Our stay here went very smoothly. We were contacted ahead of our check in date to confirm the time of our arrival. We were able to leave our bags with reception until our room was ready and the staff went out of there way to accommodate some of our needs. The room was clean and the stay was very comfortable. Communication was above and beyond!

It was good starting place on our 6 week vacation throughout Europe. The elevator was nice to have on site. Air conditioning worked well. Front desk people were attentive but they do leave at 6pm. There can be some street pub noise but nothing that a good set of earplugs couldn’t fix. Would recommend this place to other people who are interested.

Conveniently located a short walk to Edgware Rd tube and walkable to Paddington. Clean, quiet apartment with easy entry and checking in/out. Very friendly and efficient reception staff. Towels changed daily and lovely welcome pack of soft and alcoholic drinks and two snacks. Beds not super comfortable but ok. Everything worked ok. Full length mirror would have been helpful but bathroom good otherwise. Good value for amenities and location. Lift a bonus as was Tesco express just round the corner.

The people at the reception desk her very nice and helpful. The elevator broke on the day we were leaving so we had to carry all our luggage down the stairs and over bags filled with laundry. Other than that, it was a great experience!

Excellent Stay at London Paddington Apartments. I received a message to see what time I was arriving, dropped my bags off and headed out. Apartment was 303 which was at the top with a spacious bedroom area and sitting area with kitchenette, dining table, tv and shower room. It was spotless! Spacious and friendly staff. Much better than a hotel room. Kitchenette was compact, I didn't use it but had a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and utensils. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay. We were visiting just for one night, but thanks to the apartments taking your bags from 9am on arrival day and until 9pm on departure we had managed to get a full weekend in. Lots withing walking distance as well. We will be back.

Really good sized room considering what’s the norm in the area. We had a King sized bed with side tables on either side and still a little more space on the sides. There was also a desk, a little kitchenette with a sink, microwave, kettle and fridge, a closet and plenty of space for bags (we had 2 big ones and one small) I also appreciated having air conditioning as it was summer time. Only issues were that the TV remote was a little finicky, and the wifi was really slow. I believe they were doing some upgrades to the wifi during my stay though so this was probably a temporary issue.

The location was excellent for our needs as it’s close to Paddington. The welcome was good and the property looked after our cases until we arrived around 5.30. The room was clean and tidy. However there are a few negatives I must mention: for an ‘apartment’ not to even have spoon or stirrers for tea / coffee was to drop a star. The dribble of water into the sink was pathetic, good job the shower worked well but how do hotels always manage not to put a hook in a bathroom? Not to mention the lighting, why oh why to hotel rooms have such poor lighting. Second star dropped. Oh except for the one light by the door that did not have an off switch ( even when removing the power card). This was so annoying. Maybe a third star should go?

We had a fine stay, but will not be back. These apartments are great in theory, but are not fully stocked to actually be functional. There was a microwave and some dishes to use. There was a small hob with a few pans, but no cooking utensils to actually use them. We stayed nearly a week and asked for a change of towels after day 3 and were told no. With nowhere to wash said towels...that was not a good answer. Overall, fine if your goal is a place to stay to avoid a traditional hotel. Not a great aparthotel option for an extended period without a way to cook or do washing.

The staff at both check in and check out were super lovely. The apartment was spacious and had lots of natural light which was nice. Unfortunately the condition of the unit was sub standard, with lots of wear and tear and questionable construction in places. The cleanliness was also not quite up to standard. The bed was super hard, and most of the lights in our unit we could not get to work. Overall there is lots of potential but they need to improve quite a bit.

Friendly welcome and easy check-in. Accommodation was clean and comfortable if a bit worn in some places (cigarette burn on sofa bed) and also had a bit of a smell! Overall a very pleasant stay for a night.

There was a warm welcome, the room was large and clean but. Too hot, could not open windows, A/C didn't work, the bathroom had issues with the drainage and the smell was bad, I left an item in the fridge, it was worth a lot of money and I have called within an hour of leaving and spoke to the cleaner and the manager, (one and the same person) and they insisted 'it wasn't there' If these negatives were addressed it would be a good stay.

Staff were friendly and visually the property is decorated nicely and is clean. However, the air on doesn’t work and the windows don’t open, the rooms are stifling. The toilet blocks and the shower didn’t drain. You can hear everything inside and outside the room. The remote controls don’t work even after the batteries were changed and there seemed to be tonnes of switches, for the life of me I have no idea what they were operating because I still couldn’t get the light to switch on above the bed.

I stayed at Paddington Apartments for one night. When booking on hotels.com, the room that appeared in the photos (while selecting which one I want to book) first didn’t match the same photo as the room I got in my email confirmation after booking. Upon arrival I found out that none of the rooms were the ones I was given. The bed was comfortable and there was enough towels as well as some free drinks and a few snacks. However, the cleanliness of the room wasn’t great, especially the bathroom, flooring and tiles all didn’t look clean enough. There were some free small toiletries but the soap dispenser in the bathroom only had a small amount of soap left. It was hard to open the old windows, the air in the room felt very stuffy, there were stains and cracks on the walls and overall the room just didn’t look as great as in the photos. The price was decent for the area but I have to say that next time I’d rather pay a bit more than coming back. I thought I found a hidden gem judging by how the accommodation appeared in photos - very clean, modern and with interesting design. But I have to admit I was disappointed. Stayed for one night due to a concert at Wembley, never used an apartment before as usually go to hotels but surprisingly this was the cheapest option! There were 2x packs of crisps, 2x bottles of water 2x cans of Pepsi, 1x KitKat and 1x small bottle of rose prosecco of which were complimentary waiting for us, I found this a nice welcome treat. The bed was massive and the mattress comfy which for me was great, I had a good nights sleep and the curtains blocked out all light. The TV had basic viewing channels which was fine and all amenities worked, there was also complimentary soaps and body wash/shampoo for the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and there was a fridge, kitchen, iron, ironing board, sink etc in the main room which were also ideal (I didn’t use any of these but they looked in good condition to me). Personally I found this better than some hotels I have been to and I would go again, this was also in a decent area.

Good location and staff were friendly but the room was tired and grubby. Air con and more than half the lights didn't work. Windows rattled all night and you could hear constant banging around from the room upstairs. Good location for getting around but noisy area and windows were rubbish so you could hear people talking on the street outside. Typical London prices with very little quality.

Well connected position for all things Central London. Paddington Station very close. The rooms were hot, and the bathroom had no exhaust fan. There was a window but unable to open. Window in room did open but not enough air circulation to cool it down. Beds ok. Pillows a bit flat, lift. Friendly, cheerful staff. Very good position and not a bad sized room.

The room was great, clean and spacious. I loved that it had a full length mirror and a lot of storage space. Had two tables which was great if I needed to work or eat. Included all facilities including cutlery which was great. The shower would need a little makeover and the sofa had a few stains here and there. However, overall a wonderful hotel room and I would love to go again.

We have been coming to London for many years and few hotels/apartments we would return to - this is an exception - the position close to Paddington is what we need within easy walking of everything, the staff are what stands out here, we arrived early but our bags were in our room on our return, nothing was too much trouble, they were always willing to help in any way. daily towels and water topped up which is rare in most hotels these days. Disappointing that the room advertised was not the room given. Was expecting an apartment with a seating area and more of a kitchenette. This was just a like a normal hotel room. Our stay here went very smoothly. We were contacted ahead of our check in date to confirm the time of our arrival. We were able to leave our bags with reception until our room was ready and the staff went out of there way to accommodate some of our needs. The room was clean and the stay was very comfortable. Communication was above and beyond!

Avoid this place please!! Rude staff demanded I pay extra at check in because there was two of us not one. On their rules page it states “base rates are based on 2 people sharing” when I explained this to the rude receptionist she called me a liar and said “I think you will find it doesn’t say that” she was arguing with me in reception which was incredibly awkward and a terrible first impression. I also showed her that when you change your booking from 1 to 2 it doesn’t change the price at all but she demanded more money otherwise she would refuse to check us in. Clearly a scam to get more out of you when you book. Not that it’s even a cheap option to stay! They must make lots out of this scam. They should take off the rules page that the rates are for 2 people and make it clear that you will get charged more on check in. Only time I’ve ever experienced this and I am a platinum member on this website which means I book a lot of hotels each year. It got worse from there. The photos are clearly very old or edited as the condition and cleanliness of the rooms is very poor. We also hardly slept due to the noise from other rooms. I’d avoid this place if I were you.

Well connected position for all things Central London. Paddington Station very close. The rooms were hot, and the bathroom had no exhaust fan. There was a window but unable to open. Window in room did open but not enough air circulation to cool it down. Beds ok. Pillows a bit flat, lift. Friendly, cheerful staff. Very good position and not a bad sized room.

Stayed for one night due to a concert at Wembley, never used an apartment before as usually go to hotels but surprisingly this was the cheapest option! There were 2x packs of crisps, 2x bottles of water 2x cans of Pepsi, 1x KitKat and 1x small bottle of rose prosecco of which were complimentary waiting for us, I found this a nice welcome treat. The bed was massive and the mattress comfy which for me was great, I had a good nights sleep and the curtains blocked out all light. The TV had basic viewing channels which was fine and all amenities worked, there was also complimentary soaps and body wash/shampoo for the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and there was a fridge, kitchen, iron, ironing board, sink etc in the main room which were also ideal (I didn’t use any of these but they looked in good condition to me). Personally I found this better than some hotels I have been to and I would go again, this was also in a decent area.

Towels changed daily and lovely welcome pack of soft and alcoholic drinks and two snacks. Beds not super comfortable but ok. Everything worked ok. Full length mirror would have been helpful but bathroom good otherwise. Good value for amenities and location. Lift a bonus as was Tesco express just round the corner.

I was so pleased with the room and the service of the staff. The room was decorated nicely with a comfy king bed and a nice double pull out bed. They left little snacks and drinks in the room for us which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. My friend was staying in the same hotel in a different room and the staff assigned us rooms right next to each other when we requested that. Great value for London and nice location.
