Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere

Excellent room and facilities overall at this hotel. Really enjoyed my stay here. Great location with easy access to transportation especially with the nearby train station (coming from nearby city service or airport train). Gym facility is world class - covers most of one floor of the hotel.

Clean, quiet, excellent staff, above-average gym, good location. Restaurant a bit pricey.

So impressed. Good location , 4 minutes walk to light tram D line. Room is very clean, no noice, nice window treatments., art works so appropriate. The roof top bar is the best, beers, drinks, friendly staff, with a beautiful view of the city. Exceeded our expectations. Will be back soon.

Super modern and excellent hotel with great location next to HBF - but so sound proof that you can not hear the trains. Great gym and roof-top bar as well.

very friendly large sauna with window - huge diagonal column in middle of room - loud room, fan noise even with ac/heating off - sauna only open 10-17, information hard to find - loud music in lift Such a restricted room should only be offered with discount and/or free breakfast at the very least. Overall, not nearly as good as other Hyatt properties, like The Standard Bangkok, Park Hyatt Vienna, Hyatt Regency Seattle.

This hotel was a phenomenal surprise. We wanted quick access to the train station to get.to Salzburg and it was a short walk. The hotel was superb. Very quiet. New. Super clean. The rooftop bar was gorgeous.

The hotel was very good, clean rooms and polite staff. However, we were not told that the Spa would be closed for maintenance during our stay and this was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

The hotel staff was great. The daily cleaning was a joke. The beds were poorly made and nobody emptied the garbage cans for 3 days. The bathroom was not cleaned after room service. I was very confused by the daily room service. Not sure what the standards are. I booked 3 rooms and all of them had the same poor daily room cleaning service.

Você tem que pedir housekeeping senão seu quarto fica sem serviço. Tirando isso tudo muito bom. Hotel moderno, limpo e bem localizado. Vale a pena.

Loved our stay at this hotel. The room was modern, comfortable and clean. Loved the breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the hallways, especially the walkway between two buildings on fifth floor was very dusty and seemed not to have been vacuumed for a while. I'm sensitive to dust because I have asthma, so it's possible that this is not something that's easily noticed by others. But the room was very clean and no dust.

The house keeping forgotten to clean our room, when we asked them, someone came to clean but did a horrible job.

The room was clean the bathroom floor was heated. Very nice feeling when it’s snowing and you return to a warm heated floor. The breakfast options were vast and the bar had a wide selection of wines and cocktails. Staff were accommodating and friendly and multilingual which was helpful when traveling with friends from other countries.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We liked very much the gym and the wellness area (clean, good temperature, excellent layout of the free weights and machines, abundance of cold water and towels). We liked very much the view of the room and the air conditioning was perfect. We did not like the layout of the room: the bathroom wash basin area is in the same space with the bed area. The toilet area had a glass door with almost no privacy when someone was using the toilet. The same with the shower. Completely impracticable for us. We did not like the fact that the reception never picked up the phone when we called (3 times all in all). One of those times we wanted to ask about the fire alarm that we heard in the hotel but no one was answering. So, I had to get the hotel number from the internet and call then from my phone. Then they replied. We did not like that the housekeeping was not replacing the earbuds, the Kleenex towels and similar consumables when empty but only when we asked. We did not like that we could hear very clearly the steps of people walking for hours, most probably from the room above us. We thought that the rooms were sound proof. We did not like that the expresso machine was Ipperespresso and we had to use only the pods that the housekeeping provided. Nespresso is the choice of most luxurious hotels. We did not like that there was not a hardcopy room service menu in the room. There was one on the TV menu but it was very difficult

I had a wonderful stay at the Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere. The room was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully prepared — I really appreciated the welcome fruits and the personalized greeting with my name on the TV. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too soft for me. The hotel is not right in the city centre, but it’s conveniently close to the main train station, making it easy to get around. I didn’t get the chance to try their breakfast or visit the rooftop bar, but overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. If you’re looking for a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Vienna, Andaz is an excellent choice.

Reception personnel was very helpful. Rooms were clean but can be a bit cleaner. Rooftop bar was very nice with great views. Buffet breakfast was good, although a bit expensive like most other places in Vienna. There were a couple a of technical issues during our stay (could not connect the laptop to wifi due to some IT problem, room lights got turned on by itself in the middle of the night) but they got resolved quickly. Adjoining rooms was an advantage while staying with the family.

My stay at Andaz was very good; a beautiful property that’s pristine; however, my only issue I had was with the internet connection and it appeared as if I kept getting disconnected after every 2-3 minutes because I kept having to reconnect to the Wi-Fi.. other than that everything was great

The hotel was modern. The room we stayed in was spacious, well equipped room. The top floor has a beautiful rooftop restaurant and bar with fabulous views of the city. The hotel is close to the main train station and the city centre is a 15 min subway ride. If you don’t mind being a little away from the downtown this hotel is perfect

Nice property. Can catch a direct tram to the old town in 10 mins. Large rooms and good size bathroom and rain shower. Hotel needs some renovation in the rooms as they are looking tired

The room is very tidy and clean, and also very new. Although this hotel is not close to the city center, the transportation is not too inconvenient. Given its very reasonable price, the slight inconvenience of transportation is not an issue at all. The only downside is that my room faces the railway tracks, and there is some noise from passing trains at night, but it’s not too loud.

Arrived @ 1am (Plane 3 hours delayed) reception were amazing nothing was too much trouble, only negative was that I had to leave @ 7.30am for an appointment @ 8am in Vienna. I will be back

Wonderful hotel. Attentive staff and very well located.

Front desk check in woman was very unpleasant for no reason. I heard her like that with another guest at hotel. We asked for our luggage as we had checked our luggage and she had her colleague bring half and when we inquired about the remainder of luggage she said they are looking for it. She does not handled being question well.

The hotel looks impressive, but when I genuinely needed help, the staff were indifferent and unprofessional. Their lack of responsibility and care was very disappointing for a property under the Hyatt brand.

First I stayed in the hotel 2 weeks ago when I had a terrible experience with a receptionist and her front office manager, who seemed like someone who never worked with guests or that it was their first day at work. No clue. Then I didn’t write a bad feedback, because I thought it was just them and not everyone at reception maybe. But no! I booked same hotel just because it was at a convinrent location close to my meetings this week, and guess what- I was served by another receptionist - but in same rude unprofessional style. So I guess it’s just the way all front desk are. If you could book something else in the area - better do so, because you’ll only have headache with these guys! Not to mention that the hotel is supposed to serve room service menu from 10:30 to 6:00 (at least it’s shown on file) but every time we called they had nothing but bread with cheese. They can’t make coffee either during the night. Absolutely useless service. Better go airbnb for this money!

Misunderstanding about the booking was dealt with really quickly and professionally which shows how good this hotel is. The room was unbelievable, hotel immaculate, great little gym with fantastic views. You have to go to the roof top bar, great atmosphere. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

Its an ok hotel, close to central station, trams right next door to city center, but nothing near by.

Great value, perfect location - 11 minutes by tram to the opera house and a two minute walk to the main train station for dat trips to Bratislava and Poland.

Modern hotel located close to city centre, around 20 minute walk or €10 by uber.

It was a good hotel. A little far from city center but 5minute walk from train station next door. About $10-15 Euro taxi ride from parts of the city. Would not do the breakfast buffet for $25 Euro per person. (We cancelled it after the first day) Staff speak English and was friendly and professional.

Alles schön und wunderbar inkl. Design und Ausstattung der Zimmer, sehr freundlicher Empfang. Es gibt nur ein Manko. Bei Vollauslastung ist der Frühstücksbereich deutlich zu klein. Von 8-10 Uhr musste man sich bei einer 15m langen Schlange anstellen um in den Frühstücksbereich Zutritt zu bekommen. Dafür wird man dann mit sehr guter Qualität beim Frühstück belohnt. Liebes Management, das Problem wäre lösbar. Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kann nicht besser sein.

Absolutely love this hotel! This was my second stay, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. My room on the 7th floor was exactly what I asked for—quiet and peaceful, with no outside noise at all. The room itself was comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. While the pillows weren’t the best, that was a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic experience. Aurora, the rooftop bar and restaurant, was a highlight. The food was delicious, and although the menu was a bit limited, every dish I tried was excellent. The service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and professional. Breakfast was also great, with a good variety of options, though I have to say the coffee was just okay. The hotel’s location and amenities make it an ideal place to stay, and the overall experience keeps me coming back. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The hotel is modern in style with new and well-maintained facilities. Breakfast is good. However, the lack of attention and trained staff at the Eugen Restaurant during dinner disappointed us. My wife requires avoiding certain condiments for health reasons. The waiter took note but brought his dish fully seasoned – my wife couldn't taste it. If you stay at the hotel never go to this restaurant

Close to Vienna Central Station. Walk through the correct door at the ground floor of food stalls (@station) and you will reach hotel in less than 10min. The breakfast has order-to-cook options and the team at breakfast was professional in taking care of the guests. We love the orange juice too.
