Sanctum International Serviced Apartments

Apartment was spacious with a well provisioned kitchen including a washer dryer. It is located close to tube stations with a supermarket and a Starbucks close by. The apartment interior is very dated and quite loud. The Wi-Fi connection was not great and dropped out frequently. Would not call this a luxury apartment and wouldn’t stay here again - I have stayed in better in London in the same price range

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property is 30 mins from central London, but tube station is close by and buses run right out front. Would stay again.

Very nice. Had AIR CONDITIONING during a London heat wave. Loved having 3 distinct areas to sleep in. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. Easy to hop on the tube (2 nearby). Tesco next door was great, as was Gregg’s. Wish they would have had paper towels….

Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious and came with some basics in the kitchen area. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean, light, had plenty of space and a good shower. Staff were ever present and always opening doors, helping with luggage etc.

This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. Everything about the Sanctum was exactly the same. Clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a 3x3 due to the size of our family and it worked out cheaper having the convenience of a kitchen, washer dryer and all of us in one place. The location is easy walking distance to the Tube, local shops, pubs and restaurants. When ‘Lulu’, our 10yr olds teddy went missing in the apartment the staff searched everywhere and recovered her in the bedding in the basement. They took it seriously and understood the importance of Lulu. We look forward to staying with them again.
