I liked seeing brand new carpet installation, nice to see good money going back into the place to beautify and update your place. Sad to see no one using the gym. The staff took great pride in the new marble-like, flooring. Manager lied and said washer was working, careful!he knew it was out of order & will not put out a sign. He doesn't reimburse either!

Stayed 3 nights here, was in town for an anniversary party. No housekeeping, breakfast was a joke, ice machine out of order. Night staff was great, day staff, not so much. Rude and disrespectful. I requested at least they could change the towels and the garbage when they told me they are not supplying housekeeping to overstays. Staffing shortage, apparently. They could have taken care of their customers and put off cleaning some of the rooms from the night before because on the night I requested service for there was only 12 cars in the parking lot!! Yeah, I won't be staying at this chain ever again. I travel a lot for work as well and stay at a lot of hotels. This was not a good customer service experience.

Site stated had buffet breakfast it does NOT it has cereal waffles and scrambled eggs toast and muffins I was told because of owners religious beliefs there was No meats of any kind then I was startled out of bed to the door slamming closed at 10:15 am There was no latch lock it was either removed or broken check out time was 11 and for whatever reason the cleaning crew decided to enter the room and seen we were still in there and allow the door to slam shut not a very happy camper throughout the night there would be doors that slammed or sounded like someone dropping something heavy outside of door besides those mishaps the hotel is very clean and most staff were friendly a few didnt even notice you were there or greet you they sit on their phones or outside smoking if your wanting snacks there is no vending machine they have a few behind counter but prepare to pay cash they wont let you charge on a card cash only and had to go find and atm at 11 pm and there isnt one on site if your looking for a cheap place with bare minimum this is it

No working TV. The sauna they show in the pictures they said hasn’t worked for a long time. The night employee said since they couldn’t get our tv working we could have a late checkout by an hour. The next morning, we called the front desk to make sure about the late checkout was still ok, and the woman at the desk said no. He was a newer employee and she said he couldn’t tell us that we could do that. The more professional thing to do would be to honor what her employee said, and speak with him later. But she did not. There were also only 3 cars in the parking lot for the whole hotel. The night before and on the morning.

Decent stay for the price but our bathroom light burnt out and we had to talk with multiple staff members before one was able to help us get it replaced—we were originally told it wouldn’t be replaced until the next day. Room was fine but bare minimum and there was no elevator to get to the upper floor. Fine for us as we’re young and healthy but not ideal and was annoying carrying all our bags up and down the stairs.

This place is the worse. They took advantage that the Camporee was being held here and they increased their prices to an outrageous price. The place was so filthy. Bed sheets dirty, bath tub dirty, washer and dryer were broken, refused to refund the money. It was one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed in.

Room was dirty looked like only the bed was changed but nothing else cleaned. Floor and toilet were dirty. There are no coffee pots in the rooms and the hotel only offers coffee for breakfast. The front desk staff had horrible attitudes and were very unprofessional. Will never stay there again

We weren’t expecting a 5 star resort, but we wanted to lay out head down somewhere clean. The first time room we checked into was dirty. The toilet didn’t flush and the shower looked like it went through a war zone and lost. The second room we were “upgraded” to was a little cleaner, the shower looked better and the toilet worked. The bedding in this new room was filled with stains and people’s hair. We left after that. Working on getting a refund now. Idk how it got 7.4 rating. So gross!

Well there was a full set of toenails on the floor upon entering our room and also and also leftover feces on the toilet and wet towel that had been nicely folded. Had to wait upon checkin for quite a while before someone showed up. Sleeping in car all night would have been a better option. Just nasty

Have never stayed in a dirtier property. The room fridge was full of old food. The floor in the room wasn’t carpeted (I’m assuming in order to make cleaning easier) yet there was dirt everywhere; dust, hair and debris.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The fridge was not working, had old food in it and some pink liquid dripping from the door when I opened it. The bed sheets had multiple stains all over them!! We were in shock at this. Needless to say we slept on top of the covers, using our own blankets and even put what we hoped were clean bath towels over the pillows. We had planned on showering but when we saw the condition of the place, we skipped it. The floor was sticky too. We couldn't wait to leave the next morning.

When we arrived at 4:30pm the rooms had not yet been cleaned. We waited until 5pm when we were told our room was read. We found a used bar of soap and shampoo container in the shower. A hair was on the toilet. The free breakfast the next morning was a joke, not nearly enough food for the customers. Waffle mix was empty. Eggs and potatoes disappeared in 60 seconds then people waited for 15 minutes for another batch that disappeared again in under a minutes, consumed by just the first few in line. There is no breakfast room. You eat in the lobby.

Odd stay--Expedia advertises dogs stay free but the dog was $20. Sent to room which wasn't made up. Went to reception then sent to another room not made up. Short staffed. Receptionist was very apologetic. Finally got into a room after staff was called in and it was very nice incliuding microwave and fridge (which didn't work).

The heating system is really poor. Extremely warm and have to run A/C to cool room. A/C is noisy to say the least. A/C running in 20-30 degree weather makes little sense.

The room was so hot at like 80 when we got in and we couldn’t cool it down. We turned on the ac (in winter ) to cool it down which didn’t help until about 3 am. We were all sweating. As for the ac why do we he a/c s in hotels go on and off loudly all night. Why can’t the have just a consistent fan sound. I was awake all night

I booked through Hotels.com when I arrive around 9 o’clock the evening of my reservation I was told that my reservation was canceled because they overbooked and they had to cancel five other rooms as well. I was not notified of any changes as I would’ve chose a different hotel among the way to stay, every hotel in this time was sold out . I’m not sure how they picked and choose who was going to get a room I do know my reservation was well over 24 hours in advance and pay for. I had no other funds to get another hotel for the night and my refund was gonna take 7 to 10 business days, I sleeping in my car with my children. My youngest son ended up having a seizure and we had to be to Denver Children’s Hospital. That was the main reason I needed a hotel for medical reasons and I could be able to assist my son as possible if anything occurred unfortunately I did not have that opportunity as I was turned away, and my reservation was booked without notice , I will be seeking a lawyer at this time to cover all medical expenses due to Negligence of the hotel

This particular hotel decided to inform me as I checked in that I needed to pay a pet deposit to have my service dog with me. Despite me telling them that he is a service dog with full public access and that it breaches ADA to charge these fees, they were insistent. That it doesn't matter. A dog is a dog, and the fees need to be paid. When I arrived at the hotel, I was limping as I had been driving for a long time, and my legs were a little cramped. The front desk clerk who checked me in also informed me that if I needed a first floor room well, because I was not able to climb the stairs to get to the second room, that they would also charge me an additional fee for downstairs. Again, how is this not against the Americans with Disabilities Act? I was fine, but there are people who cannot climb stairs. Needless to say, I will not be staying there again. And i'm going to continue reaching out to whomever I can to address these concerns as it's absolutely not appropriate.

No working TV. The sauna they show in the pictures they said hasn’t worked for a long time. The night employee said since they couldn’t get our tv working we could have a late checkout by an hour. The next morning, we called the front desk to make sure about the late checkout was still ok, and the woman at the desk said no. He was a newer employee and she said he couldn’t tell us that we could do that. The more professional thing to do would be to honor what her employee said, and speak with him later. But she did not. I've always liked staying at Wyndym properties. Now I'll be more cautious. The desk clerk charged my card (required card on file)for a duplicate room charge after I had already paid through Hotels.com. The flooring didn’t look clean. The showerhead would stay in a fixed position. The air conditioner was so loud I had to turn off to sleep. The bedding had a strong chemical smell which burned my eyes and irritated my nose. I could barely sleep.

Site stated had buffet breakfast it does NOT it has cereal waffles and scrambled eggs toast and muffins I was told because of owners religious beliefs there was No meats of any kind then I was startled out of bed to the door slamming closed at 10:15 am There was no latch lock it was either removed or broken check out time was 11 and for whatever reason the cleaning crew decided to enter the room and seen we were still in there and allow the door to slam shut not a very happy camper throughout the night there would be doors that slammed or sounded like someone dropping something heavy outside of door besides those mishaps the hotel is very clean and most staff were friendly a few didnt even notice you were there or greet you they sit on their phones or outside smoking if your wanting snacks there is no vending machine they have a few behind counter but prepare to pay cash they wont let you charge on a card cash only and had to go find and atm at 11 pm and there isnt one on site if your looking for a cheap place with bare minimum this is it

Said there was no pet fee but upon check in we were informed we had to pay pet fee. Front desk person was rude and just kept saying there was nothing that could be done. Expedia support said they sent my complaint to another department but I was never contacted about it. Big wads of hair found on floor inside room. Mold around shower. Decent bang for your buck. The staff was awsome. The lobby was incredibly clean the guy cleaning it was doing a great job. Room was clean bed was comfy. Bathroom needed a deep clean tho there was hair and black dota on the shower that as soo as we scrubed it with our finger it came off. It wasnt fully as described but sufficient for a grab ans go with an egg dish thing and hashbrowns. The sauna wasnt working but the gym seemed clean. Good selection of toats and yogurts with a waffel maker and juices. All in all we would absoloutly stay jere again.

When we arrived at 4:30pm the rooms had not yet been cleaned. We waited until 5pm when we were told our room was read. We found a used bar of soap and shampoo container in the shower. A hair was on the toilet. The free breakfast the next morning was a joke, not nearly enough food for the customers. Waffle mix was empty. Eggs and potatoes disappeared in 60 seconds then people waited for 15 minutes for another batch that disappeared again in under a minutes, consumed by just the first few in line. Bedsheets weren’t changed from the previous guest, hair and crumbs were covering the sheets (however the bed was made so couldn’t tell until we pulled back the blanket). Stains on bed spread and pillowcases. And that was after we had switched rooms bc the first room had a couple bugs that looked and acted suspiciously like cockroaches. Breakfast was also incredibly disappointing. Eggs were dry and overcooked, waffle batter had waaayyy too much baking soda it was borderline inedible. Couldn’t recommend

The room was a polished turd. Yes, the bedding was clean, the tv worked, but the a/c constantly ran, and it was LOUD. On the bright side, the a/c drowned out any other noise from the street or neighboring rooms. The bathtub didn’t look like it had been cleaned ever. It was gross.
