Do not stay here. Located in a very sketchy area. We nonetheless held hope and checked in. Sent our passport photos, and gave the deposit. Finally we get the code to go in. The place is surface level clean. No mattress protection, and the mattress is filthy. No pillow protectors, and the pillows are filthy. We immediately booked another place and left. The owner told me I was a liar, and will not refund anything. Not even the deposit. When I contacted hotels.com, they gave a made up reason. This is what I got: "We have received an update from the property regarding your refund. According to the property, there was an incident involving an attempt to bring unauthorized persons into the room. They consider this a serious violation of their house rules and regulations. The property further explained that, due to this situation, their on-site staff had to intervene immediately to remove the unauthorized individuals. They advise that the costs associated with this “extraordinary intervention” were covered by withholding the security deposit, which is why they have decided not to return it." This is all false. Fraud, plain and simple.

The location of this property was great as it is right next to the train station. Instructions to check-in were easy to follow. They also helped us store our luggage overnight. The bed was good and the amenities as well. I would easily stay here again.

The room and building was very clean and modern. Room was cleaned every day. Extremely close to the train station and great location, a lot of restaurants, cafes, and markets around. A little annoying that the power turns off after some time as its motion detected. But overall great experience

This B&B is very centrally located right by the main train station in Naples, which means you are close to everything. As everywhere in Naples, the traffic was very dense, you just have to get used to it. But the room was soundproof so we were not bothered by traffic noise. Lots of police in the area around the central station so we felt very safe here. The room was clean and nice, and there was everything we could wish for. The breakfast is Italian. this means a Croissant with a cup of coffee. You eat at a small cafe next door. It wasn't until day 2 that we found out, (and only because I happened to meet one of the ladies.) All communication otherwise took place via WhatsApp) A little more information would be nice. We were charged €100 as a deposit before arrival. Fair enough, but it is not particularly clear at Hotel.com that a set is a requirement. The amount was refunded immediately upon departure. We experienced only one small problem. We had a room on the 3rd floor. and it cost 20 cents to use the elevator per time for max 2 people, here it's not the price but the problem of getting the change to 20 cents We don't use € in Denmark. There should be a solution to that, either raise the price of the room and make it free, or install a currency exchange machine. We saw a family who, on the belief of a maximum of 2 people, entered 5 ideas + suitcases, then they were stuck. Of course we could have just used the stairs, but for my wife who has a bad knee,

Excellent location. Close to the Central Train station and Metro. Was surprised that the room was cleaned and sheets and towels were changed daily! Was quite except when the local foot ball team wan a game, then there were fireworks! Usually not too late. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Recommend.
