Really great hotel with an amazing location. The bathroom was great with amazing shower facilities. Only downside is the lack of storage. There wasn’t a closet so the room felt messy fairly quickly. But other than that, a great hotel with really nice staff.

The location is wonderful, nice rooms, not too small, only a 5-minute walk to Nishiki market and lots of restaurants and shopping. Sanjo station (to Fushimi Inari Taisha) is a 12-minute walk and Karasuma Oike Station (to Kyoto station) is a 8-minute walk away.
