Our original booked room had leaky AC that left puddles all over the ground. Luckily we could switch rooms to a similar view. The volcano view was the best part of this hotel.

Nice, the cabanas are old but clean. Breakfast is okay, à la cart (not a big breakfast but enough) coffee is good. Great location, near everything.

Big food portions, pool area felt clean and well managed. Great views. Convenient although on the fringe of La Fortuna. Great service.

Older hotel that has been remodeled. Rooms were clean, staff friendly and breakfast was delicious. My only complaint were the doors. The chain fell off at one point and the lock could easily be picked.

The bungalows are a bit rustic, which I loved. My bungalow was very clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and has a great shower. The AC works well. There’s an area by the sink to hang clothes. The refrigerator is spacious. The desk was perfect for me to set up my laptop. I needed to borrow an adapter from the front desk, which was no problem. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay there again.
