From the torn carpet, no hand towels, no hairdryer, no cleaning of the room or emptying the bin, no tea & coffee refresh and we had to ask for toilet paper should give you a good indication of how disgusting this place was. I’ve travelled all around the world and this one is the worst.

Light fittings hanging from exposed wires on balcony, fan hanging from roof. What looks like blood on wall under bench as well as otherwise grotty walls. Definitely not worth the $124 we paid for the room.

Cockroach everywhere my kids and mrs were extremely disturbed and couldn’t sleep even 2 hrs. Wifi was good. We fell for the competitive price but regretted all night.

Rooms are filthy and infested with roaches. Staff go into ur room as soon as u leave and look through your things. It’s gross. Caught them out twice

Room somewhat tired and needing sprucing up. Bed uneven and sagged towards middle - very uncomfortable for two people. A bit like 2 people sleeping in a hammock. Otherwise value for the price if you don't look too closely at the paintwork and other items.

First night I arrived I had no room even though I had email confirmation. Had to stay elsewhere at 11pm at night. Very few rooms have smart tvs, and mine had internet dropouts every 5-10 minutes. Room was neat and tidy for a 3 star motel, but the booking system is totally flawed and so I can’t return.

I was asked for my drivers licence which staff member then went over to photocopy. I was given it back straight away when I demanded it before she copied it. It is illegal to photocopy a person’s licence. I asked another couple who were staying there re this & they had not been asked for their licence. I had booked only for myself. There was no mention or note in room of an internet password but I didn’t ask either so there may have been access.

Waited about 45 minutes to check in as office was unattended. Called the number and got an answering machine. Disappointed of the noise level from other guests, bed was uncomfortable and as a result I didn’t sleep well

The property was close to fast food outlets. Bridge road has eateries down the opposite side of the motel. Hostess was friendly and supportive. The room was quiet and there was no noise from the road.
