This is the 4th time we have stayed here and it is lovely as usual. A little bit of a parking issue was handled quickly. Beautiful & comfortable room and the location is convenient and walkable to shopping and restaurants.

This hotel was really beautiful, clean and such a retreat. Contactless entry was easy and parking was also really simple. We enjoyed having the Bluetooth speaker, the toiletries smelled fantastic and the kitchen was set up perfectly. The bed and linens were so comfy. Would recommend this place for sure.

I had a brief overnight stay at this wonderful hotel, housed in a historic building beautifully converted into modern accommodations. The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Property is immaculate. Everything was like new. I was not sure about the unattended sign in, but the instructions were clear and I had no problem in obtaining my key fob from the automated lock box.

The Smith hotel is our favourite in Kingston. Easy to get to restaurants and the main strip but the best are the rooms. Beautiful, super clean with everything you might need. We love the record player and that each room is unique. Can’t wait to try a different room next time.

we had a great stay at the smith hotel with a 2 room loft style with exposed stone walls, polished concrete floor and everything needed as if you lived there. the kitchen had everything you would need and the bed was very comfortable. only issue was the blinds when closed in the upper room would also cut out the light in the living/kitchen area below and not a big issue, the patio was full of leaves (it is fall, we know), but not cleaned for use during the warmer day we had.

The loft room was beautiful and had everything you need for your stay. Only thing to be aware of is the heating system does make regular noise and there is no elevators. For light sleepers, bring your earplugs. Hotel is located right downtown surrounded by eateries and shops.

Loved all the little touches - kitchen with quality, useful equipment and tools, speaker and record player were fun. Beds were very comfortable. Very pleasant experience and the location was very handy. Only thing we would change is increased air circulation - didn't really need it colder but needed more airflow as the air had a tendency to get kinda stale. Info on how to achieve this would be useful in the guest book.

Very cool looking hotel and easy to access. Location is great and texting the staff is generally responsive during the day. However maintenance is 40mins to an hour away and you cannot control the heat yourself. It takes 4 hrs for it to respond after they change it. It was also extremely noisy. You can hear people walking up and down the stairs in the rooms next door. The first time I heard people talking I thought they were inside my room! But no they were explaining how to play a card game at 12am and laughing until about 4am. There were no earplugs. I didn’t get any sleep. Also the rock/wall in the shower is breaking down so you shower on sand pretty much. They need a good sealant.

Fantastisch hotel. Heel tof en modern ingericht met in ons loft een zwevende slaapkamer. Goede voorzieningen, met name de keuken is zeer uitgebreid. Aan alles is gedacht. Op loopafstand van de hoofdstraat van Kingston met alle restaurantjes en de bootpier. Echt een aanrader. Enige nadelig puntje is dat de informatie voor het online inchecken niet doorkwam, ik denk vanwege mijn Nederlandse telefoonnummer. Dit was daarna alsnog snel opgelost.

Just an amazing, amazing, amazing, outstanding stay. As a plus 50 techno peasant trying to check in, Alex at the contact us phone number was amazing. He effortlessly adjusted and accommodated and solved any of our questions in regards to checking in and or out. If you are a parent or grandparents or family member of a queen student and you are looking for an upscale amazing place to stay with a ton of space to visit and relax and soak in your time in Kingston, this is absolutely the place?

We had a few issues but they were all dealt with promptly. Wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend to anyone that needs a clean, quiet, spacious place to stay. Bonus is that you are a quick walk to Princess street which is full of restaurants and shops.

This is a beautiful hotel with a great location near everything in downtown. The loft was amazing, interior decor was spectacular. Though contactless it was still easy to communicate with staff through their text service. Check in and checkout process was seamless. Wonderful hotel.

Contactless service is something to get used to, but it wasn't a problem. Keep your now how to punch codes in, use key fobs communicate via text, and you'll be golden. I loved the small urban feel of the downtown Kingston area

This property was extremely nice - exactly as depicted. Also the uniqueness of a converted church was really memorable. The room was well-appointed with everything you need. I was a little concerned about the unmanned status of the property but it wasn’t an issue at all. One block from the Main Street. My only feedback to them would be the room was really cold (drastically over air conditioned) and because we only stayed one night and all the walls are stone and the floor concrete by the time it was a reasonable temperature we were checking out.
