The room was very clean, we were very comfortable. It was a wonderful surprise to get a lovely gift of Prosecco and biscuits for our 38th wedding anniversary, we really appreciate it . The staff were all wonderful and helpful especially Hannah the restaurant manager, who was so helpful and lovely at breakfast.. breakfast was great, they were very accommodating with what we wanted. We had a lovely meal at The Abacus, the staff was very nice, didn’t caught the manager name, but he was very helpful and patient. Bonus there was Ev charging too.

I was there for about ten days during a couple of conferences, and it was ideal for that.

The room was well equipped. Unfortunately, the lighting above the sink in the bath was not adequate for shaving.

Stay away from this one. Rooms and baths are very small. Constant noise around due to large delivery vans. The worst experience was dealing with the staff! Front desk and restaurant. Definitely not something anyone should have to deal with.
