Quiet and central, Clise to the arsenale and biennale venues, complimentary cappuccino and croissant at the local bakery was a nice way to start

Lovely small hotel within walking distance of most of the major sites of Venice. Was able to leave my bags there after arriving early and they were in my room when we returned to check in. Maybe not the most modern, but if you are looking for a hotel that "feels" like its in Venice, I recommend this place.

I enjoyed my stay for a few days. The staff, and main operator, were fantastic and went above and beyond to help out with some things. Room had great character and all the basic amenities. Bath was well upgraded as well. I think most of the boutique hotels are challenging to find initially in Venice but once you get there it’s great. And they helped with finding transport to,from, etc. I would definitely stay again.

Cute Venice spot, convenient walking distance to San Marco but far enough away that you avoid the crowds and the noise. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Easy to find. Took the ferry from Venice airport to the Ospedale station. Ten minute walk from there. Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood but still only a short walk to St. Mark’s Square. Great restaurant steps away - Bacarandino.
