Bellevue Luxury Rooms - San Marco Luxury

This place is absolutely beautiful -it‘s like staying in a place! It is right off of the square, so extremely convenient. Breakfast is at a sister hotel, about a 3-minute walk. It‘s a little confusing to find because of all the odd streets & not being familiar, but Apple Maps works well. Overall great - I would happily stay there again.

The rooms were beautiful, the location was the best &clean. Here is what is not right for the price you will pay. No elevator, No 24hr reception and short walk to waiting area for the breakfast. Centrally located hotel to avoid walking much however carrying luggage up stairs is not acceptable. The beautiful picture of seating facing the basilica at breakfast time. False advertisement, it was my first question and was told the balcony does not exist. Breakfast is a block away at another hidden hotel. Service is good but I pictured my self in that beautiful balcony so felt very cheated.

The hotel was ok. First of all there is no elevator. They offered to help with the luggage but we had an early check out and nobody wad around. The breakfast is average. It is served in a sister hotel. The cover photo of the balcony with the view is deceiving because it does not exist. Overall, it was an average stay.

Great location in St. Mark’s Square. Rooms are very nice, staff was super helpful, and views from room was pretty good. My only complain is that it seemed like online that there would be a terrace for us to go to get breakfast each morning. In reality it seems no such terrace exists, and breakfast is served at one of their sister properties nearby.

The hotel is adorable; one of those old hotels with old-style rooms. We absolutely loved the decor. The room’s size was okay and the toilet was nice. The room in general is clean and nicely organized. The toilet was villeroy and boch toilet, which is definitely not something you can find easily in Europe. There is someone in reception throughout most of the day until 10 pm. When we checked in we were told that checkout time is at 11 am but we requested an extension through Expedia and it was granted until 12 pm as most hotels throughout the world checkout guests at 12 noon. We also have a baby so it is hard to checkout earlier. The view from the hotel is amazing as it is like 2 meters away from St. Mark’s Basilica! The challenges with this hotel are: 1. No lift! So if you have a kid, or a wheelchair or too many suitcases it is a bit hard. They, however, took our suitcases to our room. 2. You’re not allowed to use an iron in the room, which is a challenge because as a tourist your clothes are folded in the suitcases for a long time so they are all wrinkled and you need to press them before you wear them. 3. We asked if the hotel can iron our clothes since irons are not allowed and they said that we need to provide the clothes at least half a day in advance and the prices are ridiculous. 14 euros to press 1 dress! Yes 14 euros, no mistake! 4. You have to ask them to change your bed sheets or else the will not change them! 5. No coffee machine in the room! This is quite weird as

La habitación es elegante, lujosa y cómoda de buen tamaño. Es más bonita que en la fotos, la vista es perfecta a la basílica de san marcos. No hay elevador. Las personas de recepción son muy amables y siempre te ayudan. Mi sugerencia es que puedan enviar la foto de la entrada ya que es difícil encontrar ya que es una puerta pequeña.

The location was great. It was 10 metres to St Marks Square. The rooms were amall but quant. Although not an issue it would have been right to advise on the website thatbyiu need to go to another hotel for breakfast. Finally despite the hotel website, expedia and an email ftom the hotel via Expedia stating that checkin was at 2pm, the lady at checkin twas adamant that all of these are incorrect and checkin is 3pm accordingly to her only. She did not even tryvto empathise or offer an apology. My rating would have been higher if not for her abrupt and unfriendly manner.

This amazingly understated (from the entrance) set of apartments could not have been more pleasing. Wood panelled rooms, marble bathroom and silk wall panels all set to impress. And only 15 seconds (yes seconds) walk from Piazzo San Marco. We could not recommend it any stronger to anyone looking to stay over in Venice for a few days. Breakfast was served at a nearby sister hotel just 2 minutes around the corner. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

Victoria checked us in and she was very friendly and thorough. She also helped us with directions to various places. Alice helped us make our queen bed more comfortable by providing us with a mattress topper - Grazie Mille Alice. The room itself is small but decorated beautifully and ver clean. The bathroom was very nice and very clean. The neighborhood is loud and noisy but things do quiet down after 11:00 (23:00). The hotel is steps away from Saint Marls Square which is perfect.

Rooms are just Amazing Really clean, comfortable, quit and the hotel is in a very center location 10 m away from Plaza Saint Marco Everything is at walk distance Personnel is really helpful and nice

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The check-in was quick and easy, the staff extremely professional and friendly, the location is nothing short of perfect, the room was stunningly beautiful, clean and comfortable and the view...!!! It would be nice to have a kettle in the room to have a hot drink in the morning or the evening, but that's not a big deal. The breakfast (which is actually served in a sister hotel a couple of minutes away - perhaps because I visited in winter?) offers a great and tasty selection. I guess that in summer when Venice is busier, if there are people hanging out on San Marco square late at night it might get a tad noisy but unless you're a very light sleeper I can't imagine it being a big problem. Overall, this is a gem and there is no doubt whatsoever that the next time I'm Venice I will stay there again.

Perfect location. The front desk was beyond helpful and very accommodating. The room was extremely clean, with every possible amenity you could think of. Comfortable bed. It can get a bit noisy but it wasn’t a problem for us

Our room overlooked San Marco square. Although it was noisy at night the earplugs dis the trick. Easy walk to the water taxi and great shops and restaurants.

Beautiful spacious room with a view to St Mark’s square. You’re in the middle of all the action, can be loud on the weekends but loved it!

An absolute gem. The location was second to none. The room and bathroom were spacious, warm and inviting. Absolutely incredible to be literally overlooking the main square. The reception staff were always polite and helpful.

Absolutely beautifully appointed rooms with a fabulous view! The only thing I would recommend to fellow travellers is making sure your room card is inserted into the wall slot and you have some patience before needing any water in the bathroom. Each time we needed to jiggle the card many times before we got water in the sink or shower. However, I like the concept. It means that no one’s ever left the room with the tap running. The breakfast room at another location had lots of options just bad coffee. All of the front desk staff were polite and cleaning staff honoured our do not disturb card on the door as we only stayed two nights and spent some time sorting our suitcases. We also made the most out of our short visit in Venice this hotel is located in the absolute best area.

There is nothing more incredible than opening your balcony and being right in beside San Marco's square. this location is the absolute best!! the room.. venetian design gorgeous! clean and beautiful! I dont know how we lucked out getting this balcony overlooking the square but I will never stay at another hotel in Venice again. This is my new fav!

The air conditioner was quiet, and the windows blocked nearly ALL of the outside noise. Very nice.

What a gem on a middle of a busiest area of Saint Marco square. We love it so much to the point being g sad to leave . We stayed in a room 306 facing two almost floor height windows to Basilica St.Marco and its square . Stunning views and very quiet inside . No problem to sleep whatsoever. Beautifully appointed room and bathroom .Great AC !!! Amazing experience! Will stay again in a heartbeat!!

The property was an easy route from the main canal, lovely decoration and facilities. Staff were helpful and attentive.

Loved the location, the room, everything worked well. The only thing was the concierge suggested we needed a water taxi to get to the airport. This cost was $200. Imagine my surprise when a water bus arrived from the same location and we looked at the fare which was 36 euros for 2 people. Wish she would have suggested the water bus.

Mind absolutely blown by this room!! It was like walking into Downton Abby or a James Bond movie. In other words it was so gorgeous I couldn’t believe we were sleeping in it! We opened our balcony doors and there was St. Mark’s square. We could hear the caffe orchestras from our balcony. The staff was very friendly and helped arrange a glass blowing tour, water taxi included, in Murano. This is a must stay place for us whenever we go to Venice now!

Check in staff was wonderful; very welcoming and professional. The location to all the happenings in Venice was perfect. The young lady at the desk helped us to find all we were hoping to check off of our list of things to accomplish. The room was very plush and offered several appointments, in terms of toiletries and such. I would select this hotel over and over again.

Wonderful, comfortable rooms with an exceptional location, the most helpful and wonderful front-desk staff, and the most beautiful and well-equipped bathrooms in Venice!

Venice is beautiful.. location of this horel great for access.. right beside Piazza San Marcos, but noisy at night. Staff very helpful.

Property is located 20 minutes from train station- you have to take a water taxi or vapparreto (water bus) outside train station and then walk 10 minutes to hotel. It is right next to Saint Peters Basilica, in the square, its beautifully decorated and service was excellent. This area is buzzing with tourist so if you want a quite room - then pick another property. Beautiful property that I will certainly come back to

This was the perfect location right on the corner of St. Marc's square. Everything is within easy walking distance. Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

la photo que vous présentez pour cette hôtel est trompeuse car le petit déjeuner doit être pris dans un autre hôtel du groupe à 150m . Sinon cet hôtel a plus que répondu à nos attentes en terme de situation, vue, qualité de chambre et un personnel à l'écoute et serviable. Nous étions chambre 304 avec effectivement un balcon tel que présentée sur votre photo. Nous y étions en demi-pension dans un restaurant du groupe Restaurant San Marco, à proximité qui est également de bonne qulaité prix.

Alot of noise from drunk people during the night due to bar just outside the window. this was actucally our only minus on this stay. We would however also have tried to get on the roof tarrace to enjoy our breakfast but did not get the offer and we could also not find it.
