Mi llave no daba acceso al piso de mi cuarto, me tuve que estar paseando en otro piso, bajar nuevamente recepción a pedir que me lo activaran, el gimnasio estaba cerrado, aunque era un horario en el que debería estar abierto, tuve que ir a la recepción a pedir que me lo abrieran. Ya me había quedado en ese hotel y esta vez aunque no había visto el Restaurante cerrado más temprano y por poco me quedo sin Cena al pedir servicio el cuarto, también en el Estacionamiento me dijeron que tenía que regresar después de registrarme para decirles dónde me habían asignado la habitación, aunque mi carro no estorbaba ningún otro el aire acondicionado del cuarto a aun apagado, hacía mucho ruido y no dejaba dormir bien

El hotel está muy bien, para el precio. Creo que si sólo quieres Dormir bien, cómodo, y seguro, esa opción está excelente frente a una plaza comercial donde puedes comer. Sólo que el gimnasio está muy descuidado, creo que lo tienen sólo para poder cumplir con el requisito de ofrecer gimnasio, porque está muy pequeño también

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y tiene lo esencial, si la intención es únicamente pasar la noche. El desayuno está bastante completo (para estar incluido en el precio) y lo abastecen continuamente. Hay una máquina de café gratuita que se puede utilizar a cualquier hora del día. La única experiencia negativa fue que al llegar aprox 11pm después de un largo día, el estacionamiento ya no tenía cajones disponibles y la señorita de recepción de manera déspota dijo que tendríamos que retirar los vehículos, y que el estacionamiento que estaba sujeto a disponibilidad. Afortunadamente su compañero con mejor actitud salió a otorgarnos una solución, esto fue clave ya que elegimos ese hotel precisamente por tener estacionamiento.

Está frente a la estación central de tren suburbano, que también es plaza comercial. Eso hace que el hotel sea de fácil transportación y con varias opciones de compra. El estacionamiento es muy accesible. Las habitaciones son limpias y muy tranquilas. Dentro del hotel está un pequeño restaurante de snacks, asi que también puedes tener alimentos sin salir del hotel. El precio es accesible. Es un lugar para regresar.

Todo muy bien, pero 2 puntos negativos a destacar. 1. El baño despedía un olor a caño, ahora trata de dormir con ese olor, sin duda mucha deficiencia en la ventilación del mismo. 2. Es la tercera vez que me entregan la habitación sin toallas. Al bañarme no hay teléfonos para pedir las toallas. La habitación estaba infectada por algún incepto o bacteria que me provocó mucha comezón en el cuerpo. Hoy no sé si tengo sarna, escabiosis o alguna otra infección. Es intolerante que en un hotel como este ocurran esas cosas. Es importante que se comuniquen conmigo y me ofrezcan alguna explicación. Gracias

The property overall is a good option for the price, staff was nice, there's transport right across the steet and big mall with many options for food and entertainment. Everything was within a walking distance, but the rooms do seem kinda old, bed was not that comfy and the room seemed "sad" if that makes sense. Safe deposit was not working but breakfast was decent. TV had like 8 channels at the most and was not a smart TV.

Hotel room had no air circulation and caused huge discomfort during the stay. Fan was provided 2nd day of the stay but was not good enough since the air inside the room was heavy. No windows that can be opened. Photos of the rooms on hotels was not the exact same as in real life. Although the hotel is placed very good with stores and mall close to the hotel. And public trabsportation is close to the hotel. Although would not stay here again unless they fix the air circulation in the rooms.

No AC or access to any fans. The soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser doesn't work so you have to buy your own somewhere. The toilet is so close to the wall, your knees might actually hit the wall. Bed is hard.

El hotel y sus habitaciones son sencillas. Su fuerte es la ubicación frente a una plaza con múltiples tiendas, restaurantes y comercios. Incluye un desayuno variado y mejor que lo que te ofrecen en hoteles de cadena como los One. Lo único que no me gustó es que no tiene aire acondicionado, ni ventanas que se puedan abrir. Aún así se puede dormir en las noches si no es temporada de calor.

No hay aire acondicionado, en el piso 4 que fue donde me tocoó si se siente muy caliente el caurto te prestan un ventilador bajas por el al lobby, en mi habitacion faltaba luz, era una suite pero solo tenia luz en un extremo del cuarto no habia luz en la cama ni buros y no pude leer, no haboa contactos en la cama ni buros , no funcionaban tampoco los del baño ni la mesa con sillas lo que dificultó cargar mis equipos electricos, el personal si te atiende muy bien, los alimentos me gustaron

I visit this hotel often. I like the fact that it is very convenient to find transportation anywhere in the city. Also, it has the forum mall just across the street on which you can find all kind of restaurants and stores. I stayed in the double room and it didn't have enough lighting. They should add some lamps or something in these rooms.

Lugar bien ubicado y céntrico, con estacionamiento a toda hora, el lugar tiene pocos empleados. El recepciónista de la mañana es un muchacho grosero y en la tarde una señorita muy amable; quizá tengan que trabajar en balancear la carga de trabajo y agregar más capacitación.

Me recibieron con la sorpresiva noticia de que mi reservación estaba cancelada, sin razones ni argumentos, muy mal que realicen este tipo de prácticas, de igual forma, ni siquiera estaba presente un gerente o alguien capaz de resolver la situación, nada grata la experiencia que me tocó pasar, me costó muchísimo trabajo conseguir donde pasar la noche y perdí la cobertura de un evento que tenía que atender, espero que la cadena pueda mejorar en este aspecto.

La seguridad del hotel no existe. Fui víctima de un robo en el interior del hotel durante el desayuno, aún a pesar de que las cámaras están ahí. Resulta que el comedor da directo al lobby, pero no hay ningún control de quién puede ingresar a la parte del comedor. Por lo que 3 personas que no eran huéspedes ingresaron, se quedaron ahí rondando un buen rato, para aprovechar un descuido y robar un celular. El problema no es el precio del celular, sino la seguridad que tiene como huésped, más si llevas niños, porque cualquier persona puede aprovechar para ingresar sin que se le prohíba. Lo cual te deja pensando si el hotel es cómplice de estas personas o porqué no han hecho nada para evitar que estás situaciones ocurran.

No A/C! Pics clearly show minisplits on wall. Muggy, humid no air circulation in room. Windows are sealed , truly suffocating! Breakfast served was spoiled, scarce and worthy of the trash. Stained lobby furniture. Lobby floors were always clean, great location, close to transportation and across the street to a mall. Plenty of well lit parking spaces.

El trato de todo el personal es excelente, todos muy amables. La ubicación perfecta, es muy tranquilo a pesar de estar sobre la avenida no hay ruido dentro. Solo el baño tiene humedad en la pared, y las toallas están muy desgatadas. El desayuno delicioso.
