I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was impressively spacious, and the kitchenette, while small, proved to be sufficient for my needs. The bed was large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The unbeatable convenience of the location, with a shopping mall just steps away and easy access to the nearest tube station, was a major plus. However, there were a couple of downsides. Despite having a laundry room on-site, the absence of laundry powder was a bit inconvenient. Guests were left with the choice of either purchasing their own supply or washing clothes without any detergent. This led to some guests throwing unwashed clothes into the dryers, which was a less-than-ideal situation. It would greatly improve the experience if the hotel provided laundry supplies, either for free or at a price, to prevent this issue from recurring. The Hotel was ideally situated for a trip to the ABBA Arena. We managed to check in early which was great. My first impressions of the hotel were good but it was stifling hot everywhere. In the room I kept turning heat down to 18 degrees but it kept reverting back to 24! Fan in bathroom didn't work - if it did it didn't do anything much. We went back to the hotel after the show to get a drink and snack in the bar. We got there just after 10pm and were told the bar closed at 10pm. Numerous people appeared and were turned away. I've never known a hotel which closes their bar at 10pm on a Saturday night especially when the room was £275! We were also told that they don't do room service anymore so we we went to bed hungry. A lot of places close by seemed to shut early. We were told there was coffee available in our room but the truth of it was there were 4 coffee capsules which didn't fit the machine! Luckily a friendly night porter came to the rescue with hot coffee and a couple of sachets for the morning! Breakfast was lovely; everything you could possibly want and well cooked.

KEY TAKEAWAY (if you wish to avoid reading the whole review) - try to ascertain before booking, or at reception, if your deluxe room or suite has connecting doors. (Connecting doors=noise leakage). I have stayed at Hyatt Regency ca. 5 times, but this was my first experience at Hyatt House (the difference between the Regency and House being the latter is semi-self-catering). I had a mini-suite. To my instant and initial alarm, I noticed my room had a connecting door to the adjacent suite. I had horrendous problems at the nearby Hilton in 2024 as ALL their suites have connecting doors and I had to change rooms twice. Fortunately, no noise issues arose, but DOUBLE-CHECK IF YOUR ROOM/SUITE HAS CONNECTING DOORS. The pictures on the website are ambiguous - some deluxe rooms have/don't have. I do not know if all suites have connecting doors - this would be a bizarre design policy, but connecting doors mean significant noise leakage so it's a kind of 'Russian Roulette' as to whom you have as a fellow guest next door. The suite was fine and comfortable. However, there were no cushions for the sofa or desk chair and I had to go to Marks & Spencer to buy two at £17.50 each. Strangely, whilst Hyatt Regency rooms mean you usually have to pay for breakfast separately or as an add-on, in Hyatt House rooms it is included. This does make the House option somewhat more budget-friendly. The breakfast was fine and the service efficient. Gym - fairly basic equipment but on top floor.

Nice convenient area but can get tired of the mall. Best to go across from the development area for local food with reasonable prices. Gym could use some improvement with equipment for squats or leg presses. No one was using the peleton bikes.

Stayed here for a weekend break, and to see the Athletics. I was very pleased with the room and the facilities. Would be ideal if on a work trip or an extended stay. I didn’t need to use the laundry facilities or the kitchenette as I ate out. The room was very clean, great quality cosmetics in the bathroom and comfortable bed. My only area of negativity, the WiFi was slow and my room didn’t have phone signal so that was frustrating but beyond that no issues. The breakfast restaurant was rich in options, beautifully decorated and staff really attentive. I would have liked to have enjoyed a drink in the bar but there looked to be an event on so went out instead. The convenience for shopping, the underground, sports venues is exceptional. Highly recommended.

Initial impressions were good, helpful staff, clean communal areas, room spacious and looked clean on arrival. However, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly and needed paint and some attention to detail, not what you expect from a room that's nearly £300 a night. Things got worse when we came back after the show at London Stadium. The area of the hotel is pretty much blocked off when leaving the stadium, no exceptions, so we had one hell of a walk trying to back to the hotel. Probably not the hotels fault, but a warning would have been good. To top it off, the AC was very poor, we called reception, who were pretty unhelpful, no offer of a fan, or room swap and apparently no maintenance available. No apology at any point. Again, not what you expect having paid so much. Breakfast was pretty good the next day, but not good enough to justify the costs and save the stay. Needless to say we won't be back... and that's rare from me...

Fabulous location and room quiet even though above the shops etc. Room was a good size, had all you need in the kitchen area. I would say though that the matress had no protector on just the sheet … and please use some mold remover on the shower it doesnt take much to remove … If you are staying at this hotel for a gig please note that the westfield closes the gates so you have to walk for miles around the centre then through the shopping centre.

Spacious room with nice finishes. The small kitchen was great for nights when we just wanted to pop down to M&S for food. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of options and the staff was very helpful. Easy step free access to the tube station and other transport links. And all for a great price for London!

The air conditioning in the room did not work properly. We were forced to sleep with the window open and even then the thermostat was reading 24.5 deg C even though we had the control set at 18 deg C. The TV remote did not function. Breakfast was good

Great location just a short walk from the tube station and right next to the shopping centre and all its restaurants. Room was comfortable and spacious and having the small kitchen and fridge really useful in the recent hot weather.

The aircon was broken and was only offered a replacement room on my last night of my 2-day stay at 2am - I was not even offered late checkout or any compensation! The issue was reported on my first night, but me and my family were so tired that we slept through the issue. I reported the issue again the following morning, but nothing was done and again at around 8pm. Nothing was done until I gave reception an ultimatum, either they fix the aircon immediately in the room or they give me another room. They checked my room at 2am; can you justify moving a 2-year old in the middle of the night!

Although we were there for 1 night due to flight issues, the staff went above & beyond to accommodate all the unfortunate circumstances that hit us. This is my third stay and hopefully wont be the last. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, quiet, spacious and well equipped. The staff are the most friendly, efficient and pleasant I have encountered in any London hotels, especially the doormen, the gentleman who was on duty at reception most days and the French lady at breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel! Room and areas around the hotel were great. Breakfast was very good quality and lots of variety. Only minor negative - would be good to have specific instructions on how to find the hotel - no signage within the shopping centre and I walked around for a while and happened to find it by chance.

The Hotel is located right on top of a pretty nice modern mall. It is also walkable from the train station so that's pretty awesome. The only thing that doesn't make this hotel perfect is the price point is a bit high, but other than that, it's really nice.

Nice simple, comfortable rooms that provided us (family of 4, 2 adults, 2 kids) with everything we needed. Breakfast options were great. The location was AMAZING with endless amenities nearby from restaurants, shopping, entertainment, groceries, greenspace/parks, cycling as well as extremely convenient public transit options to anywhere in London. Would definitely stay here in this area again.

Polite helpful staff. Good size rooms. Good selection of breakfast foods, though cooked items tended to be lukewarm rather than hot,but this is a minor negative. Will definitely stay again. It's also in a really nice area of London. Great shops restaurants and walks.
