A great hotel / apartment. Located only 6 mins away from city centre zone 1. Great set up with ample space in the one bed room. Lots of facilities including great gym and washing machines and drier. Room could have had more ambience with photos and plants maybe as it lacked some sole.

My room is spacious and very clean, with a large wardrobe for storage. The building also offers a well‑equipped gym. Breakfast is simple yet delicious, which I enjoy a lot. Two of the four elevators were out of order. Caused very slow access to and from the 15th floor. And no response from the staff, who only took care of security and no service attempts.

Jeg ledte efter en god og prisrigtig overnatningsmulighed så tæt på Vienna International Centre som muligt og fandt dette fantastiske sted. Rigtig pæne værelser med gode faciliteter, og adgang til en øverste etage med tagterrasse, hyggekrog, spillerum mm.

It’s not an hotel. It’s a student accommodation that rents apartment like rooms. Staff is not friendly and they wouldn’t even call a taxi for you which is a first. Garage is impossible to find so mind that you need to walk to any transportation which might not be suitable for those needing special assistance

Guter Standort für U-Bahn Benutzer. Sehr schlechter Standort für Kunden von allgemeinen Taxis und Lieferdiensten. Schlecht zu finden. Der Anfahrtsweg sehr schlecht signalisiert. Zimmer im allgemeinen gross, gut und Sauber. Aber die Dusche mit zu wenig Wasserdruck. Lavabo zu klein. Mühsam zum Händewaschen. Es gibt auf insgesamt 33 Etagen nur gerade 4 Lifte. Dadurch teilweise sehr lange Wartezeiten vor den liften. Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Bei geöffnetem Fenster, rundherum sehr laut, weil U-Bahn und Hauptstrassen dort. Schwer zum ruhig schlafen dann.

Upon check in the staff was not very welcoming and barely spoke to me to give directions on anything to do with the hotel, had to figure out the heat on my own. Bathroom smelled disgusting. Water turns to scalding burning hot without warning and without changing the temperature. The heat wasn’t on when I arrived for the first night so it was freezing and is a tiny panel that doesn’t seem to keep the room warm enough (no option to adjust the heat either). Not an ideal location as cars can’t get to the door so if you have luggage it will be difficult if you’re dropped off in a taxi. Wind tunnel heading to the hotel as well made it uncomfortable to walk to and from the metro. Not a pleasant stay.

La chambre était très propre, la cuisine parfaitement équipée, l'emplacement est parfait pour un séjour de travail au VIC et le centre ville est rapidement accessible, la station de métro étant à 5min à pieds. Le personnel était aussi cordial et efficace.

It was 'ok' with the 40% off deal. I would have been disappointed at full price. Very noisy when the room above had extractor fan on. Dust on surfaces. Only one drink capsule given and nothing to clean plates/wash up with. These are essentials for cleanliness

Die Lage war gut, es zu finden aber schwierig. Aussicht im 29. Stock war mega, aber die Couch wirklich unbequem. Sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet und an 4 Stellen einfach nicht gereinigt. Am Bandboden wurde ein Plastikteil vergessen, die Mikrowelle hatte Speisereste drin und bei den Kästen waren Krüml in den Ecken. Gekehrt würde, gesaugt sicher nicht. Erinnert mich komplett an ein Studentenheim, weil auch Langzeitgäste dort sind. Wir wollten eine zweite Decke, keine Chance in der ersten Nacht. WLAN Code unauffindbar, in der Beschreibung falsch informiert und erst auf Nachfrage am nächsten Tag möglich.

Vid ankomsten var personen i receptionen både ohjälpsam och direkt otrevlig. Mumlade mest något om att ordinarie personal hade slutat för dagen. Vi fick ett rum nästan högst upp vilket innebar en fantastisk utsikt in mot Wien. Rummet i sig var okej. Golven var inte de renaste men resten var hyfsat städat. Köket var bra utrustat men det saknades diskborste och diskmedel vilket borde vara standard om man hyr ut ett rum med kök. Det allra sämsta med rummet var att det angavs vara ett dubbelrum men sängen var nog inte mer än max 1,40 bred och hade endast ett enkeltäcke som var ännu smalare. Det fanns inte heller någon vettig sittplats framför TVn för två. Det stod en fåtölj där och ville mer än en titta fick de sitta på någon av de två köksstolarna. Vi hade inte heller någon städning eller tillsyn av rummet under de fem dagarna vi bodde där vilket kändes lite väl länge utan städning eller byte av handdukar.

I was very happy that i got a silver studio on the 16th floor with a fantastic view from.my bed over the Reichsbrücke to the Prater and 1st district of Vienna. The staff at the reception was very friendly. Only 1 little negative point was, that within 4 nights stay there was no housekeeping but maybe the reason was that it was not a classic hotel

Das Gebäude ist schwer erreichbar (der Zugang völlig verbaut). Nichts für Leute mit Höhenangst - man wohnt mindestens im 15. Stock. Das Gebäude und auch die Zimmer befinden sich teilweise noch im Rohbau. Sehr karg und unwohnlich. Nicht die übliche Ausstattung einer Ferienwohnung. Der Empfang ist teils zu üblichen Zeiten nicht besetzt (etwa Sa nach 16:00). Man wird mit E-Mails bombardiert, man könne Fragen stellen. Wenn man dann wirklich ein Anliegen hat, wird es nicht oder falsch beantwortet. Dass man eine Woche mit nur zwei Handtüchern auskommen sollte, ist unüblich. Teilweise war es sehr staubig. Die Kommunikation geschieht teils seitens des Eigners in GB, teils von Leuten vor Ort, mals in Englisch, mal in Deutsch. Eine Hand weiß nicht, was die andere tut. Eine korrekte Rechnung zu erhalten war fast ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit.

Kedeligt værelse. Der var ekko i stuen og i soveværelset. Hvide kolde vægge. Helt hvidt lyst Slet ikke hyggeligt at bruge tid sammen på hotellet. Gode faciliteter i køkken og rigeligt skabsplads til tøj. Spiste morgenmad på lille café 5 min derfra til ingen penge.

Achtung es sind keine Doppelbetten-- es wird zwar Queen Size geschrieben, allerdings sind die Betten nur 1,40 m-solche Betten nennt man ein Französischen Bett- in Tirol hat ein Doppelbett 2m. Duschen und WC-- gehört unbedingt mit Silikon überarbeitet.

It was a great location for the convention centre, and was clean and comfortable with great views. It was a bit hard to find at first as you can't get a taxi to the door, or my Uber didn't anyway. The apartment was great, it did get a bit cold, so extra covers would have been great, and there was no full-length mirror, which was disappointing. The hairdryer was also cutting out a lot so give yourself some extra time to dry your hair if it's long!
It was a great location for the convention centre, and was clean and comfortable with great views. It was a bit hard to find at first as you can't get a taxi to the door, or my Uber didn't anyway. The apartment was great, it did get a bit cold, so extra covers would have been great, and there was no full-length mirror, which was disappointing. The hairdryer was also cutting out a lot so give yourself some extra time to dry your hair if it's long!

The room is nice and clean. The price is great. But the staff at the reception is not very friendly and made me and my friend a bit uncomfortable. They do not attend to your need and do not offer much help. I will try other places in Vienna next time.

Vid ankomsten var personen i receptionen både ohjälpsam och direkt otrevlig. Mumlade mest något om att ordinarie personal hade slutat för dagen. Vi fick ett rum nästan högst upp vilket innebar en fantastisk utsikt in mot Wien. Rummet i sig var okej. Golven var inte de renaste men resten var hyfsat städat. Köket var bra utrustat men det saknades diskborste och diskmedel vilket borde vara standard om man hyr ut ett rum med kök. Det allra sämsta med rummet var att det angavs vara ett dubbelrum men sängen var nog inte mer än max 1,40 bred och hade endast ett enkeltäcke som var ännu smalare. Det fanns inte heller någon vettig sittplats framför TVn för två. Det stod en fåtölj där och ville mer än en titta fick de sitta på någon av de två köksstolarna. Vi hade inte heller någon städning eller tillsyn av rummet under de fem dagarna vi bodde där vilket kändes lite väl länge utan städning eller byte av handdukar.

Location is good and accomodation is reasonable. Staff is friendly and good, but not so reliable. I did the online check out. The website said that I would receive a receipt by e-mail, but I did not. Then I told the staff that I really need the receipt of my payment, and the staff said it would be sent next day.... I am still waiting for it and am not sure I can get it.

The room was comfortable and well equipped. No cleaning service unless you stay for more than 6-7 nights which needs to be improved. One of the front desk lady was rude when asked about towels. Wanted us to keep using the same after 4 days. For stays of more than 2 nights a second set of towels should be provided. If the weather is bad this location is quite inconvenient as you have to walk a good 5-7 minutes from the train/taxi with no cover.

Interesting location in the VIC close to Metrostation, Donaupark with Donauturm, 5 minutes to reach the new Neue Donau Promenade with beach clubs and restaurants. Very friendly staff at the reception. Unfortunately no ramp (but lots of stairs) to reach the entrance of the building with heavy buggage.

Ecellent location to stay for any business trips to the Donau City area. Getting to Wien centre is also easy as there are two U1 station very close by. Great facilities and comfortable for a stay of a few days or even more. Highly recommended.

Very nice - I tend to avoid apartments and use ‘real’ hotels but this was a really decent stay. More space because it’s a one-bed apartment, but with a proper reception handling arrivals and checkouts. A bit out of the city but excellent for the underground just a few hundred metres away which went direct to most of the key spots.

Great apartment with reasonable price. Room cleaning once in three days, no fancy amenities. Although, the bathroom was stinky all the time, I was fairly satisfied with this venue. They cleaned up the room only on the third day and forgot to place new towels. That is the only complaint that I would make.
