Really nice property near loads of restaurants and bars. A 20 minute walk to the Art Deco historic district. Provided beach chairs and towels were fantastic and very close to the hotel. Bed was comfortable and the room was modern and clean. The only worry we had was the pool party had very loud music at night time. Thankfully it was done by 10PM for the guests who needed to sleep.

Convenient and lovely! The rooftop pool and rooftop bar made the trip so relaxing. The staff were very kind and helpful. Walkable to the beach, and you get chairs and towels- this was an excellent perk. We will be back!

Total experience, design, cleanliness, service oriented staff, everyone was happy and pleasant. One suggestion for the future is to install a pool heater for the roof top outdoor pool. It was great up there but pool temp was barely 70degrees. Otherwise great experience.

Hotel was excellent. Staff was friendly. Beach amenities were great. Within walking distance to lots of food options. Toiletries smelled wonderful! It would have been nice if the rooftop was open at night for lounging.

Clean comfortable boutique hotel. Valet and self parking is quite disorganised and can be a bit frustrating. If you arrive via rental car you may have problems figuring out where to offload etc, Roof top facilities are a nice feature. Overall it’s not a bad place to stay but they can improve the ease of parking and first impressions on arriving / offloading to make it a bit more attractive compared to the other options.

All staff interactions first class. Reception super helpful, bar staff interactive, cleaning team do a great job. If you like hitting the gym on your travels, the arrangement Greystone have with Gymage using FOC day passes gives you a way better than normal hotel gym experience. Is a 10 min walk from the hotel.

Had a great stay here with my boyfriend for our anniversary. Only stayed one night as we had a cruise but the staff was so friendly and accommodating to our early check in. The restaurant on site has incredible food and our server was knowledgable about all the options. The head chef came and spoke to us to make sure we were enjoying the food which added to the top level hospitality we were receiving. The hotel room is clean and the rooftop bar and pool wasn’t crowded so we enjoyed it a lot. It’s a great location only a few minutes walk from the beach

The room was okay. Not the cleanest. I requested a dog bed but I didn’t end up using it because it was dirty. Same with the feeding bowls. The hotel itself was nice (upstairs patio, bar, lobby area). Bonus points for the complementary coffee and treats in the morning. The hotel is also in a convenient location and walkable to other areas in South Beach.

Every morning staff was cleaning, it smells good in the hallway and elevator. Everything was perfect. My entire stay was perfect, location across from cvs perfect especially when u forget to bring things. The beach was close by, like a few steps by! The front desk check In Jordan was attentive. Marcos was great, fast check-in. The lobby very very clean as was the room. We came here on our 1 year anniversary and we couldn't be happier with our stay. We will definitely come back to stay again.

This was a wonderful place. The staff was absolutely wonderful on my very last day. Our flights did not leave until later in the evening, so we still had access to the beach and still to be able to get access to the beach. We still had access to the hotels pool and the staff was very nice about holding our bags the Hotel was very clean. Nice only complaint that I would have is the water didn’t drain the best in the shower. The door didn’t close really well but other than that it was great.

They put me on first floor and it was so loud until midnight with people right outside my hotel room door. I complained several times and it didn’t get less loud until after midnight. Will not stay here if you plan to have anything quiet

Jordan, Nicole, Fernando, and the staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. The welcome card and wine was a nice touch! The rooms are modern and clean. The hotel is centrally located and in walking distance to everything. While it can be noisy b/c of the bars nearby, they offer earplugs. I appreciate an affordable adult only hotel. I recommend this hotel and will book here in the future.

Excellent location, with easy access to beach, restaurants, cvs, and walkable to almost anything you need. The room I was in was motel style, with exterior hallways. The room was very small, but that was not an issue for me. Unfortunately, I barely slept the two nights I was there because of the noise from the street. Between people shouting and garbage trucks collecting what sounded like 100 garage bins, it was impossible to get a good night’s rest. The walls must be really thin as the windows were completely shut the whole time but it was still super noisy. They did provide ear plugs but I couldn’t get comfortable wearing them to sleep. Other than that, rooftop bar and Serevene restaurant were great. Also all the staff from front desk to rooftop and coffee shop were friendly and provided good service.

Honestly, for the type if hotel it is, I would it 3.5 stars if I could. I would have probably rated this a 4+ about seven or so years ago when I was younger, but obviously as taste evolves as you age. The room was very clean, smells nice, and I was provided great amenities, thanks to my Expedia status. However, it the room was VERY small and outdoors so it gave me the feel of a motel. (Beware of the "Courtyard Rooms"). Staff was okay. The only place to have breakfast onsite was Kobo, which had snacks and premade breakfast. That brought the rating down for me.

The entire staff has been lovely from the very moment of check-in. The on-site dining is amazing, offering everything from coffee and bar food to fine dining. The rooftop pool and bar are also top-notch. My only wish is that they had a better "mini bar" experience. They didn't have any snacks, which I love in hotels! Otherwise, the hotel is perfection.

The staff was absolutely fantastic! The front desk employee and I believe manager, Fernando was extremely accommodating. He was always eager to help in anyway that he could. They knew that we were visiting because we were fleeing the Tampa Bay area due to the hurricane and went out of their way to help us in our time of need The bar downstairs is beautiful and well equipped for craft cocktails. They offer an excellent Cabernet, Austin Hope by the glass with extremely reasonable prices for the area. The food at the bar and restaurant is excellent. If you are looking for a quick bite, be sure to try the Smashburger. It’s easy to tell that the owners care deeply about this property. Even though the property is dog friendly and one of the reasons why we chose it the property is extremely clean. They have no weight or breed restrictions, which is wonderful. If you get the opportunity, be sure to check out the rooftop pool bar. The bartender up there, Jose is wonderful.
The staff was absolutely fantastic! The front desk employee and I believe manager, Fernando was extremely accommodating. He was always eager to help in anyway that he could. They knew that we were visiting because we were fleeing the Tampa Bay area due to the hurricane and went out of their way to help us in our time of need The bar downstairs is beautiful and well equipped for craft cocktails. They offer an excellent Cabernet, Austin Hope by the glass with extremely reasonable prices for the area. The food at the bar and restaurant is excellent. If you are looking for a quick bite, be sure to try the Smashburger. It’s easy to tell that the owners care deeply about this property. Even though the property is dog friendly and one of the reasons why we chose it the property is extremely clean. They have no weight or breed restrictions, which is wonderful. If you get the opportunity, be sure to check out the rooftop pool bar. The bartender up there, Jose is wonderful.

Hotel staff walked in to our room unannounced while my wife was completely naked. She was beyond embarrassed. When we advised the front counter of this invasion of privacy at check out we were asked to speak to the GM at a later time as they were busy with checkouts. We agreed and asked for him later that day when we returned to collect our luggage but we were advised he was off site. We were told he would contact us as soon as he returned. 2 days later we had heard nothing so I contacted them again. The following day the GM emailed us, not even bothering to call, to advise he was investigating and that it was a new staff member. I responded letting him know we had expected a personal call at the very least and he said we should have spoken to him during our check out. We are disgusted at the lack of care given by the hotel and its GM for such a serious matter. If you expect privacy and a personal touch from a hotel avoid Hotel Greystone at all cost. Our best guess is that Hotel Greystone will respond here defending themselves as it is obvious they don’t take responsibility for issues at their property.

Really nice property near loads of restaurants and bars. A 20 minute walk to the Art Deco historic district. Provided beach chairs and towels were fantastic and very close to the hotel. Bed was comfortable and the room was modern and clean. The only worry we had was the pool party had very loud music at night time. Thankfully it was done by 10PM for the guests who needed to sleep.

All good with this. They can give some more bottled water for every day of stay vs just 2 bottles of water per stay. Rooms are a bit compact but they may be similar to Miami properties. Staff was good. Theres Orange blossom (great restaurant) across the street and theres big CVS too. Miami convention center is about a 5 mins walk, pretty close and the beach is a block away. Fantastic location overall.

The hotel is conveniently located just one block away from the beach, making it an ideal location for walking to the beach. Customer service was great and it was quiet throughout the building. The room was immaculate and very comfortable! Koba Cafe is a nice touch to get some food to go.

I was put in a room that was on the north side of the property, overlooking the bar next-door. The first night was very loud, but I was accommodated and moved to the south end of the building the following night. My second room was very quiet and comfortable. If you are someone who goes to bed at a decent hour, I would definitely ask for a room on the south end. Hotel staff was very accommodating, the location was amazing, right across the street from the beach, and plenty of places to eat and shop. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. I’d stay here again.

Do not purchased any breakfast. There are very nice Coffee shops close perimeter to the hotel. We wasted our money for breakfast. There were very mediocre croissant and tiny cut fruits with horrible coffee. I wish I did not purchase it while booking the hotel. Other than that we enjoyed our 3 nights stay. We did not use the roof top due to weather condition. However it did not look to me very appealing. I do not think i would spend 5 minutes there even if the weather was nice.

The entire staff has been lovely from the very moment of check-in. The on-site dining is amazing, offering everything from coffee and bar food to fine dining. The rooftop pool and bar are also top-notch. My only wish is that they had a better "mini bar" experience. They didn't have any snacks, which I love in hotels! Otherwise, the hotel is perfection.

Had a great stay here with my boyfriend for our anniversary. Only stayed one night as we had a cruise but the staff was so friendly and accommodating to our early check in. The restaurant on site has incredible food and our server was knowledgable about all the options. The head chef came and spoke to us to make sure we were enjoying the food which added to the top level hospitality we were receiving. The hotel room is clean and the rooftop bar and pool wasn’t crowded so we enjoyed it a lot. It’s a great location only a few minutes walk from the beach

Every review I read spoke about the top-notch service and it is so true! I would stay here again next time! Every person there from those at the front desk (Cassandra, Tim, and many others), the sweet woman passing out pastries and coffee (sorry never caught her name), the staff at the pool taking orders (Rebekah) or helping with umbrellas (Juan). They thought of every detail, even offering a cooler of ice to take to the beach. The pool was amazing and event when busy, there was ample seating. It will be even more amazing when the full bar is built out but there was no issues with getting a drink or food from the servers at the pool.

This is a truly upscale boutique hotel, everything you could hope for. Great drinks, food, nice room and bed. A little noisy one night from the bar next door so bring earplugs. Otherwise no complaints and would revisit.

Absolutely beautiful property with excellent amenities. Would have been 5 star except the AC is property controlled and set to 73 so was very warm in the room, and there are no top sheets on the beds, only comforters. Tried to call down for sheets and the phone was broken. 'Cooler' in room would not even chill a bottle of water
