Nobu Hotel Atlanta

The first room had a view of Phipps Plaza.. I requested to change to other side with a nicer skyline view. The pool was closed. The room never warmed up so I had to text the front desk, but they sent someone out pretty fast to fix it. Everything else was just great! I enjoy staying here

Beautiful hotel with great room service. Easy self park below the hotel at no cost. The gym is fantastic.

Third time staying here. Had a wonderful stay. Very clean. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Love the rooftop pool.

We spent the weekend here for my husband‘s birthday. It’s a beautiful Asian inspired hotel. They have free parking. Valet is available and the Porsche and driver are available. The only downside is there’s only two Porsche automobiles for the whole entire hotel. We could not get a ride when we wanted to. It would have been nice, but it wasn’t a huge deal because we drove our car. Upon arrival, received tea and a nice hot towel to clean our hands. We had a beautiful view of the city and the room was spacious for two people. It’s walking distance to Phipps Plaza so get ready to do some amazing shopping or at least window shopping. 😮

Loved the hotel. The staff was amazing. The pool area is nice but can get very crowded and loud. Nobu restaurant is amazing ❤️❤️❤️

Modern and well-located in Buckhead. The room was stylish and very comfortable, and the rooftop & pool was a definite highlight. Check in Staff were friendly and helpful. My only downside was that the perks I was supposed to have during my stay were not offered. Still, a luxurious stay overall.

The front desk and rooms were very nice along with the pool. The bar at the pool wasn't open so that kind of made for an inconvenience. The fact that of the extras costs associated with certain things kind of bothered me.

Charming and convenient. Not a regular chain hotel with wide lobbies or crowds. The restaurant is the hot spot. No SPA service.

We chose to stay at this property because of the car service advertised online that states to & from a destination. It’s only to your destination & you have to arrange your own return to the hotel. The night we stayed the car service was inoperable & they don’t have any backup. To add, there wasn’t always someone at the front desk & the a/c in the room was barely working. Not the best stay for a 5 star property.

I’ve heard this hotel get a lot of hype and I see why. If a hotel has a nice gym I’m sold. The gym has all you need to get a great workout in for all muscle groups. I loved the close proximity to the mall. The staff were friendly and offered a room upgrade upon check-in which got me a free bottle of wine. The room was spacious and comfy. A one night stay here wasn’t enough so I’ll be back.

Rooms are very nice and have all the amenities but the water runs out of the shower and the soap dispenser not operable.. For the amount you pay for the room and a $200 incidental you want at least the soap dispenser to work..

Overall, an amazing property. Luxurious and clean. The staff were amazing.

Let’s start with the positive - the location is AMAZING! And the people who work here are nice. Everything is beautifully decorated. Now the not so good - late check out is $150 (laughable). Our bathroom was clogged upon arrival and water wouldn’t go down. Cleaning must have noticed this as it had water pooled in it upon arrival. The sheets had small stains on it and there were holes in the sheets too! Is this a 5 star Nobu you see in other countries? Ummm no.

Overall ok stay, however find chewing gum on my bed.

The staff is courteous which was the only good thing about my visit. I had to change rooms immediately after checking in due to the bed sheets were dirty! Lots of brown stains on the sheets. The second room that I was given had a dirty toilet with either blood or feces on the toilet seat. The shower walls were dirty and the grout has black mold. I asked for housekeeping to come clean yet they never showed up at any time during my stay. I’ve stayed at Nobu ATL several times before and never had a bad experience. This time was horrible due to the dirty rooms. I guess the quality of this hotel has gone down since it first opened. I won’t be staying at this hotel again!

The room had wobbly sink fixtures, curtain not on track and overall average feel. There were stains here and there and just not a luxurious experience!

The shower was not clean - there was a lump of hair on the wall.

The employees were very kind and diligent. The floors in our room weren’t very clean. I found a random earring on the floor which is kind of gross. And the showers weren’t well designed. The floor doesnt have a drain, so when you shower the bathroom floods.

This hotel was not quiet or relaxing at all. We heard every noise from outside of the hotel to the rooms next door. Very disappointed. We haven’t had a good night sleep since we checked in. The best part of the hotel is how clean and beautiful design it looks. I would not recommend if you’re trying to relax.

Haven’t been to Atlanta in awhile. Hotel was amazing minus the beds as they were not comfortable at all. Everything else (location, food, shoppijg, walkability, accomodations pool, gym, etc) was perfect. We will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel! The only thing I didn’t like was the noise in the room at night. We could hear the fridge making noises, weird ticking noises, and the toilet and pipes running from upstairs. Other than that, a great stay!

Too much noise

Where to start…. All the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful…5 star. Room…divided into lounge area and bedroom. The lounge area had a wide selection of beverages…both alcohol and non-alcohol. I could not find a price list anywhere….the coffee service was below the array of alcohols and poorly lit. It had a pot for tea and a Nespesso machine with tiny cups. No instructions but with such a dark area it would be risky to use. The lounge area also contained the closet. Two deep drawers at the bottom of the hanging area and a shelf and space above as well as the safe. Not a very good setup for anyone to place clothes,etc. The safe was also in the closet. Poorly lit. No dresser or any real area for putting on makeup, etc. In either the bedroom or lounge area. A very small desk and chair with the phone and TV controller. The bed was soft and too low if one has problems standing up from a low sleeping position. The bathroom had the best lighting but the small vanity had two bowls so close together there was no room for much in the way of shaving gear, hair dryer,etc. No Towel bars, just a couple hooks in the shower. No spare TP roll………Almost forgot…two tiny nightstands by the bed with very large lamps…no room to put much on them either. Needless to say, It is not very likely I’d return even with such a great group of employees. There are issues requiring a more intelligent process for outfitting a hotel room

The set up was different and neat, I hate they didn’t have a full size mirror or clock in the room. The beds and commode was too low for my husband. He has a history of back surgery. otherwise, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was exceptionally nice and pleasant

Great property. We did have an issue with our tv connecting to our phone through their google app. And it was never fixed. They said they were going to send an engineer to look at it but no one never came. The hotel is nice though.

Ramadan was hospitable and personable! Only down side was the noise coming from the bathrooms. I was initially in room 218 then switched to room 321! Both rooms (bathrooms) were noisy which kept me from getting a good nights rest! I felt like there was someone in the bathrooms with all of the clicking and clacking that occurred. Pool area was nice as well. It would have been nice to have service at the pool lounge chairs instead of having to walk back and forth to the bar! When dressed in swimwear you don’t want to be on “display” as there were men clearly taking vidoes! Overall the hotel location and aesthetics were superb!

The staff and hotel were amazing. The floor in the room wasn’t the cleanest but everything else was good. The biggest issue was being able to hear EVERYTHING. When someone went in and out of their room, the other rooms TV, people talking in hallways. Just very loud.

Service at the hotel was good, especially the Porsche driver. We did have an issue with our mini-fridge not working and also the shower made an annoying squealing sound. Other than that, the room and hotel was very nice. Great area to stay in with lots of good restaurants nearby.

From the moment you arrive at the Hotel you are greeted by a friendly, helpful staff. The concierge Darren was the best as he took me to dinner in the Hotels private vehicle. The hotel check-in was smooth and the receptionist, Miguellina went above and behond to accommodate me. Highly recommend this hotel to amyone who wants to stay at a 5 Star Hotel with an amazing restaurant, Nobu in the lobby.

Service was disappointing. There was a $150 fee for early check in. The shuttle was consistently late. The front desk Sunday was clearly bothered at the request for a late check out. Buffet on Sunday was excellent however I would not stay here again.

First there is no doorman at the front ever! Sometimes a valet but never a doorman to help with your luggage! Second, the hotel alarm went off and told everyone to evacuate the hotel early Monday morning. Guest were running all over the hotel and no one working from Nobu gave us ANY instructions! I went to the front desk and one man was on the phone and the other lady was registering a new quest! So I said in my PJ's what is going on! The man behind the desk says, "it's a false alarm." So my husband called my cell because he went to the garage and said people were running around in their under garments and there was no one from the hotel in site! So I told him that it was a false alarm and my husband had to tell the other guest! So when I returned to my room I called the manager and she made excuses for their incompetence stating, the alarm did not go off at the front desk only in the rooms. I explained to her that 5 star hotel means offering high quality service period! I explained to manager that her staff was fully aware of the alarms because the guy behind the desk was answering the phone telling guest calling that it's a false alarm and I had to interject and ask what is going on! So that was not the truth! I told her that your guest's safety is your # 1 priority and that there should be a door man at the door! Nobu is NOT a 5 star hotel! If guest safety & quality service are important then stay at the Ritz or 4 Seasons for the same price! Just a MESS! I won't return!

Terrifying stay. So much so that I only stayed one night out of my two night stay. I was staying on the 2nd floor on Thursday night and from midnight to 4am there was a man in the hallway in regular clothes very loudly using what looked like a vacuum (through my peep hole). He was using what seemed to be a universal key card on doors down the hallway. I could hear doors opening and shut as he came in and out of my peep hole view. He came to my door and tried the card. The door unlocked (I could tell by the sound) but he could not get in, as it was dead-bolted. I called downstairs to the front desk and they completely blew me off. The woman at the desk stated that she would call maintenance. It seemed like more of a security issue to me. I was up all night, door baracaded, paralyzed by fear and I look back knowing that I called the police but I froze. I felt as though the hotel may have been in the know as the person had a universal key card and the front desk paid me no mind, so out of fear, I left the property quietly in the next morning and never went back for my second night of the stay. If you are a solo female do not stay here.

Bella @ Nobu exceptional service very much so accommodating to my daughter and I . Provided smooth Check in and Porsche car service within 3 mile radius to our Salon appt across the street and smiled non - stop. Melvin was also one to brag about, as well. He handled our bags with care and drove us with ease. Miguellina provided a professional and gracious check out. Vernon at Valet was also so kind and thanked us for our stay as we waited for our Uber to the airport. This was a short weekend trip, but we will be back soon hopefully this summer for a longer stay next time. 323

Fantastic stay from beginning to end. Professional and courteous staff

Staff when we arrived were great very helpful and friendly. Saturday night called for ice to be delivered to room never came. When we checked out on Sunday the staff member at the desk acted like she was mad that I was there. This is a higher end hotel and can't afford to be hit or miss. I hate it because I really like this place but I believe I will try somewhere else for awhile.

I think the customer service from the desk team could be better. The parking and bell teams were very professional!

Nothing worked—staff way overmatched for their simple duties. WI-FI didn’t work, TV died, they couldn’t text or email a simple Valet ticket, room didn’t get made up without asking (twice). Even had horrible service at the NOBU restaurant which we looked forward to so much having been to 5 others around the world—in fairness when we went back the next night and explained the bad experience to the manager he was horrified and took very good care of us. Staff both at the restaurant and hotel just not capable. Not the NOBU standard operation. Sad

The outdoor valet staff was incredible. The front desk staff was not knowledgeable or helpful. They couldn’t answer questions or provide recommendations. Overall the property was nice, but offered a less than average experience

Excellent location

Can’t beat the location but it can be awkward to got to after 10pm because multiple entrances to the mall are closed so you only have a couple options to try and get to the hotel. The rooms are clean but there is always issue with something like loose toilet seats, sinks that don’t drain properly sometimes, toilets not flushing thoroughly, etc. nothing major, just slightly inconvenient. The valet app doesn’t always work correctly and end when they do the valet doesn’t always pay attention to the signal to retrieve the car. We will always choose this hotel over any other in the area for the price and location and amenities.

Loved our stay at Nobu. The hotel is beautiful, clean & the staff was great! Though it was very tricky to find. It took us a minute to understand where the hotel was located.

I like the convenience of the location to many things in Buckhead.

The hotel is basically in a mall. Not a great location.

Great location! Easy access to shopping mall

This was our second stay at Nobu. We love it, it is a little pricey but worth it. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was spectacular. I was upgraded to a suite and it was super roomy. I definitely recommend it and will stay again.

I had a very pleasant stay at Nobu. The property was very peaceful and quiet, which I appreciated. The room was very spacious and well designed. I enjoyed a few nights of really great sleep on the king size bed, and the layout of the bathroom was spacious as well. Breakfast is available for purchase at Nobu restaurant but it’s pretty baseline breakfast. Nothing too impressive. The staff at the restaurant and Nobu hotel are very attentive and polite. I received great service in both. I also appreciated that the hotel is located right across the street from Phipps mall if you want luxury shopping , a three minute drive to Lennox mall if you want additional shopping as well. I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

Amazing overnight stay. Hotel was immaculate and very impressive. Top notch customer service from all employees. Only slight I’d say is Nobu is the only restaurant they have & if you’re not into that you’ll have to seek food elsewhere.

First the hotel its self is beautiful. My girlfriend and i stayed here one night while visiting friends in GA. We had reservations at Ecco but since our flight was delayed we missed it. So we decided to stay in and dine at the restaurant (Nobu). In my opinion the food was good but does not match the price point. 2 drinks, 2 meals and a cut sushi roll with tip was $218.00. We dine often here in Tampa and Saint Pete. At restaurants that are much nicer and leave feeling we hadn’t wasted our money. Not the case here we left hungry and disappointed in the service. The portions were incredibly small more like tapas. We don’t mind spending money on good food but honestly Nobu was ok but definitely not worth the money.

Nobu was pretty good. Because it was ranked five stars, I would have thought a few items would have been better. For example, the drinks by the pool were made by an inexperienced bartender and were very, very expensive relative to the amount of alcohol inside of them. Additionally, the expensive hors d'oeuvres we had sent up from the restaurant. We're so uninspiring that we decided not to go to the restaurant that night. It was clean and romantic, and we enjoyed the hot towel and tea service upon entry, but relative to some nearby four-star hotels, it's just about equivalent if not a little bit short of that standard.

The hotel itself is very nice and centrally located. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is good but expensive. If I have a criticism, it is the hotel bar. The staff were unfriendly to the point of being rude.

My stay was nothing short of amazing! DeAudra and Bella were absolutely amazing as well, making check-in and check-out of the Nobu hotel a breeze. I also enjoyed a nice lunch and dinner experience at the Nobu restaurant. 10/10

Only thing I would request for Nobu to work on is their in room food options. The menu is very limited after 10:30 PM and the only food options are kind of bars and Pringles in the snack area of room. Also to expand the in room dining menus for lunch and dinner as it is only the NOBU restaurant options available. Otherwise, it’s my favorite hotel to stay in!
