Very disappointed no lunch or dinner options in hotel. Hotel is oddly designed as well. No true reception, main entrance is actually for a private gym. Breakfast was good, staff very nice.

Allt var bra på det stora hela. Fäscht, tryggt och lite småcharmigt hotell. Tyvärr låter luftkonditioneringen på rummet ganska högt. Tekokare fanns inte på rummet men en te-och kaffestation fanns på samma våning. Vi provade inte frukosten. Närheten till tåg/spårvagn uppskattades. Även skönt att det bara tog en halvtimme att gå till Ernst-Happel-Stadion från hotellet.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, mit coolem urbanen Style. Klasse Anbindung an den Nah- und Fernverkehr. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstück war in der Auswahl, Qualität und dem Geschmack perfekt. Das Zimmer war leider wirklich ziemlich klein und es gibt wenig Stauraum / Schränke für Kleidung. Die Dusche war nur über die Toilettenkabine begehbar und daher ist alles recht eng. Dafür war das Personal und der Service großartig. Kleine Annehmlichkeiten wie eine Sonnenterrasse oder eine gratis Tee- und Wasserbar runden das Gesamtpaket ab.

Best location. close to Wein Mitte, the main train/subway station. Catching the CAT to the airport from there is a breeze. Also there is a mall and big supermarket to get your supplies. catching the #1Tram nearby is also great to the main sites. the area is quiet and nice to leisure walk. Staff is extremely efficient. surprised the bar is open 24 hour. The breakfast spread has lots of variety, but the only warm item is hard boiled eggs, still very good value. The "Lovely" room we have is comfortable for 2 of us. My only wish is if there one English language TV channel.

Meget forvirring med alle de elevator, der ikke kørte de samme steder hen. Borde i baren til morgenmad var for små. Badeværslet i værslet , var meget poppet. Med håndvask et andet sted. Et chok over det er sort over det hele. Atumaten på 5 sal, til kolde drikken virkede ikke, med kort.

Brilliant stay, rooms really clean and spacious, great amenities with all you need provided. Safe included in room which is always a plus. Hotel staff really friendly and do great pizzas 24-7! We had one every night :D Easily walkable to any attraction and main train station just a 8 minute walk away. They even have a free coffee/tea making station next to the rooftop terrace, makes early mornings easy! We have been to over 15 countries the last few years and can say this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, quiet and affordable hotel right in near all main tourist attractions.

Da vi kom til hotellet blev vi modtaget af Lena i receptionen. Både hun og de andre vi tidligere har mødt har været top professionelle og samtidig interserede i hvem vi var og vores ønsker. Og det på en oprigtig og ikke påtrængende måde. Rengøringen og hygiejnen var i top på hele hotellet. Morgenmaden var også i top med noget for enhver smag

War bereits das zweite Mal da, denke es wird leider kein drittes Mal mehr. Es gibt viele Kleinigkeiten die zu Reparieren sind und was extrem stört ist der sehr starke Kanalgeruch aus dem Abfluss von Dusche und WC. War in beiden Zimmern so. Würde ich nicht mehr buchen. Leider. Sonst Restaurant und Frühstück und auch Lage sind sehr gut.

Had a pleasant stay - clean hotel, not far from the station, in a quiet street with a supermarket and several restaurants nearby. Spacious and comfortable room. The man at reception was very friendly. I also made a mistake with my booking, and the hotel kindly sorted everything out. Superb service!

within walking distance to Landstraße City Airport Train and S-Bahn/U-Bahn. However the room is extremely small and have no view at all (by no view it means the windows are blocked) The design of walk-in shower is transparent (made with glass) and can be seen from the sleeping area, which my friend and I feel super embarrassed when using it. And if you are of bigger size, don’t even think of using the walk-in shower. It is just a small cubicle and it only has a lil gap from the door for you to get in. The location of the reception is weird too. It locates on the 2nd floor where it is also a bar restaurant. What makes it worse is: there are some staircases going downwards to the reception. This is very inconvenient for travellers w/luggage but if you are only with a backpack you would be fine. The pricing for our stay is around €200/night. It is on a Saturday but it is not worth for the €200. Would avoid this hotel if I were you.

We booked two rooms forc4 adults. They gave us a smaller room than what we booked. We made them correct that issue. The reason we selected this hotel was we searched for rooms with air conditioning and private bathrooms. First night the Air did not work. We could not breathe. They apologized and stated the system was broke and it eas being corrected. Ok we figured this could happen anywhere. On night 2 the air conditioning was so low - it’s controlled by some major switch. Again none of was was able to sleep. To be honest the lady who ran this place was cheap and knew exactly what she was doing. She never even asked if we had slepted better the second night. There are so many hotels in Vienna. So when your doing your search skip this one. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Everything was excellent, but although it is cool in May I still wanted to turn the air conditioner on in my room and they came up with the excuse that the system was automatic And if it wasn't hot for three days in a row, the system wont work. It was absurd, better tell me we want to save electricity cost.

Das Hotel ist direkt in bzw über den Sofiensälen aus dem Zimmerfenster hat man direkt auf die dachfenster des saales geblickt. Da eine veranstaltung stattgefunden hat war es extrem laut und an schlaff nicht zu denken. konnte um 1 uhr nachts zimmer wechseln, mäßig besser da sich der bass gut im gebäude überträgt. einfach konzeptfehler - hotel in oder auf einem veranstaltungszentrum zu haben. service feundlich, hotel schick, lage gut aber wenn man nicht schlafen kann ist es halt ein sehr schlechtes hotel.

Etwas abseits der Wiener Innenstadt, aber so gelegen, dass man alles easy zu Fuß erkunden kann. Einige gute Restaurants in der Nähe, wie Sho Yu Pan, Kolonitz Beisl oder den Georgier Alaverde. ÖPNV Anbindung auch gut über die Station Landstrasse in der Mall Wien Mitte oder mit der 1 ab Löwengasse. Leider keine Kühlschränke auf den Zimmern und die Nasszelle war untenrum was abgerockt und die offene Bauweise ist Geschmackssache. Die Betten waren auf jeden Fall sehr gut.

Love the location very close to the metro station and very easy to get to the airport using public transportation, beautiful room very clean and confortable. Deniz the guy at the reception was very kind and profesional. I'll be back to Ruby Sofie Hotel in Vienna.

Strange things happened to me at Ruby Sofie Hotel Vienna. After I booked, paid 328.5 euros, and also received confirmation of the reservation and payment for the hotel through your app, I arrived at the hotel. The girl at the reception said that there is a reservation, but without payment and if I want the room I have to pay. All my efforts to convince her that I ordered and also paid in advance did not help. Not even when I showed her the payment confirmation. The girl asked me to pay 390 euros. I asked why and she said it was the price. I kept trying to convince her and then she said that if I don't pay 260 euros - I won't get the room. I had no choice and paid. When I asked for a receipt or confirmation of payment I was told that I would only receive it at check out. When I came to check-out and asked for the receipt, I was told by the hotel manager, Monica, that she does see the additional payment, but cannot give me confirmation that I paid. I paid twice for the stay at the hotel and I don't think anyone there takes responsibility for it, Stay a way for your safety and keeping your money!

Really good, a bit unorganised front office service that ended up in reception employees entering my room while I was away and then knocking persistently on my room\'s door in order to cofirm that I was legitimately occupying the room with an indifferent "oh sorry but I had to confirm that you were a legitimate guest". Could have been kinder and at least apologise properly for bumping into my room.

We loved this place. Comfy. Great breakfast. Quiet part of town but just few a minutes walk to Ubahn and airport train. Double espressos served with joy. Amelia, Raul, Julia and others were delightful. Back next year!

Da vi kom til hotellet blev vi modtaget af Lena i receptionen. Både hun og de andre vi tidligere har mødt har været top professionelle og samtidig interserede i hvem vi var og vores ønsker. Og det på en oprigtig og ikke påtrængende måde. Rengøringen og hygiejnen var i top på hele hotellet. Morgenmaden var også i top med noget for enhver smag

Had a pleasant stay - clean hotel, not far from the station, in a quiet street with a supermarket and several restaurants nearby. Spacious and comfortable room. The man at reception was very friendly. I also made a mistake with my booking, and the hotel kindly sorted everything out. Superb service!

Best location. close to Wein Mitte, the main train/subway station. Catching the CAT to the airport from there is a breeze. Also there is a mall and big supermarket to get your supplies. catching the #1Tram nearby is also great to the main sites. the area is quiet and nice to leisure walk. Staff is extremely efficient. surprised the bar is open 24 hour. The breakfast spread has lots of variety, but the only warm item is hard boiled eggs, still very good value. The "Lovely" room we have is comfortable for 2 of us. My only wish is if there one English language TV channel.

This is a great base for exploring Vienna with Wien Mitte just up the road to get you pretty much anywhere. Direct train from the airport on the CAT. Really friendly staff. Good shower. Compact room but not too small. An interesting hotel with a huge ornate concert room in the middle of it.
