The pool was not opened our stay due to chemicals being off. When I consulted front desk staff I was cursed out, door slam and then told I was banned due to tbe pool being close on there behalf.

Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast from 6-10am every morning was good. Grandson loved the indoor pool which was the big draw for us choosing this hotel again. The bed was a little firmer than we like but still got a good nights sleep. Lots of dining and shopping near by. Overall, we would stay here again.

It was extremely easy to get checked in. Everything was explained by staff once we checked in. Rooms were spacious and clean. Loved the indoor pool. Just had a wonderful experience.

The front desk staff was wonderful, the entire property was extremely clean, and the restaurant choices within walking distance were exemplary! Huge shout out to the maintenance/cleaning man (I cannot remember his name): that man NEVER quit working! He was ALWAYS sweeping/mopping/wiping things down!! The woman with the gray hair that works the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. She was SO kind and was helping everyone while keeping the food fully re-stocked. I have never seen someone at a Hilton hotel work harder and kinder at the breakfast buffet than her! Overall, AMAZING experience. We will be back!! :)

Room felt very humid. Floors and furniture all felt damp. Hallway in front of elevators was being cleaned during early evening hours, instead of when guests are less likely to be using this area. Check in was efficient and staff is friendly. Breakfast was good.

No trash bags were in our room at all. Wasn’t notified that the pool wouldn’t be open until the next day after booking in and that was the point in paying almost 200$ to bring our kids there. Some trash was shoved at the head of bed and a pad was shoved in the bathroom drawer. I was disgusted to say the least.

The bed was lumpy and I did not get any rest the entire time I was there! The mattress was very bad and the pillows were flat. I left with back and neck pain. I called for additional pillows but was told that they didn’t have any. I tried to call the general manager’s number on the card but it was actually the number to the front desk. This was the worst stay I’ve waver had and that says a lot coming from me as I travel weekly for business. Worst part is that the attendant at the counter told me that they have been trying to convince management that they need to replace the mattresses. That really upset me to hear that. There needs to be some upgrades made to the mattresses.

We were passing through on our way to another state and decided to stay here for the one night. We were very pleased with our stay and would totally stop there again. Every staff member was nice, helpful and doing their job. The room was much more than we had expected, it was huge! The room had a nice living area, nice work space and the bathroom was very spacious as well. I liked that the sink and dressing area was not in with the tub and toilet. Thank you Mississippi!

Staff was courteous, however the front desk lady was smoking right by the front door to reception and the smell was overwhelming. As a former smoker, I know that those breaks are quick but probably shouldn’t do it right by where the guests are coming in. The room was pretty comfortable overall but the humidity inside was pretty high. Air felt sticky all night. Breakfast had a big selection of foods but I wasn’t impressed with the quality.

The room itself was very nice. The manager behind the desk (Angie) was EXTREMELY rude & unprofessional. We let our dogs sleep in our very large SUV on a very nice night (50°). We lay the seats down, & they each have their own bed. Angie threatened to call the cops on us because according to her "it\'s illegal to leave your dogs in the car in MS. (Spoiler alert: it\'s not) She then accused us of sneaking them into the hotel because according to her "it\'s nefarious to use the stairs, & we were up & down them a lot. (Because we were taking care of the dogs.) So, which was it? Were we awful for letting them sleep in the car, or did we sneak them into the hotel? Also, she would have no way of knowing if we had been up & down the stairs a ton unless she was watching the security cameras. In which case, she KNOWS we never brought the dogs in. My husband told her to check the security cameras to see we didn\'t sneak them in. I\'m assuming she checked both the cameras & the laws because when he went back in to get a receipt, nasty Angie was suddenly very nice. Looking at the Google reviews after we left, Angie is mentioned by name in almost every single negative review for years. It\'s insane that she still has the job.

Each staff member I encountered at the front desk was most courteous and genuinely helpful. Check in and out were fast and problem feee. Room was large and clean, all systems worked impeccably. And breakfast was perfect, attended by another delightful and helpful staff member. Overall, an A++ experience!

The room is nice and staff is very accommodating. My only complaint would be about the $250 incidental fee for our 1 night stay!! I’ve never had a fee that high at a chain hotel and never for a one night stay. I would have liked to have been prepared to pay more in incidentals than I paid for the freaking room.

Stayed here before, loved the area and Hotel.. only issue I have is... if I get there a check in time and request a room higher up and they tell you that they are sold out and that's all they have and the next person comes in right after you and gets a room higher up, hmm 🤔.. that's the only real issue I have with this Hotel other than that it's Wonderful!

Love the location of this property, everything is right there... Food, basically anything u want to eat... Shopping, Crossroads Center, Gulfport Premium Outlet, Walmart, gas... the beach is about a 4 mile drive away...

Nothing to complain about...property and room were clean and well kept. The free breakfast was decent and included most of your typical items, and the staff kept it well stocked. The area around the hotel provided for a variety of other eateries and shops. This was within 15 minutes of the gulf.

Stayed for 4 days nice hotel with a nice clean area. Really enjoyed my stay breakfast didnt have a lot of options what was there was okay. Would highly recommend and would be returning if ever in the area again

Very friendly and helpful staff. Liked the layout of the room, it had more open space than normal. Bathroom lighting could be better for applying makeup. King bed was comfortable. There was no hot water for grits or oatmeal at breakfast. Scrambled eggs had no flavor but salt, pepper and hot sauces were available.
