The pool was dirty and my husband had to use the net to clean out before we let our grandchildren inside. The bottom of the pool looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in a while. The outdoor furniture is old and worn out making the furniture look gross. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast served was good and dininigvaewa clean.

Everything was broken in the room.. the fridge, the tub stopper didn’t work so my daughter couldn’t take a bath, the sheets were dirty as well as the pillows. The room above us was extremely noisy as well.

The sheets were dirty or stained and I had multiple large spiders in the bathroom during my stay. But the rest of the room was clean. Easy walk to several restaurants. Very nice staff.

First floor Units is not the best options, a specially the Ceilings they have between the Floor's, you have to Hear everything, the Others flushing toilet's, shower Taking, Walking Above, insulation is not the best, not quiet . Maybe Second Floor Better, don't know...., at least no one is above them. Also Talk to some folks that have been on the same floor as i , they experience they experience similar nose issues.

We arrived at the hotel 1/2 hour earlier than checkin time and had no problems checking in early. The reception staff was polite, friendly and efficient with checking us in. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also nice and clean. The facility was nice and quiet during the night. Other staffs were friendly and greeted us during our time there. I really loved the hotel. I felt very safe and staff was friendly. The only issue I had is that I am a light sleeper and was given room 131. Had I known the kitchen was next door I would have asked for another room. I woke up at 6:00 am due to all of the noise from the kitchen. I would book again but not in the room. By the way the continental breakfast was delicious.

Overall, the hotel and stay were great. The staff was helpful and courteous, and when I had a problem getting onto their Wi-Fi, they came right to the room and helped me out. Basically, there were just a couple problems in our minds related to the room. One was the bathroom fan was automatically on when the light was turned on, and it sounded like a jet engine. If you just wanted to use the bathroom or brush your teeth, it was annoying. Second, there was no light over the table where the coffee pot was located. The closest light was the bathroom, but there was that jet engine again.

This was the worst experience ever! My room was just outside the elevator door. Could not sleep, people talking just outside my door intermittently until 2am! I stayed here 2 weeks ago for 1/2 the price! Room/stay definitely not worth the money!

We asked for given a courtesy early check-in that allowed my wife to have a few hours of sleep before going to work. We stayed there twice, once at the beginning of a week trip and at the end of the trip. Both times we checked out 5+ hours to continue to our destinations. That be said, the early check-in was so appreciated for the rest and also to make up for the hours we lost having to checkout early.

How to stay one extra night in Palm Springs. Unfortunately for us, the only place available was this place. From the moment you walk in no one greets you. if you ask a question, they have an attitude. The rug smelled. It was dirty in our suite. The fan was so loud in the bathroom it was unbearable. The sofa was dingy small and uncomfortable as was the bed. I cannot believe we had to pay $470 for this awful suite. Palm Springs is such a lovely, clean and welcoming place, we love it because everyone is so friendly. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. You will not enjoy your stay.

The staff made the difference here. Each member that I met was perfect. The front desk was charming. The amazing breakfast (included) was well cared for; nothing ran out and everything was delicious. I left a battery charger in my room when packing and was contacted immediately after the cleaning staff discovered it. Returned to pick it up on the way to the airport and the front desk gave it to within seconds of my arrival.

We checked in late and the air conditioner didn’t work in our room and there were no more equivalent rooms available. It was annoying and frustrating but the customer service provided by the late night desk staff was excellent. She was able to find another room to meet our needs and was just overall very helpful and understanding. She left a note for her manager and when we checked out, they had comped us a free night. So, I highly recommend this hotel due to their customer service. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall we enjoyed Holiday Inn Express Rancho Mirage! Easy check-in, v good daily breakfast, great location for the BNP Paribas tennis tournament. Lots of great restaurants, nearby shopping and services in the neighborhood.

It started with check-in. I reserved a king bed and they tried to put us in a queen bed. This was not a full hotel. I told the front desk they needed to work on the sink faucet. It was hard to use. We went down for breakfast about 15 minutes prior to closing. There were others like us sleeping late and eating late. Almost all of breakfast items were out and there was no interest in providing anything. I asked about refreshing breakfast items and I got the cold shoulder. I did not want to be exposed to that management on our second morning and went out to another location for breakfast.

The location was great. Keeping breakfast stocked and coffee made seemed to be difficult for the staff. One morning there was no eggs until 5 minutes before the end of breakfast. Most mornings there was little to no coffee which seems to be a predictable and easy to solve problem. The pancake machine had no batter except for one of the four mornings we were there. The staff didn't keep track of what needed to be done. One morning there was no coffee for 45 minutes.

My stay was amazing. This is the first time my family has stayed there. The lobby staff was friendly and very accommodating. Everybody seemed happy. The breakfast was a great choice for everyone. The Breakfast staff was so helpful. They were attentive to the guests' needs. Super clean!! Our restroom was clogged, but the staff was quick to solve the problem. Loved the shades in the room we were able to sleep in which is strange for our family. Wse will be coming back with a bigger group. By the way the price was very affordable.

Front desk check in was quick and friendly. The hotel is only two floors so it's not too big. Room has all the amenities. Super comfortable bed. Breakfast was one of the best ever. Protein options and not just carbs. There were some gluten free muffins and almond milk available for those with food sensitivities. Very walkable and safe area.
