Great location, nice rooms. Wish we knew the hot tub was not in operation. Would have booked a different place as that was one of the top amenities we wanted. Staff said the hot tub hadn’t been in operation for months and they had no idea when it would be fixed.

I didn't like the resort fees, and I had to fight for a parking pass.

The hotel was overall a good experience for us. Be prepared for a bit of a wait at check-in. The only thing that really gave it 4 stars was the room cleanliness, and by that, I mean the bathroom in particular. We got a Jr. Suite, and the jetted tub was dirty still inside... That was pretty gross. Otherwise, the hotel was super convenient being attached to both 3rd floor self-parking and the Miracle Shops mall. Plenty of restaurants inside of the mall and also outside, since it was on the strip. Safety-wise, they had security that checked to make sure anyone trying to head to the rooms had a current key card that scanned on a device before entering.

Love this place but has no room service bummer

Great hotel with clean rooms, great location, and view. Had staff at the elevators ensuring only guests used the elevators. Elevators were fast and smooth and quiet. Wished the pool was bigger and deeper, but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

Overall, great hotel in really good condition and very clean. Housekeeping service was excellent. Very conveniently located too. The only thing to be aware of is it is a time share hotel so you will be incentivised to attend a presentation, which we did not realise fully or like as it was not for us. If not for you, just don’t go for it. We felt a bit forced to attend it as they caught just as we had checked in. Lastly the pool was good, just a shame they don’t allow you to bring your own drinks from your room so that you use their bar, while they also allow people to take drinks into the pool. Some people leave their cups everywhere and you can find some at the bottom of the pool! Pool policy could be improved. Don’t let these two things stop you as it is a really good and very clean hotel. We highly recommend it.

Have stayed at the Elara a couple of times, once on the upper Club levels with a balcony and on a lower floor on this occasion. Lower room was still modern, spacious and very well equipped, apart from a lack of USB points. Location is good and being connected to Magnificent Mile means you have access to lots of shopping and food options without having to go outside. Pool area is a bit bleak and sparse, needs some more trees and shade to be tolerable in peak summer.

It’s a good place to stay. Convenient. The strict 10am checkout is too early.

Any Hilton’s are always great. Very clean. What I was surprise to see is they don’t have restaurant and room service.

Cleaning wasn’t done in either of the 2 rooms I had booked. And we did not put a privacy sign on the door. There is no excuse for this — corporate greed.

The property was spacious and clean but it desperately needed the carpets cleaned as they were really dirty. A/c was very noisy. A full size mirror would have been nice also. Cannot give 5 stars because of the dirty carpet.

This property is incredible. This was the second time that we have stayed at the Elara. Both experiences were above expectations. This is a well maintained, very clean property. The lobby, rooms and pool are fantastic. Location to amenities is very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Our one bedroom suite was very nice! Floors and windows were not super clean but overall we were happy with the place! We had an issue with our bathroom smelling terrible, like an outhouse. Staff came promptly each time we complained and the second time they came, it finally fixed the problem. It was just unfortunate that our room smelled bad for the first day and a half.

We had to clean up the room. The tables were dirty and the bathroom wasn't clean.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and nearly $7,000 for the room. Views were not facing the strip like told, had raw sewage smell coming up from drain in the room in which the staff pretty much came up to start a fight with how argumentative they were, no one apologized or fixed the situation. Room was very dirty, windows were hard to see out due to streaks on the glass. Coffee pots were nasty and uncleaned, chairs had food crud and all kinda stuff in them, couch had stains and smelled with a broken leg, floors were nasty and felt dirty. 0/10. Will never stay at this resort again. All other casinos places around laughed when we said Hilton, not a good sign. Deeply regret staying here

Nice room. Loved the wall that was all window- great view of downtown. Loved being close to Miracle Mile shopping,Planet Hollywood, and the strip. However hotel showing its age. Bed dipped where sleepers lay, not comfortable Pillow hard but dipped where your head lay. Shower and sink backed up water. Shower curtain about 6 inches too long and dragging in the water. Overall 4 out of 5 stars.

Our suite with kitchen was comfortable and had many amenities like a projection system on the blackout retractable blind in living room and massage chair in bedroom. Views from 56th floor were awesome.

Our bedroom was right next to the elevator and very loud at night. They offered a downgraded room to be away from the elevator. Ask for a room away from the elevator shafts, or move your mattress into the family room if you have to.

The staff is stellar, very professional and friendly. They really do try to make your stay the best possible. The housekeepers were also great. The rooms are luxurious. My niece joined me on the second day and she was stunned at how big our 1 bedroom was. She said it was bigger than her one bedroom apartment in Houston. The place was clean and just simply beautiful. I loved having the jacuzzi bath in the bedroom. What a treat. The one bedroom has a kitchen with appliances and dishes. I have been coming to this property for years. It really is the best place to stay and worth the price.

Stayed 4nights here. Beautiful, great smelling hotel. Very clean. Staff is respectful and helpful. It’s an owner resort so expect the ppl who will inquire if you’re interested in becoming an owner. Parking on the 3rd level is a hit or miss so they could walk right into the hotel. The first 2 nights, we weren’t able to find parking so ended up on 5th and 6th floor (4th floor blocked off) - the walk is a further to get to the hotel. Elevators to room are neat - punch in floor number and it directs to one of the many elevators that’s constantly running. Rooms are spacious and clean. Our group had 3-2bedroom suites that came with a kitchen - had basic kitchen utensils and even a water heater! Loved having for tea or a quick cup noodle in the middle of the night. Bathrooms are well stocked with 4 wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels. Linens are layered however, the bed itself was too firm for me. I’m used to sleeping on a tempurpedic bed. The beds from Aria and Bellagio are much better. My body ached every morning when I woke - so it was disappointing. It seem to be the consensus from our group of 12 that the beds were hard. Plenty of seating in the pool - deepest is 3ft 6in. There are cabanas available for rental however we didn’t feel the need to rent one. Didn’t get to check out the fitness room however, it’s available 24/7. Lastly, it’s quiet in the hallways - didn’t run into many ppl at all. All our rooms were all facing the pool - could hear police sirens every night

The space and projectors are unlike any place else.

While the furniture / fixtures are really starting to show their age, overall the Elara is a solid place to stay, especially if looking to get away from the typical casino vibe on the strip.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on 29th floor with a large lounge, sofa bed, kitchen & laundry facilities. It also had a large projector screen. The bed was so comfy, spotlessly clean & with the best view of LV & the Sphere. Our room was serviced daily & such lovely ladies, who were very helpful. Great pool, lots of lounge chairs but not any umbrellas to shield from the sun unless you pay for day beds. Cold water is available free by the pool. Great location inside the Miracle Mile shops, so handy for dinner, drinks etc. There is a small shop onsite selling food, snacks, drinks & other items but not one item in the shop has a price. You only find out the shock when you go to pay. I'd highly recommend this accommodation & would have no hesitation in staying here again. Having stayed in LV twice before at Trump, Club Elara is the best place to stay!

Our room was beyond perfect! We were on a higher floor with a view of the sphere. The space was expansive and clean. The kitchen was incredibly handy for daily breakfasts and snacks. The gym had enough equipment for our daily workouts It’s definitely a great home away from home!!

Very pushy on a timeshare pitch.

Acie, the security guard grabbed my arm. I’m in a wheelchair… disrespectful beyond belief! He’s Playing a little power game at the elevators. Everyone that works here says the same thing, that they have heard other guests complaining about Acie. He’s a definite liability to this hotel. Poor hire.

Pros: Property is clean and quiet. Feel safe that security will make sure everyone to scan their room card to enter the elevator banks. Easy access to the parking. Cons: cleaning staff were doing half of their job, no replenishing toilet paper, shower gel, hair shampoo and conditioner. Front desk staff was dismissive when we requested to refill those items in the room. Firm alarm in the room was beeping due to dying batteries. So these chains of event causing my family unable to relax and delays.

The persistent people trying to get you to become Hilton members by offering “free” activities once hearing a presentation is annoying - each time you walk past the lobby desk.

Check in was terrible, took 30 min waiting and there were only 2 people in front of us. They only had 2 workers doing check in and there were some sort of issue. They didn’t apologize or anything. They were crabby toward us when we finally got to our turn. And then we never got our room serviced even though we were supposed to. When we called down to housekeeping, they said our room wasn’t even in the list to do. Probably connected to the issues at check in? Anyway, they came and cleaned the room once we contacted housekeeping. Other than those things, the room was wonderful!

I usually love staying at the Elara but for this stay they had me waiting for check in longer then normal and my bags took awhile to be delivered. But all in all an amazing time lace to stay

I recently stayed at Hilton Grand Vacations Elara Las Vegas. While the facilities were clean and modern, the customer service was very inconsistent and disappointing. The front desk staff were cold and unhelpful, showing little interest in offering assistance or advice. What really ruined the experience, though, was the misleading sales tactic we encountered. Upon check-in, we were told we’d receive a “welcome pack,” which turned out to be a few discounted vouchers. We were then encouraged to attend what was described as a two hour session to learn how to use the Hilton app — but this was actually a high-pressure timeshare sales presentation. We were shocked to be pitched $30,000 worth of timeshare points, despite clearly being visitors from overseas. Only after questioning did we find out that it could be paid over 10 years at a staggering 17% interest — a critical detail they failed to disclose upfront. The whole setup felt deceptive and exploitative. If this kind of offer were made in Australia, it would likely be banned under consumer protection laws. This experience completely ruined our impression of both the hotel and Las Vegas. What should have been a relaxing trip turned into a frustrating ordeal. While the facilities are good, I would strongly caution others about the aggressive and misleading sales tactics. This is not what I expect from a Hilton-branded property.

Place was great. Check in went very well. Fast, efficient & clean.

Checking in was not pleasant, the desk staff were in training and it took too long. I had my doubts how the entire stay would be after that! But it was all uphill! What a pleasant surprise! Spacious room, loved the kitchen and amenities, large tub, fabulous view including the Sphere, loved the pool, the gym, the easy access elevator system! Hotel staff from housekeeping to events desk were awesome. Loved the Starbucks access in lobby and close proximity to Mall, restaurants and shows. Easy to get a ride anywhere and the Bell Desk staff were fantastic. Will definately return! Fantastic accommodation!

It was the perfect location for being accessible to restaurants, shops, bars and attractions.

Overall the hotel was nice. Location good , advertised on the strip but would not class location as on the strip. On booking requested strip view due to location description advertised, visit was a special occasion, did not get a view strip , assume this was not possible due to location. Had a distant view of The Sphere , this was very cool. Having now been to Vegas and seeing location of other hotels would not stay here again , would pick a better location more near the LINQ area.

I like that i wasn't disturbed by the casino crowd but if i wanted to partake then i could use the miracle mile entrance to go to the other casinos or the strip.

The Hotel is excellent. It's very clean, lots of space, has a great staff including the security near the elevator. The hotel is connected to the Miracle Mile Shops, which was convenient for shopping and restaurants. It was also very close to Planet Hollywood. Overall, an excellent hotel.

We loved our stay at the Elara! Fabulous space with the 2-bedroom suite with comfortable beds, spacious living area with a great view of the Sphere, easiest/quickest elevators to get to upper levels, and very clean. Loved that we could easily walk to Planet Hollywood to gamble without having to go outside and the Miracle Miles shops and cheap dining available. Very easy to get around the Strip with taxi service and great location on the Strip once you exit the Miracle Miles shops.

Our stay at the Elera was perfect. Very safe and quiet place yet close enough to walk to any location we needed or wanted to go. Definitely will be coming back every time we stay in Vegas. Love that it is non smoking facility and more family oriented.

The one bedroom suite was very nice and the property connects to the Malll adjacent to Planet Hollywood. The room had an incredible view of the Sphere and check-in was a breeze! Problem was, despite leaving the “please make up room” from 11AM to 4PM every day, they never cleaned the room or removed trash! After calling twice they finally removed the trash. And after another call we received fresh towels. There is no restaurant/room service onsite, although there are plenty of dining options in the adjacent mall.

Upon arrival check-in was really easy and to help things we were given vouchers for a couple of coffees from Starbucks or a couple of bottles of water each day. This was well received as Starbucks coffee is always a good way to start the day. We were on the 32nd floor facing south. We had wanted a north facing room but only really low floors were available. Our apartment was clean, well appointed and very comfy. With a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom (with spa bath). We had good views but mainly of the airport and some of the south end of the strip. We've stayed here before, and always think it's a good sign if someone comes back to the same place. The location is perfect, as you step outside of the Elara you enter the Miracle Mile shops with lots of places to eat, access to Planet Hollywood Casino and out onto the strip. Definitely would come back here again, but maybe not when they are preparing for the Grand Prix, as this ruins access to some places due to the roadworks and changes being made to pedestrian zones.

You had to go into the mile mall for anything. They have a Starbucks but if you do not like that and you just want a regular cup of coffee, that is not available. No place for a breakfast. You would have to walk to other casinos to get it.

Great for families, spacious and quiet with good house keeping, not crowded and a short walk through shopping areas in PH right onto Paris Bellagio intersection where it all happens. Decent fast food options downstairs, and close to many nice restaurants. Starbucks inside. :)

Location was excellent. Right in the middle of the strip. Views out of the rooms are crazy. Lay in bed at night and take in the Sphere, Eiffle Tower and the Big Wheel. Caring staff, sunny pool, fast elevators, free / quick Starbucks in the morning, roulette tables very close, spacious rooms, will go back.

Really nice property and location. The Elara is located very close to the airport and our check in went great. Our room had a great view and was very clean. The room consisted of a bedroom with adjoining bathroom, with a "living room" with sofa, television, and kitchenette. We used the pool a lot, and it was nice with staff taking orders for drinks or food regularly. The staff at the pool were also fantastic. Just one thing, parts of the pool close in the morning until they get enough lifeguards on duty. Not a big deal but fyi. The hotel lobby runs right into a shopping mall "Miracle Mile" with the standard stores, kiosks, and food court or restaurants. If you walk through the mall you can walk into Planet Hollywood which is located right on the Strip and next to the Paris Hotel and Casino. I would recommend this place, and we will probably return.

We only stayed one night. The room was spacious and clean, and the kitchenet was useful. Though the hotel does not have any restaurants, there are plenty of eateries near by.
