Sandy beach is a hidden gem with its cul de sac styled lake front design, newly renovated rooms, friendly staff, clean rooms, and free amenities like outdoor bbqs, kayaks, pickleball courts, volleyball court, playground, and more. My wife and I cant wait to make Sandy beach part of our new annual tradition for summer breaks in Osoyoos. Thanks again to Amanda and all the staff!

This was our second stay at Sandy Beach. The renovations of the suites are very nice. Being right on the beach is wonderful. Ceiling fans in each room are nice. The upper suites share a balcony with no dividers which doesn’t make for any privacy. Pros: access to lounge chairs, kayaks, paddle boards Con: they do not offer a full size coffee maker, no roasting pan or cookie sheet that can be used in the oven, the shampoo/bodywash bottles are too small and the shower head doesn’t work properly or doesn’t have enough water pressure.

Room was crowded, had to move table to access bed, not a big deal but required. AC was so noisy,made it difficult to sleep. Nice kitchen and spacious washroom, ground facilities were very pleasing and nice access to beach. Spiders webs in washroom, been there for some time, could use a good cleaning

An older resort but fabulously updated. The newly renovated rooms were lovely. Very modern lights, bathrooms and stainless steel appliances. What the heck is a WIFI enabled stove? Room smelled like a new home! Pillow top beds were excellent. Kitchen was stocked with lots of dishes, pots & pans, etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would have loved to try the pickleball courts and beach but ya, it is almost December. Pub was just across the street. Definitely would stay again and recommend to family & friends.

Nice place. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Easy check-in. Only issue, and it is a very minor one, was the outside balcony was shared with the guests from 2 other suites. Not a lot of privacy sitting outside. Not a game breaker by any means.

Location was excellent, lake front and close to all town services. Unit was new, well equipped and nicely decorated. The only downside was access to the the second floor unit, very narrow exterior staircase and 20 steep steps to the deck and entrance.

Very recently renovated. Has all you need with a new, full sized fridge and stove, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, a comfortable bed and a new bathroom. Everyone in the front, five buildings has a lake view. The property is beachfront. The staff is very polite, professional and helpful. May checked us in quickly and pleasantly. Ms. Martens, the Manager, ensured we had everything we needed at the property. For instance, we needed oven mitts and extra hangers and she ensured we got them shortly. Great experience.

The beach is the right at your footsteps. Ice sand. Rooms was new everything. Appliances, cupboards, flooor, everything. The onky one this they need is sun blinds for the side we were on. The sun was there until sunset so yiu couldn't site on the deck until the sun was down. But we will be back for sure.

We had a great time at Sandy Beach. The beach is right in front of the units and walkable on nice days. The unit was very well stocked with everything we needed when we were cooking for ourselves. Several really good restaurants and a fabulous coffee spot in walking distance. We would recommend staying here to everyone! Thank you to Tracy & Florence.
