Bien placé, juste derrière la vieille ville de Naples. Beaucoup de bus ou metro autour et de restaurants. Facile d’accès et immeuble sécurisé. Personnel aimable et réactif (Marco). La chambre est spacieuse, très propre. Ne pas avoir peur du tres vieil ascenseur. Immeuble charmant. Petit déjeuner un peu décevant mais sinon très bien.

The property is clean, and quiet. I like that it is an old building with modern conveniences. Our room is on the 5th floor and I am glad for the elevator! Housekeeping is consistent at making our room clean and tidy while we were out for the day. Front desk is responsive to queries and for making pick up arrangements. The location is 20 mins. from the train station so it is convenient when visiting other towns (e.g. Caserta). There are also plenty of dining options around the property, as well as being close to the historic city center.

This was the least pleasant stay in our 3 week Italy trip. The hotel is located in a super loud area, lots of traffic and pollution. The check-in process had to be coordinated ever step of the way and getting someone to open the door to the building where the reception is was a 30 minute ordeal. Getting to the 1st floor where the reception is was an issue as the elevator only went to floor 2 and then had to be taken again to floor 1, then we had to get off floor 1 with multiple language and carry it 1/2 floor down by stairs as the elevator takes you 1/2 a floor higher. The room smelled like sewer, my husband had to make a shower drain cap out of plastic bags to keep the smell from leaking from the sewer. Breakfast is order by marking items on a car and delivered to your front door in the am to be eaten in the small room. One good thing was the hot water stream we enjoyed since our last B&b in Taormina had no hot water.

Our point of contact Marco was extremely helpful, updating us before we arrived, able to make reservations and quickly responded to any of our needs. Check in was smooth, our receptionist outlined the map of Naples with recommedndations for attractions and restaurants for specific eatery. Room was spacious with kitchenette, safe and big bathroom. Breakfast every morning was delivered and had options for all. Highly recommend for extended stays in Naples.

Everything was wonderful for my week long stay in Napoli at Dimora Duomo. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast each day was a perfect start to the day. My room was large with high ceiling, excellent air conditioning, a small kitchen, and a very comfortable bed. Check in was smooth and entering / exiting the property was easy. I will look to stay here again on my next visit to Napoli.

Great room with a view, very comfortable mattress. Location is a bit difficult to find, it looks like an apartment building, and you need to ring a bell to get in the first time. We only stayed one night, and left early to the airport, the shuttle was quite expensive for the short trip. We missed the breakfast because we left early.

Das Zimmer war modern, makellos gepflegt und sah genau so aus wie auf den Fotos – stilvoll eingerichtet mit einer modernen, einladenden Atmosphäre, die perfekt zum historischen Charme des Gebäudes passt. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum historischen Stadtkern, ideal, um Neapel zu Fuß zu entdecken. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich perfekt gereinigt, war angenehm ruhig, und es gab Fön, Duschgel, Seife und täglich frische Handtücher. Das im Zimmer servierte Frühstück war ein wunderbarer Service und ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Marco, der uns gleich bei der Ankunft geholfen hat, einen tollen Pizzakurs zu organisieren und zu buchen – ein echtes Highlight! Am Abreisetag durften wir außerdem unser Gepäck noch für einige Stunden im Hotel lassen, was sehr praktisch war. Alle Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dimora Duomo is a lovely hotel in Naples. It’s in a great location to explore the historic centre of the city. Our room was a great sized family room with all the facilities we needed. It was super clean and well maintained. Lots of charging points! The staff are really welcoming and offered helpful tips about places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Breakfast was lovely too. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The room was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed. The shower was wonderful! The staff was so helpful and the breakfast was really good, timely and well done. Marco at the front desk was super accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! The location was within walking distance of absolutely everything we wanted to see. Great central location!

While staying in Naples, my husband and I chose Dimora Duomo as our accommodation. It did not disappoint! One of the biggest highlights of the stay was definitely Marco! Prior to our arrival in Naples, he sent information about the location, asked if we wanted a drive from the train station and made sure we were all set for our stay. Upon arrival, Marco offered courteous and friendly service. Even a map of all of the things to see! The room was VERY spacious and was even set up with Netflix, such a treat! The bathroom was nice, but most importantly, the space was very clean! The accommodation offered a very generous daily breakfast brought to your room. You could choose from MANY options ! What a treat! I definitely recommend this stay for anyone visiting Naples. The location is also very central! Close to the downtown core, the train station, but away from the chaos.

I stayed at the Dimora Duomo for 2 nights (2 adults, one child). The room was spacious, very clean, and in excellent condition. The sheets were clean and crisp. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. Marco greeted us upon arrival and provided a map of the city with suggestions. He was available to answer any questions at all times (what’s App). We selected breakfast items from a menu the night before and chose the delivery time to our room. Very convenient. We walked everywhere. Great location. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and nice room. Walkable to the old part of town where some of the must visit pizza places are located. Close to the train station and the port where ferries depart for Capri and other islands. It was a great home base for visiting Pompeii, Sorrento, and Capri.

There is a lot to love! The location is great, only a short walk to everything you want to see. The staff communicated before and during our stay and were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a great perk and there were a lot of options to choose from. It was even better that it was delivered right to your room. The room was very comfortable - the mattress was great, the shower was very large. If you are headed to Naples, don't hesitate to book here!

Lorenzo was so wonderful. We had a fabulous experience. The room was nice and big. The breakfast served in our room was great. The view out the window the Napoli's street was lovely. We walked to several attractions and that took a quick taxi to the ferry station at the hotel book for us. Mostly everyone was just so nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing visit! Marco was super responsive and the check in was very easy. The room itself was impeccable. Everything was so clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on! The doors opened up onto the Main Street but when closed, the sound proofing was amazing and you could not hear anything. Amazing visit! Marco was super responsive and the check in was very easy. The room itself was impeccable. Everything was so clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on! The doors opened up onto the Main Street but when closed, the sound proofing was amazing and you could not hear anything. Plus the location is so convenient and walking distance from so much of Napoli. I would recommend Dimora Duomo to anyone who is visiting Napoli!!

While staying in Naples, my husband and I chose Dimora Duomo as our accommodation. It did not disappoint! One of the biggest highlights of the stay was definitely Marco! Prior to our arrival in Naples, he sent information about the location, asked if we wanted a drive from the train station and made sure we were all set for our stay. Upon arrival, Marco offered courteous and friendly service. Even a map of all of the things to see! The room was VERY spacious and was even set up with Netflix, such a treat! The bathroom was nice, but most importantly, the space was very clean! The accommodation offered a very generous daily breakfast brought to your room. You could choose from MANY options ! What a treat! I definitely recommend this stay for anyone visiting Naples. The location is also very central! Close to the downtown core, the train station, but away from the chaos.

The location was great, the manager was very prompt in responding to requests. The breakfast was delivered to our room when we asked and the room/ bathroom was clean and modern. The only thing I would have liked to see was, we arrived very early so we needed enter the building at 730 am and if. It for another guest with wifi we would never have been able to enter. Then when we arrived in the “lobby” a cleaning staff member was present but no one else was behind the desk nor was a common room bathroom available. After 20 hours of travel we were hoping for the use of at least a toilet. Other then that part, I would recommend this hotel to friends

This was the least pleasant stay in our 3 week Italy trip. The hotel is located in a super loud area, lots of traffic and pollution. The check-in process had to be coordinated ever step of the way and getting someone to open the door to the building where the reception is was a 30 minute ordeal. Getting to the 1st floor where the reception is was an issue as the elevator only went to floor 2 and then had to be taken again to floor 1, then we had to get off floor 1 with multiple language and carry it 1/2 floor down by stairs as the elevator takes you 1/2 a floor higher. The room smelled like sewer, my husband had to make a shower drain cap out of plastic bags to keep the smell from leaking from the sewer. Breakfast is order by marking items on a car and delivered to your front door in the am to be eaten in the small room. One good thing was the hot water stream we enjoyed since our last B&b in Taormina had no hot water.

Marco was very helpful before and during our stay. He helped arrange private transport from the airport and a driver for a day trip to the Amalfi coast. They also delivered breakfast to our room very morning. The room was clean and comfortable and located in a very central location in Naples. We were able to walk to most sites of interest.

La peor experiencia y trato que he recibido en europa después de no menos de 20 viajes en los últimos 10 años. El dueño es una persona grosera y mal educada, que brinda un trato poco amable y grosero incluso siendo ofensivo, me vi obligado a presentar una queja formal con la agencia debido a sus groserías. Pero no se puede esperar menos, si es econoómico por ende el servicio y el trato al igual que el dueño son eso, baratos. Mala publicidad de un bed and breakfast y no un hotel como se publicita, el edificio en pésimas condiciones con un elevador que en cualquier momento colapsa, sucio y deteriorado. No hay recepción permanente y el dueño te ofende por whatsapp, no vayan lo agradecerán. Conservo como prueba sus mensajes ofensivos.

Lovely rooms and a reasonable breakfast delivered to your room. Marco was excellent in pre-contacting us and arranging a taxi from airport. He also recommended restaurants and was on hand with all info you'd need. The property is on a busy road but was quiet and safe. That road isn't the tidiest but a simple walk brings you to the old town with restaurants serving great and inexpensive pizzas etc. Property is in walking distance of two metro stations and the train station. As taxis are so expensive would recommend using them.,

We only stayed one night, and left early to the airport, the shuttle was quite expensive for the short trip. We missed the breakfast because we left early.

Das Zimmer war modern, makellos gepflegt und sah genau so aus wie auf den Fotos – stilvoll eingerichtet mit einer modernen, einladenden Atmosphäre, die perfekt zum historischen Charme des Gebäudes passt. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum historischen Stadtkern, ideal, um Neapel zu Fuß zu entdecken. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich perfekt gereinigt, war angenehm ruhig, und es gab Fön, Duschgel, Seife und täglich frische Handtücher. Das im Zimmer servierte Frühstück war ein wunderbarer Service und ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Marco, der uns gleich bei der Ankunft geholfen hat, einen tollen Pizzakurs zu organisieren und zu buchen – ein echtes Highlight! Good location , close to the Scapa Napoli which is well worth a visit. The breakfast system was nice, you get to choose the day before and it delivered to your room in the morning. It was delicious. Nice TV system too.

The Staff is very caring and rooms are big and bathroom is huge for European standards . Would love to come again . I had to leave early they were kind enough to provide an early breakfast .

Marco & staff were wonderful hosts & our stay was most comfortable. Having a good “protein-based” breakfast each morning was very much enjoyed & appreciated. We’d highly recommend Dimora Duomo.

Had a great stay at this hotel. It is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. Loved the way the balcony doors opened and let in fresh cool air. Staff was very attentive and the breakfast that was delivered to my room was great.

Great room with a view, very comfortable mattress. Location is a bit difficult to find, it looks like an apartment building, and you need to ring a bell to get in the first time. We only stayed one night, and left early to the airport, the shuttle was quite expensive for the short trip. We missed the breakfast because we left early.

The hotel is in a well-connected part of Naples, great if you want to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly, easy to contact and responsive to any requests. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay

Welcome at Dimora Duomo was friendly and welcoming. The rooms really impressed with their modern style, spacious accommodation and great facilities. The rooms had great views and fantastic aircon. The bathroom was stylish and clean. The coffee maker and stocked fridge was a great addition. The breakfast was on time and kicked out day off to fantastic start. The location is fabulous for exploring the city of Naples on foot, or by metro, with nearest station just a few minutes away. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to keep the most demanding of international travellers happy. Seriously, don't hesitate to book a stay here. We'll certainly be back soon.
