マニラは100回以上行きましたが星3つのホテルに泊まるのは初めてです。古い建物ですが予想以上のホテルでした。建物が古いのでエアコン設備は古い物が多いのですが常に部屋や通路などメンテナンスをしているので思った以上に綺麗でした。朝のプールスタッフは綺麗好きで常に掃除をしてます。プールの大きさは、縦25m幅5m程度1階に有りトイレとシャワー室は改修後なので綺麗でした。

部屋のKeyが昔ながらのKeyでCardKeyならなおよかっかと… ９階に滞在しましたが口コミにあったようにエレベーターが８階までしかなく９階には階段で行かなければならず普段はさほど気にならないのですが荷物があるとちと厄介でした。部屋は結構な広さがあり快適に滞在できました。

施設は古めだけど掃除は行き届いていて清潔。ただ部屋のエアコンはうるさく、温度調節や風量調節は効かないのと、部屋にティッシュが置かれていなかった点はイマイチ。朝食会場の場所の案内がなくよくわからなかったが、スタッフに聞いたら丁寧に教えてくれた。プールの場所もよくわからなかったが、特にプールに入るつもりはなかったので問題ではない。ジムは部屋が暗くて設備も古く、誰も使っていない。ホテルの立地的に周辺は不労者、物乞い等が多く治安はよくない。昼間の明るいうちは徒歩で出歩けるが、夜間の移動はGrab必須。

Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Close and short walk to Robinsons Mall. Floors were so clean they were slippery and a slip hazard though. No tea towel to dry dishes, and cloth provided to wipe down benches was actually a flannel/face washer!! 24hour front desk availability was a great service, and staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Even though the hotel is on the older side, it did not disappoint us. The rooms are large and spacious. The room had a separate living room and kitchen from the bedroom space. It had a full kitchen with cooking utensils. An great stay for the price. The area is centrally located with convenience stores and mall within walking distance.

I booked a 7 night stay. I had to pay extra upon arrival for an early checkin. I was given a room directly beneath a room undergoing major renovations. The sounds of jack hammers were so loud that you could not hear the television. Was it because i was black? After the forth night i finally requested to be moved. Late that evening they called to say that they had a room for me. Other than that, the staff was polite and the room was well maintained.

I like the fact that I was able to check in early, however, I was given a room that had constructions happening above it and beside it. I couldn’t get a good rest or sleep because of the constant noise during the day and even at night. Also, the gym was outdated, equipment were not functioning and unsafe for use. The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful though when I needed help with transportation and assistance.

Front office staff tried to ask me check out now instead our confirmed date on 30th because his friend is the one who recommended this hotel for parking so i can drive him anywhere Security guard is not nice to say without explaining. I never come agian .

Everyone including the security guards are so nice and polite. They have all known me since I've been staying in this suite for the last 9 years. The manager cares about the hotel clients. Manager and staff are always smiling that makes my day goes by quickly.

Very close to Robinson mall. Spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, attentive staff and close to transport if needed. Area is a bit iffy as the street is not very clean. There are homeless people nearby but this is the norm all over Manila and not a concern at this place - just something to be aware of.

This was a safe haven in a rough area. 2-3 minutes walk to a big Robinsons Mall. Easy walk and transport to Rizal Park and the fort. Great pool, security. Fab Korean Restaurant near by, left 3mintures walk.

Location was good, walking distance to main attractions and a shopping mall right in front. But the surroundings were not so good: dirt and homeless. Staff members were really friendly and helpful and free breakfast was good. Building is old but well maintained and room was huge, more like an apartment. Unfortunately comfort was terrible. Mattress need urgent replacement and there was a construction happening in front of our window which was very difficult to rest due to excessive noise until 11:30PM and starting 6AM! Even on weekend. Overall a fair stay.

Great location if you are visiting Intramuros, Fort Santiago, and the nearby museums and park. The room was spacious however, the AC was a bit loud. Nearby area has many options or food and shopping.

This hotel is very convenient and safe as far as I'm concerned, whether I need to take LRT or need a cab. It is also close to the Robinson's mall, where I can shop and buy food during my stay. The area is well lighted that I wasn't worried when returning back to my room in the evening. The security guards did a good job of always watching the in and out of the hotel guests. That's why for the last 8 years, I've always made my reservations without any second thought.
