Me quedé encerrada 12 minutos en el ascensor y nadie escucho el timbre, si no es porque una persona del servicio lo llama al sótano no sé qué hubiese pasado por mi fobia al encierro. La puerta de l habitación duró 3 días dañada y quedaba abierta 😔

I am basing my review and ratings on the Quality of the country’s standard not what I would consider my personal standard. I was there in December (2023) and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by how close everything was to the hotel. From food vendors to shopping I felt safe and secure the entire time I was there. Since I was there for an overnight I wasnt able to fully explore everything the hotel had to offer. I do know they do not have a pool (its an express suit so ditto), however they do have a minimalist equipment room on the 2nd floor for a quick gym workout and a restaurant on the first floor. I can say its a simple yet comfortable experience, the staff was friendly though at times felt a bit understaffed. Calling reception from your room left a busy tone every time so I opted to just walk downstairs and wait in line to get help. The Double Queen bed room was basic yet cozy. Dont be surprised about water pressure, it will get you there just be patient. Theres a remote to control your A/C which as an american whose been in the Mexican country side for amonth is a blessing that I happily abused. Bed was fine and warm, i didnt get a room with a view of the Angel de Independencia statue but you can literally walk outside and look at it in all its glory. Basic cable for Tv, no fridge but alot of table space to put things on. Overall for a one night stay and a quick walk around the town I can happily recommend this location to anyone that visits mexico city

Tienen problemas con los elevadores no sirven con regularidad y las llaves electrónicas se desactivan y no funcionan en el elevador ni para las habitaciones

La información es confusa en la página porque parece que hay estacionamiento sin costo, y ya después de revisar se da cuenta uno que hay que pagar 150 por noche de estacionamiento. El desayuno gratis no incluye nada caliente como chilaquiles, huevo, etc., excepto el café. Parece un desayuno continental.

No me gustó el cobró del estacionamiento. O bien al momento de reservar mencionar que habra un cobro por carro.

El centro de negocios siempre esta cerrado y con computadoras muy viejas

If this is ypur first time staying there just know you have to park on the main road to unload because there is no parking lot. Really confusing

No me agrado que no te avisan que el ballet parking del hotel se paga adicional al hospedaje. $150 pesos por noche. Pero en general es un excelente Hotel.

en general bien, solo creo que opueden mejorar mucho el desayuno esta muy muy sencillo, y no me perecio que me cobraran $150 pesos por el estacionamiento, aparte de la propina al ballet parking, eso de que cobran $150 por noche deberian estipularlo en la aplicacion!!

The rooms didn’t look so clean, carpet had a smell and one of our beds was completely wet, had to call front desk but because our kids were asleep we just asked to get clean bedding. Free breakfast is until 9 am my husband went to grab a cup of coffee at 9:06 and they charged him $64 pesos, like really! Unfortunately I won’t be staying there anymore.

Estuvimos una sola noche, tuvimos que hablar a recepción por que las sábanas de las camas, estaban todas llenas de bellos, y cabellos una experiencia totalmente desagradable. Los muchachos de recepción ayudaron a cambiarlas por que ya nos había personal. Sin duda no volvería.

Sin mentir al llegar nos percatamos que había CHINCHES y fuimos a recepción y nos dijeron que nos cambiarían de habitación y más tarde nos dijeron que lo único que podían hacer era fumigar y de forma prepotente, les mostré las chinches, no quisieron ni regresarme mi dinero, lamentable lo que hacen en ese hotel

They need to pay attention in the cleanliness, I found hairs on the bed and food crumbs when we opened the sofa bed

El hotel se encuentra en una zona privilegiada sin embargo el acceso en auto es complicado pues llega a una calle de mucho tránsito, desafortunadamente la zona un tanto insegura porque encontramos algunas personas en situación de calle o alcoholizadas; el hotel si está limpio pero la alfombra requiere una limpieza profunda y como hacía frío durante nuestra estancia aunque si tenían cobertores están muy delgaditos y pasaba el frio; el Sr que atiende el restaurante muy amable a todas horas

Small rooms with very limited amenities but great location.

Everything was clean. I don't like there was not microwave or small refrigerator in the room. I think this is important when you are travelling with kids.

La ubicación es muy privilegiada, puedes ir caminando al consulado y pasear por paseo de la reforma. El menú del "desayuno" incluido es ridiculo, ni para que lo ofrecen. Las habitaciones estan limpias, cómodas, del tamaño de un city express, no tienen mucho espacio pero es sufuciente. En este hotel lo que pagas es por la ubicación y el excelente servicio del personal

Property had great location and view of the Angel. The only complaint is thin walls and floors, but it is tolerable. I would definitely stay there again.

Location was perfect. Very close to a lot of restaurants, street vendors, and tourist spots. Would definitely stay here again just because of how close it is to everything and the beautiful view of the angel. Cons: originally booked because of free shuttle offered. Was unaware that reservations had to be made 24hrs in advance. I wish that was communicated. Also rooms had no fridge or microwave. WiFi was spotty.

Perfect location and view.

We had and were expecting rooms more comfortable. The spacious was very reduced. Not recommended for large families with small kids ~ we missed the swimming pool.

I was assigned a room on the first floor and it was super noisy. It wasn’t city noise, it was some sort of noise underneath the room within the hotel itself. I informed the front desk several times about the issue and requested ear plugs was simply told to go to a local pharmacy and purchase some ear plugs. Mind you, I have no trouble sleeping generally, except the constant sound was some sort of beeping/vacuuming. The kitchen staff for breakfast was super nice. This is more like a 2-star hotel.

No hay habitaciones y yo ya pagué !!!! Quiero mi dinero de regreso reserve desde hace 2 semanas y resulta que me mandaron a otro cuando yo elegí este porque voy a ir a otro hotel? Necesito mi rembolso

No tenían la habitación lista a las 3pm, que es su hora indicada para el check in, tuve que esperar más de una hora para que me asignaran habitación

Se fue la luz en la habitación llame a recepción 3 veces nunca contestaron tuve que bajar a decirle a la señorita y esperar mi turno para atenderte (porque habia gente). Despues . La habitación me la emtegsron hasta las 4pm y aun asi querian que me esperar mas tiempo.. desde la 1pm me dijeron qje estana en limpieza y eran las 4 y no me la daban..les dije que mejro asi me la entregaran ya que tenia una reunión a las 4 y ya ni pude bañarme ni nada.. Esos fueron los inconvenientes que tuvimos

Bad experience. I had my reservation and they did not have a room for me. My plane landed at 10 pm and I arrived to the hotel at 12 because I had to stop to pick up a car at ACE, and when I arrived they welcomed me with the SURPRISE that they had no rooms available. So at 12 am I needed to start looking for a place to spend the night. Thank you Marriot.

They canceled me without notice. I was in a lot of trouble because I needed to find another hotel. The staff didn’t help me. They don’t want to refund my money for three days that they canceled.

Duré más de una hora esperando por el check in y unos diez minutos a que llegara el valet parking por mi vehículo. La excusa es que no tenían habitaciones limpias a las 430PM y que si quería una ya, tenía que pagar un adicional. La salida, fue también demorada porque los ascensores estaban llenos. Me tocó bajar el carro de maletas con mis cosas y después esperar a que llegara mi coche. Todo en la calle porque no tienen un espacio seguro para bajar o subir los huéspedes ni sus cosas.

A nuestra llegada, que fue más temprano, se negaron a hacer el check in, nos pidieron esperar y que avisarían, jamás lo hicieron, la srita. Que me tomo los datos tenía muy mala actitud, casi grosera. El desayuno incluido es un fraude, de las 6:00 a las 9:00am solamente, después de eso es a la carta o buffet con costo. Es increíble que el hotel no tenga teléfonos en las habitaciones, ni tampoco wifi. Está muy bien ubicado para lo que vinimos y a excepcion de la recepcionista los demás del personal fueron muy amables.

Worse front desk service ever. Except the Night Shift, Karen was the best. They should switch her to the mornings instead.

Excellent location, in the middle of Reforma and Zona Rosa in Mexico City, just across the Ángel of la Independencia, the most important landmark in Mexico City.

If you are going to US Visa appointment, this is a great place to stay 5 minutes walking to US Embassy.

Only thing I really loved about this hotel is location. Was close to everything we wanted to see. The beds are tiny, don’t think they are a true queen size. I slept on the couch so I can stretch. Continental breakfast was slim pickings, for the price we paid to stay.

El desayuno es muy limitado a solo frutas y pan nada más, si quieres algo como huevos debes pagar 290 pesos y no la cantidad que tú quieres. Es muy poco lo que te sirven,
