I feel as though when it is that hot outside the ac did not keep up and we kept blowing the breaker when running fan and ac at the same time.

The apartment is in excellent condition, the area is quiet (except for some neighbors), however, the Wi-Fi was weak (after 10 pm it completely disappeared). Also, one of the minuses - when turning on many electrical appliances (especially the air conditioner) - the electricity went out and it had to be turned on again in the hallway.

This was a good place to stay the host is amazing and always answers questions or deals with concerns on the spot. The check in process was super easy and quick as well as check out. The property was not overly clean however it was acceptable. Overall this was a good experience and a great stay.

Kitchen table was broken upon arrival and dust buildup underneath furniture (bed, couch) was a lot but besides that the apartment was in great condition, communication was great, all questions were answered almost immediately via email and overall stay was amazing. Would definitely rent this property again.
