot of moisture in the carpet, and the AC unit could not keep up with reducing the moisture. Consequently everything felt damp the entire week (7/21-7/26/24) we were there, and bare feet or socks would get damp, and our friends room was the same. The wet carpet was very disappointing. The breakfast was good and things were mostly clean… however, when walking around in our room with damp feet from the floor I noticed I had black hair stuck to my feet … but none of us had black hair!

When we arrived at 4 our room was ready. When we opened the door to our room the smell of mold and mildew about knocked us over. We went back to the front desk, they didn’t hesitate to switch us room. The second room was a lot better as far as the mold and mildew smell but the moisture in the room made everything wet feeling. The room was clean. Don’t expect housekeeping to make bed during your stay. All they did was put in fresh towels and take out garbage. We had a stand up shower and so the floor stayed wet because of the drain.

The hotel itself was clean and the staff were very nice; and they were constantly seen cleaning or vacuuming the floors. The pillows were awful so definitely bring your own, and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. The shower had plenty of water pressure and the water stayed hot. We had a problem with the first room we were given; it smelled heavily of propane from the fireplace and the phone in the room didn’t work; but a short 30 minutes later, once maintenance determined it couldn’t be “fixed” we were given a new room. The included breakfast is better than most hotels. Overall a great deal but they really should invest in better pillows & mattresses. We hardly slept the entire night through because of how bad the bed & pillows were. Other than that; not a lot of complaints here.

My husband, myself, my grown daughter and two grandchildren stayed in the large spacious family room with a king bed and a queen bed. It had a refrigerator, not the smallest not the biggest and very nice bathroom, amenities plenty of towels. It was very spacious. Felt like we had room to breathe. Would definitely stay there again.

A HUGE Shoutout to...Ms. SAMM and all the Staff is the best! I recommend booking a Suite... it is worth the extra space. Breakfast was truly one of the best there was something different everyday of our stay, and I must mention the water pressure for the shower is pretty good! OverALL a Great Stay!

We always stay at Ramada Inn North when we go to Pigeon Forge. Great place to stay. Comfortable beds, clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff from front desk the the cleaning service and can't forget the servers at breakfast. They try to keep food in supply and wash down tables after someone leaves so the next guest will have a clean table to eat at.

Our overall stay was good. The staff was rude from day 1 when we checked in to when we checked out. The guy who checked us in was unwelcoming when we arrived, and the lady who checked me out seemed annoyed when I greeted her. For the money we paid to stay, you would think the staff would be welcoming. I understand that we all have bad days, but geesh, the entire staff looked miserable.

When calling the Ramada about our reservation Brittany was amazing. She had our best interest for the best price. We were always greeted when approaching the front desk. Sammy was so upbeat and friendly, it was so uplifting to have such friendly staff. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!!

We stayed here for our Christmas trip. They were very accommodating to our needs and requests. Hotel is on the parkway so can be noisy but we took white noise machine and used fans for noise control. The hotel is only three floors. Breakfast area is nice and very accommodating. Staff was excellent in everyone we spoke with and met. Definitely a nice clean hotel.

The gazebos were nice. Lots of common space to gather if with a group. Concierge was never there; even the times we were told he'd be there. Made a special trip back to the hotel to get free tickets for The Island...not there. The juice machine was broken first day during breakfast. Front desk staff not as customer service oriented as I would expect and what I am used to. The pool didn’t look "right" to any of us. Shower was clean but looked dirty due to rust stains. Rooms need to be remodeled. Bed was not comfortable. Some kind of weird frame that flopped at the bottom. A/C was not on so it was extremely hot in our room when we arrived. Luggage cart seemed as if it could fall apart...didn’t roll very good. Breakfast was pretty good. Probably won't stay there again, but I am sure there are worse places. I felt like all of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was pretty run down.

we enjoyed our stay. The second floor was nice. I think there was a large group staying on our floor that did get a little loud. It wasn't a bother to us, but I can't speak for the rest of the visitors. The breakfast was good, but adding Bacon would make it excellent. The hotel was the perfect distance from Dollywood. It was easy to get to. My daughter counted all the accidents that happened on the busy street in front of the hotel.
