A very nice experience overall. The hotel has retained its elegant traditional style and generally service is very good and pleasant. A couple of areas for improvement (given its luxury status): 1. there is no lounge area to sit in and relax during the day. 2. The bar, though nice, is very small so after the opera we had to find another hotel for a drink. 3. The in-room dining options are very limited - needs to have more snack / light meal options. 4. At breakfast the staff were slow to ask what tea/coffee we required - had to find staff to ask every day.

The Bristol is a superb hotel situated across the street from the outstanding Vienna State Opera. The facilities and the staff of the hotel are all 5 stars. The old city of Vienna with all the art, museums, cathedrals and shopping are all within very easy walking distance. Can't say enough about how much my wife and I loved this hotel.

The extraordinary charm of this magnificent hotel and quiet efficiency in a magnificent heritage hotel was wonderful. The staff were courteous, friendly and accomodating and the room I was in was breathtaking. I loved my stay and can't wait to return. Skvělá lokalita, personál ochotný a milý, perfektní služby. Hotel je nádherný, maximální spokojenost. Parkovací služba auto odveze i přiveze, večer jsme přišli na pokoj, vždy zatažené závěsy, lahvička vody na nočním stolku a krabička bonbonů. Luxus, který si samozřejmě zaplatíte, ale také užijete.

아주 훌륭한 위치에 자리잡은 브리스톨, 오페라극장을 바로 옆에서 볼수 있어 좋았습니다. 침대와 가구 모두 훌륭했고, 번화가이지만 소음이 없어서 더욱 편했습니다. 욕조의 물이 잘 안빠지는 번거로움이 있었지만, 제가 이걸 불편을 표현하지 않아서 몰랐을거라 생각합니다. 혹시 다른분들은 웰컴 드링크를 주는데 저희만 안준건 아닌지... 하는 생각을 잠시 했습니다. 다시 간다면 강력하게 추천합니다.

This is a fantastic hotel. Everything about my stay was just perfect. The room was maybe the most comfortable I've ever had. And it's easy to take for granted something like lighting in a room until you see how it should be done, like at the Hotel Bristol. A huge added bonus is the hotel's proximity to the opera house and the center of town. I would easily stay here, again.

The only thing what wasn't nice was room readiness. We arrived to Bristol Hotel a bit early, and room was promised to be ready at 3PM (official check in). We came later around 5PM and room was still not ready !
