We love travelers from all over, but we can’t host locals from the Greater Toronto Area—sorry! You’ll need to be 19 or older and show a valid photo ID when you check in to prove you’re from outside the GTA. Check-in is easy: from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the café, or if you’re arriving late, between 9 p.m. and 2 a.m. at the bar. Heads up—we don’t have 24-hour reception. Check-out is by 11 a.m. You can cancel for free up to 48 hours before your arrival. After that, we’ll charge for the first night. To hold your spot, we’ll charge a deposit (equal to one night) 48 hours before you arrive. 22.61% tax isn’t included in the price and will be added at check-in. If you booked through Hostelworld, their fees go to them—not us. You’ll still need to pay your deposit directly to us. Quick FAQs Traveling with friends or a partner? We’ll do our best to keep you together, but we can't guarantee you'll be in the same room, especially during peak season due to existing bookings. Want a bottom bunk? They’re first-come, first-served—but if it’s a must, private rooms are your best bet! Arriving early? No worries! Drop your bags off and go explore. Reception opens at 8 a.m. Leaving before we open at 8 a.m.? No problem! Just ask for your $10 key deposit back the night before and leave the key under your pillow before you leave the hostel. We don’t have parking on-site, but there’s a public lot nearby and street parking (just make sure to read all the signs). Need to store your bags? We’ve got you covered—free same-day storage before 9 p.m. No alcohol in the hostel areas, but you’re welcome to purchase drinks in our bar downstairs!
