Bluegreen Vacations Parkside Williamsburg, an Ascend Collection Resort

Easy check in. The rooms were in excellent condition and made it a home away from home experience. Felt very comfortable and relaxing. My family enjoyed the game room above the registration area.

Very nice suites. Great value for the price. Close to Busch Gardens (5 min drive). We also love the game room at the Clubhouse.

Little intro : i stayed there 11 days, the service was excellent they even texted me to make sure everything was perfect. When i had questions i just sent a text and they would reply withing 10 minutes. Awesome. I had a great time staying here. First off the good : The people at the front desk are really nice, they took the time to explain a little bit about the area and activities etc. Ample parking space which is nice The rooms, wow for a hotel this is incredible, full kitchen, washing machine, a real living room. 2 bedrooms with more then enough storage for a long stay, the beds where really comfortable. Two full bathrooms the masters has a double sink which is nice. One thing about the bathroom the shower took a little while to heat up aside from that it was perfect. There is a little patio which is cool if you want to stay outside a little bit. there is also a bbq available on site if needed. AC was on point 24/7 game room and gym the pool looked nice fresh cookies between 15 and 17 all the rooms are accessible from outside so no one is gonna wake you up at 3 coming back from the bar or something. now the negative which is the reason for my 4 star rating. the wifi was really slow i had full bars but it would go pass 2mpb/s which is a bummer to do anything on a computer nowadays. I had to use my cell data most of the time. There is a train track right across the street and some people could be waken up because of the sound since they are required to blow the horn.

Room was well appointed and very spacious. Perfect for a family or 2 couples with lots of space. Value for money was good. Billing was bungled up by resort and staff cannot help; only a manager which is not always working or available. Definitely not the best feeling when no one can print you a bill or explain your billing. Nothing within walking for food but don’t have to drive far. Lots of parking. Train tracks are across the street and rail line is busy. It could be unpleasant to some but didn’t bother us.

Being able to stay at a “condo” for this price was amazing. Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a patio too. We didn’t get to use the pool because we spent lots of time at the parks, but it looked great. They had lots of games to take back to room. It’s super convenient to Water Country USA, Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. There’s a Wawa and a Grocery Store just down the road. It worked out perfect! The only downfall is the train that goes by early in the morning (5am, 6am and 7 am) blowing it’s whistle. It did wake us on the Friday morning, but did not wake our son. It didn’t come by as early on Saturday or Sunday. Overall I’d recommend this place for a short or long stay.

Property was great. Pool had a slide and splash park. The 2 bedroom had a very small living space, but rooms were a good size. Everything was very clean and updated.

The check-in process was smooth. The room was clean and exactly as pictured. The dishes and linen were clean. The water pressure in the master shower was a touch low, but livable. A/C was good (95 degree day) and the appliances were fine. Plenty of free tv channels. Plenty of parking. The pool was fun.

Two bedrooms for privacy. Full kitchen. Nice bathrooms. Loved the pool. Close to Busch Gardens and water country. Close to grocery stores.

The property was amazing and the amenities were outstanding especially the pool and game room! The rooms were very modern and well stocked.

Staff was attentive. Room and bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was stocked w sufficient kitchenware and cookware. Some smaller furniture pieces were a bit worn. Hvac worked well for heat and a/c and was quiet. Property itself was quiet and rooms were well insulated from noise from other rooms but the property is situated near train tracks and every so often a loud train would come by during the night.

The only negatives were when the bedroom door was closed, it was a little on the warmer side in the bedroom and the a/c couldn't be turned cooler than 68°. Since we booked online, we were asked if we would be interested in listening to a brief presentation on similar properties with a giftcard & free stay offered for our time. We declined as we were only staying two nights and we weren't sure of what our plans were. When we expressed disinterest, we were asked why we declined and it felt like "No, thank you, not interested" wasn't an acceptable reason. We were not exactly a fan of this part, but overall, a great experience for the short time we were there. Will definitely book again in the future.

Wonderful stay. Clean suite, professional staff. Only complaint is TV is locked out and limited with no ability to cast directly to unit. This required purchasing separate dongle to be able to do so.

The condo was nice, and we had a nice stay. The room could have been cleaned better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There was a lot of trains coming by every day and night.

This property was close to my family about 3 minutes away. I was very disappointed for the money I shelled out for this property! What I didn't like that I had bugs in my unit I let the front office know about it and nothing happened. However I took video and pictures of the bugs, this was my first time staying here and will not be staying at Parkside again!

I was in Williamsburg for a conference and chose to stay at Bluegreen Parkway instead of the hotel where the conference was being held. I was so happy that I did! Loved my stay and will stay here again whenever I am in town. Very spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property is beautiful and clean.

Our suite was very clean, well designed and felt very comfortable to stay in. Our kids loved the pool. Cleanliness is a priority for my family to be comfortable and our needs were met.

Noisy thru walls of unit. No Tv channel listing, bad reception, wifi slow, light comes into front bedroom all night. Air hockey table broken paddles.

We like most everything but the train running at late hours of the night and can be heard inside your unit very clearly. Also can hear next door neighbors very clearly laughing and conversating but they did quiet down by 10pm

Rooms are spacey, beds, comfortable

It was nice. This is trivial but the decor drove me nuts. Blue and green carpets with salmon and red drapes. Both very busy patterns.

The resort itself was nice, we had a 2 bedroom suite which was clean and had plenty of space. We had an issue with a smell coming from the washing machine that was taken care of by the resort staff very quickly. The resort pool area was nice and the staff were friendly and responsive the few times we had contact with them. The issue with the resort is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. Th resort is located along a highway and railway, but of which can easily be heard (including the train whistle) throughout the night, we were woken up every night at some point by the trains. You could also hear the kids running around in the room above us. The noise issue is the only reason I wouldn't stay here again, otherwise it's a great resort close to Jamestown, Williamsburg, Yorktown and Busch Gardens.

One room of 3 wasn’t ready at checkin (waited over an hour then I had to go to office. They didn’t call us I when ready. Train is annoying in Building 3. We could hear walking upstairs, every move they made. When they, upstairs, flushed their toilet, it sounded like water was coming into our room through the wall. Annoying.

What an amazing place to stay!! Only draw back is at check in when staff trys tobtalk you into a time share!

The property and staff onsite are wonderful! However, beware that this resort is a timeshare community and they will trick you into going to the 120 minute pitch. Again. The sales person was wonderful. If you are not interested in a timeshare or taking time out of your trip to deal with salespeople, don’t stay here.

I was in Williamsburg for a conference and chose to stay at Bluegreen Parkway instead of the hotel where the conference was being held. I was so happy that I did! Loved my stay and will stay here again whenever I am in town. Very spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This property was by far the best value in town. The staff were extremely friendly and responsive and the property itself exceeded expectations with plenty of space, beautiful interior and numerous amenities. Will definitely be staying here again!

Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful.

The only thing I was not crazy about was that I booked this not knowing it was a time share property and before we could access our parking pass, we had to sit through a 15 minute shpeal about coupons, maps, if we were married, was our spouse there, would we sit through a 2 hour sales pitch for a gift card..

The room was mostly clean and staff was pleasantly attentive but I felt like we were pressured at the very beginning to get involved in the timesharing program. If were just a mention at the beginning then fine but I was called twice about attending a session. It should have been left up to me after the initial invite if I wanted to get involved. Not someone calling me twice and telling me for the third time.

The villa was conveniently located and well appoint3d. Great for our family of 5.

The unit was well appointed, clean and comfortable. It is also great proximity to Busch Gardens. We came for Christmas town and had an amazing time. The price compared to hotels was so much better and offered so much more. We would definitely return.

Was a great space for a family and perfectly located, a short distance from all of the local attractions.

The property was well stocked. I liked having an actual kitchen. The rooms were big and clean. It was close enough to all the historic triangle areas we visited. The only negative was that Busch Gardens was directly across and it could be a little loud at night. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property! Close to many of the surrounding attractions - Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown. Check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly. There was an option to attend a session about timeshare but no one pressured you about it. Would definitely stay here again.

While close to the theme park, you are not within walking distance to bars and restaurants, and Uber/Lyft take longer to arrive at this somewhat remote location

Great cetral area for Busch Gardens and Historic triangle. "Appartment" was wonderful and perfectly accomodating. It is a time share type room, so you need groceries. Everything is provided but food: pots, dishes, utensils, coffee pot, and there is a private laundry in the room as well. No one comes into your room to do anything, which is great. The only bad part is the railroad is right accross the street. And our room just happened to be in the 300 building that is closest. And IT IS exactly like My Cousin Vinny. The train is loud and they are fairly frequent. One freight train came through at 11pm and lasted a good half hour. Rumbling and loud noise for half an hour...it was crazy. Avoid the QuickStop down the road. Very sketchy area.

We booked a two-bedroom suite during our stay and were very happy with the room and location- close to Busch gardens and the historic colonial sites. My only comment would be that it would’ve been great if the lobby had vending machines or a small convenience store, to be able to buy drinks and snacks.
