The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I was disappointed that the amenities stated there was a bar. There is no bar or restaurant. The breakfast was included and very good! Everything was new. That was nice. But the room smelled like bug spray . The windows don't open so we couldnt air it out.

Nice hotel, very clean and rooms are large with a full kitchen and pull out sofa bed. The shower is also big and roomy, they also have a nice small weight room and laundry room. Staff is very helpful with everything. Overall very well lit interior and well kept, not dim like the near buy Hilton Hotel. The free breakfast tops it off! Would definitely come back, highly recommended!!!

Amazing property! The front office staff and workers are incredibly friendly. It’s conveniently close to the freeway, and I booked it specifically for the Tesla chargers, which were so helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

This is a clean, beautiful stay right off the interstate & convenient for Ubering around. We enjoyed the pool. There's a nice fire pit & BBQ grill for use by guests. Our room was spacious & comfortable. Love the full kitchen! Also, we got home & hubs asked me to buy the shampoo & conditioner they offer.... somehow it was better for his beard than any other product he's ever used! The bed, pillows, linens & towels are nice quality. The only downer that I can come up with about this location is the freeway noise. You hear it all night & even my sound machine couldn't drown it out.... however, I did have a room facing the freeway, so next time, I will request a room on the backside of the property. I don't consume meat or dairy, but the breakfasts looked amazing... there was oatmeal & fruit available, as well. Will definitely recommend to others & will choose to stay here again, when visiting Phoenix.

This hotel offers free guess parking, no amenity fees, very clean and staff is very helpful and accommodating. They have a free breakfast, nice little gym, small pool area and the lobby is very nice. Rooms come with a kitchen and a sofa bed, very roomy, and comfortable. There is a Starbucks in walking distance, and a Culver's restaurant too! The freeway is literally around the corner for your convenience, I highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel next time you're in the Avondale area, I'm coming back for sure!

I love the cleanliness, safety and the general upkeep and appearance. What I don't like is that they have gone to 7 DAYS before they will do a full clean on the room. If they aren't going to sweep or vacuum, they should provide a broom and a small vacuum. I don't like walking around on dirty floors. They do refresh towels every other day. In some other states, hotels are back to cleaning every day.

We have previously stayed at this hotel twice before this time around. The hotel itself is very nice, beautiful outside and well decorated and clean lobby and breakfast area. HOWEVER, i really really dislike that we don’t get daily room cleaning. I had to call the front desk everytime for towels… i mean we ran out of toilet paper our trash cans were full .. etc. i really wish hotels like this could go back to daily cleaning. This was my biggest let down. Besides that, our tub was cracked, the mirror was cracked and the sofa bed mattress was very dirty. The sheets we got for the sofa bed was ripped .. not what i expect from marriott

I property overall was well maintained and modern. The room was relatively large and comfortable. It was tremendously loud from the interstate, but that I guess, could be expected. The biggest disappointment was the service. While the front desk help was very courteous, the other services left a lot to be desired. The breakfast help was more interested in closing on time than serving guests. We requested (and then even double checked) that our room was to have housekeeping. Still, no one cleaned our room during the stay and we had to call them to bring us clean towels. It is ridiculous that housekeeping is only offered every other day to begin with (under the guise of eco friendliness), but it should be done quickly and efficiently on those days. We were told that a manager would be reaching out to us. That never happened. Apparently, good help is hard to find.

Our bathroom had human feces on the toilet handle, floor and one of the hand towels. stains on the tile floors that I didn't want to know about. The manager Tanya Brown's attitude was dismissive and mildly insulting .They told us that if we had booked directly with them instead of Expedia they would have handled it differently(or at all)

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Definitely will stay again. Rooms were roomy and had a kitchenette which was nice. Right off the free way and a resturant and starbucks within walking distance. Friendly staff. Good location and even though it was right off the freeway. We could not hear the traffic at all.

The hotel was clean and nice. Unfortunately our room was on the bottom floor with windows facing the highway and on ramp. It was very noisy. The room itself was great. Was just disappointed with the location of it and road noise.

I was enjoying my stay until I was interrupted by someone kicking my door. When I contacted the front desk, they stated they had been having this issue (teenagers coming in and banging/kicking doors). At that point, I did not feel comfortable anymore. I checked in at 6:30 and left by 10 the same night

Clearly a nice new location. Our room was very clean and surprisingly QUIET considering proximity to a very busy highway! Staff was very friendly. Pretty quick drive to State Farm Stadium for the game we saw there and cold beer available in the hotel store for the designated driver when we were in for the night. AWESOME

The breakfast was horrible with stale old food and very few selections. No meat at all offered and the stale reheated breakfast sandwiches had an “egg” patty on bread only. Oatmeal was so thick and sticky it wouldn’t come off the serving spoon. Horrible. Nothing like the typical residence inn breakfast !!!! This is why I chose to stay here and was sorely let down!

Room was comfortable but I was given a handicapped accesible room. The couch was in bad shape with the middle sagging. The breakfast was pitiful. All the food was lukewarm including the oatmeal. There was no toast just bagels and english muffins. The sausage biscuits were inedible.

Check-in was a breeze, room was clean and very spacious. Room layout was very convenient with a space for luggage at a comfortable height right by the bathroom. Bathroom was well lit and ventilated. Shower was spacious and well laid out, good water pressure. Only negatives were the linens were very worn and could use refreshing. The bath towel I used had something black on it like maybe it was burned. The fitted sheet was pilled and thin. At breakfast I used the last of the half n' half and didn't know who to tell. I wanted to get a coffee to go but couldn't because it hasn't been refilled 40 minutes later when we were leaving. I probably should have mentioned it to the gal at the front desk but she seemed like she was doing a bunch of stuff already. She was very pleasant for check-out, no complaints about the staff. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuit sandwich (tasty!), egg white frittatas, bagels and some bread, yogurts, 3 types of juice, waffle makers and oatmeal with all the fixings for both. Good variety imo.
