The room was very clean, and the heating worked perfectly. The staff were extremely kind and took the time to explain the facilities very carefully. This hotel made our time in Naples even more wonderful. Thank you very much.

No parking available. $40.00 euros per night on parking garage they recommend is insane. The outside facilities are in terrible condition and could use some work.

Very well located for piazza del Plebiscito. Towels were a bit threadbare and could be replaced. Some noise from the street and our room was right next to reception so we could hear everything and probably vice versa.
