We stayed just one night to be close to the airport for an early flight out. The hotel room was modern and very large with a jacuzzi tub in the middle of the room (executive room), a great feature after a long day of travel. We also enjoyed a couples massage in the spa which was excellent. We took advantage of the free shuttle to the main square by Galleria Umberto which worked very well. While the hotel is excellent, the area surrounding the hotel is not very nice, so highly recommend taking the shuttle for sightseeing and dinner.

The spa is absolutely amazing!!!! They have one large spa pool and two jacuzzi tubs and two saunas! It was amazing. Also the room was also awesome and so elegant and modern too. I would definitely come back! Vincent at the front desk was especially helpful and kind. They assisted with my taxi too and offer free shuttle service to the nearby area!

Hotel is fairly new, modern and clean. The room was beautiful, quiet and comfortable. The staff was both pleasant and accommodating. There is a really beautiful bar on the top floor with nice views and a great vibe. The restaurants are wonderful, we ate lunch and dinner during our stay. The service at both restaurants was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious/five star! Highly recommend!

Really good 4* hotel. Incredible breakfast for 15€ pp. Carpark included. Good gym. The area is not very nice but it is a 10min drive away from the centre of Naples. Spa is not included and is 35€ pp for 2h, did not try it.

Lovely hotel with everything that was expected. Spacious rooms, ours had a great view of Vesuvius. Breakfast and restaurant, Lapillo was good staff excellent and the spa was amazing (at extra cost). The only thing that lets this hotel down is as others have said, its location, which is in the industrial area. The hotel does offer a free shuttle service into the centre and bay though.

Rooftop terrace “closed” despite their advertising. Bartender refused to make half of the drinks on the menu. Loud, rave music blasting all night we can hear from our room. Their taxi driver scammed us, after the hotel told us it would be an exact $21.00 for a 5 minute ride and the taxi driver made us pay $30. Still waiting on that refund!

Beautifully appointed hotel; spacious, modern and immaculately clean rooms and very large. The staff are perfect; incredibly polite, kind, professional and extremely helpful. If you are using a hire car there is free parking and ideally located for access to Vesuvius, Pompeii and Ercolano.

This is hands down the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was absolutely wonderful since the moment we walked in. Their customer Service is top notch. The free shuttle that the hotel provides into the city was very convenient and after a long trip, the spa was the perfect way to wind down and relax. In addition, the rooftop bar and staff was an added bonus to an already beautiful experience. They made travel to the airport easy in the morning by arranging us a taxi the night prior. Very pleased with everything at Gold Tower! I did put four stars for location as the area around the hotel did not seem like the best to walk around in all the time; however, again, I felt completely safe at the hotel and the services they provide to help us get around were top notch.

We stayed in the executive room with the jacuzzi bath in the room and it was simply the best, the room was huge, the bed was super comfy and the jacuzzi was absolutely amazing the staff were so very helpful in every way and it was a gorgeous hotel, the shuttle bus was superb to get you into the city centre and back, we would highly recommend this hotel

Property is in warehouse district to it’s advantage. Large wholesale distribution shopping center parking lot owned by hotel company is on site. NO STREET NOISE at nighttime. On the drive in you wonder how good can this place be. Then you see it appearing like a downtown hotel or better. COLD A/C. Excellent bed and room cleanliness. Built solid NO NOISE FROM ADJOINING ROOMS Everything is new. English news TV channel option from Europe is available. NO HOT WATER ISSUES. One complaint- BathRoom did not have good humidity evacuation but kept door slightly ajar and A/C seemed to handle the condition. The place smelled good and beautifully decorated. Staff could not have been more accommodating helpful and professional. A short taxi ride to downtown. Breakfast simply amazing. Truly a gem of a hotel. Recommending to all my friends when in Naples.

Lovely hotel in an industrial area. Rooms were excellent ours was very large with a jacuzzi. Great views of Vesuvius . Breakfast was plentiful , lots of choice etc. had a nice meal in the top floor restaurant. Found all staff to be friendly and helpful. Although in an industrial area was possible to walk into Naples centre or to catch the train from Gianturco station approx 8 mins walk from hotel .

The Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel was very modern and in a very convenient area close to the airport. We ate at the restaurant and was very pleased. The hot tub in the room was a fantastic relaxing touch. We would definitely stay here again.

The customer service from check in, to hotel shuttle, to terrace bar was excellent. The front desk went above and beyond to help us solve some transportation issues we had while in Naples. They ordered us a 4:00am taxi for airport transport and even had our breakfast boxed and ready to go for us!

Excellent hotel, excellent service ( shout out to Mauro and Giovanni). Enjoy the experience at this hotel, one of the best experience in Italy so far. Hotel is little far from the centre but it provides free shuttle services which is a huge plus. Thanks Mauro again for driving us to and from the city centre

The hotel itself is very clean and spacious. The breakfast is really good as well. The concierge was very knowledgeable but I found the service very slow for everything else. The location is not very convenient to get around, especially after dark. Taxis had a difficult time finding the place and overcharged to get there. It is a decent hotel but I wouldn’t rush back.

This property star quality was mostly the staff! Friendly, attentive to the last detail. The property provides a shuttle service (as well as the closeness to the airport makes this hotel an excellent choice for a short stay in Napoli

I never write bad reviews, I believe hotels try their best and sometimes things aren't great. However, I feel it's a must to warn anyone considering this hotel. Not sure how they got any good reviews, but here's my experience. EVERY staff member was extremely rude and made me feel like they are doing me the biggest favor and burden in the world, when I asked for the simplest things (like a water bottle or where do I get a cab, etc). They charge you for EVERYTHING (like a water bottle, etc) at crazy prices. Everything is an extra charge and higher priced than airport prices. The hotel is in a dangerous area of town, no where close to anything. The rooms are nice but so not worth compromising everything else for the nice room. I was so relieved to leave I felt so uncomfortable at this hotel. Ruined my Italy experience, and that's a very hard thing to do. Trust, do not book at this hotel.

The service here is second to none. The staff from meeting you at the front desk (Luigi) to everyone who works there, just welcoming and assisting. Mauro, our new friend, you were the best, most awesome driver and so appreciative of the way you helped us around Naples. We hope to come back and spend more time here. The area is a little out of the way, but we found some lovely little eateries nearby and the free shuttle service and taxi options are very suitable and met our needs perfectly.

Is the best option if you want to stay safe and very good for parking a rented car . Also very good access to the main roads to the rest of Italy. I will also appreciate the professionalism of Francesca. She give us very good information regarding our stays in Naples.

Fantastic hotel, we stay here whenever visiting Naples. The area is known to be dodgy but it's quiet. The hotel provides a regular return shuttle service into the historic centre. It's just a few minutes drive away. Don't let location put you off, just remember to reserve shuttle spaces.

Die Unterkunft ist ein wunderschönes und luxoriöses Hotel. Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren außer die Umgebung, die wirklich dreckig und unpraktisch ist. Man brauch mindestens eine halbe Stunde ins Zentrum und am Abend auch mal länger wieder zurück. Aber, wie gesagt, das Hotel an sich ist mit Sicherheit eines der schönsten in ganz Neapel.

Great hôtel, not much to do around the hotel but it was only for one night as we were going to the airport the next Day, which was like 10-15 min away from the hôtel. Restaurant was good but the menu was kind of small, not a lot of options to eat but the food was good.

Hotel di recente costruzione. Si trova vicino a magazzini all ingrosso. Nota negativa parcheggio esterno all.hotel distante 200 mt . Camere comode . Quella che ho occupato al 2 piano al mattino si sentiva troppo ilrumore del.traffico Colazione eccellente x qualita e qunatjta

The hotel itself is well maintained and has an upscale feel. The area the hotel is in is very dirty, run down, and feels unsafe to walk around at night. I would not have booked this hotel if I had seen the immediate surrounding areas.

Enjoyed my stay at this gorgeous hotel! The service was top tier , Francesca was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The food was delicious (apart from the breakfast buffet) and we enjoyed all the amenities. This hotel is not in a walkable area and there’s literally nothing to see in the vicinity. The hotel does contract with a taxi company and they offer discounted rates to and from the central city area. If you’re wanting to stay put, this place is perfect , if you’re wanting to explore, have food options and walkable areas, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

Hotel is fairly new, modern and clean. The room was beautiful, quiet and comfortable. The staff was both pleasant and accommodating. There is a really beautiful bar on the top floor with nice views and a great vibe. The restaurants are wonderful, we ate lunch and dinner during our stay. The service at both restaurants was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious/five star! Highly recommend!

Really good 4* hotel. Incredible breakfast for 15€ pp. Carpark included. Good gym. The area is not very nice but it is a 10min drive away from the centre of Naples. Spa is not included and is 35€ pp for 2h, did not try it.

We really enjoyed that the had a great buffet breakfast included as well as having included a shuttle that takes you into the center, free of charge! The property is new 2021 and well maintained. I just wish there was more grocery near by. Otherwise it was a great stay!

tres bon sejour. chambre tres spacieuse avec spa personnel. restaurant rofftop excellent et personnel aux petits soins dont beaucoup parlent francais en plus. navette gratuite pour aller visiter le centre de Naples avec une mention speciale pour Mauro le chauffeur tres sympathique et qui vous fait partager son amour de sa ville.

The hotel was very nice with excellent service staff and amenities. Taxi’s are called by front desk to conveniently take you to the city center for 15-20 €. Not walkable to city center because located in industrial zone area, but you have excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner plus cocktails on terrace. Spa was also very good. I would stay again but remembering you must get around by taxi then no issues. Coffee bar just down the street but we were too busy to check it out.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent rooms and good facilities. The only letdown is the location - not in an ideal place, a bit rundown and a 15 mins walk from the closest train/metro which to walk to isn't the most enjoyable. Property was convenient. Neighborhood was a little sketchy would return if I needed the location to be the reason I stayed. It was unclear about the usage of the bar upstairs and the hotel management was quite helpful and the room was quite clean.
