Great location, helpful friendly staff, suite was huge and clean if a bit tired around the edges but didn’t distract from our stay. Washing machine/ tumble dryer in room was so useful!

Great location. Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable and provide advice. The washer/dryer was very handy to have. Easy Uber pickup / drop off. Within walking distance of many DC highlights. Spacious rooms and second bathroom was a bonus for us.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location is great. Neighborhood seemed safe and was quiet at night. Minimal towels supplied. Had to ask every day for more and it took about thirty minutes each time to get them. No large trash can in kitchen or around the unit meaning you get overran with trash very quickly when ordering food via delivery or otherwise. No dish soap in kitchen but they had supplied a fresh sponge. Tub/shower combo in BOTH bathrooms, including master, which was harder for us to get in and out of. Both Bedrooms and bathrooms are quite small. Maintenance in the units is lacking quite a bit. Quick fixes done to several things that are cosmetically unappealing. Could see spray foam blobs dried in several places, and caulk and other little fixes filled in here and there that looked bad. Rug in hall kept slipping so we rolled it up and put it in a closet, only to find a messed up spot in the floor of hall that had about ten nails in it to try to keep it down and the floor in that spot looked bad. There is no broom or vacuum in the unit so by the time we left in four days, it felt very dirty to me due to crumbs or hair, etc. Living room does not have enough seating. Would’ve liked at least one more chair or couch and loveseat. Price per night was marked way up due to extra things going on in the city, which made the unit not worth the price. No true restaurant on site although there are several options nearby. No breakfast served-not an issue for us though.

The property is in a great, safe area of the city. Easy walk to amazing restaurants. Go to Sixty Vines for great food. The room was perfect for two couples. Great sitting area and kitchen. The bathroom was a bit out dated and by far the worst part of the room. All in all, not bad.
