This has been our second year staying here for the Oceans Calling Festival. It’s within walking distance to the festival and boardwalk and has well maintained manicured property with a pool and a little “bar”. Rooms are basic/generic and this year there was an additional parking fee but overall it’s a nice place with friendly owners /management

Overall not a bad place to stay. Parking was $10 per day per car, which I don’t agree with. There was daily service with new towels and wash cloths. The Internet was pretty slow, but was at least included. The pool was saltwater, which was nice. But it is a little small.

I stayed at the Burgundy Inn for 2 nights with two other friends, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. There is room for improvement, but we were satisfied especially with the low price during the height of Summer. It’s location is great too — just a few minutes walk to the beach. The rooms could use some touch-ups, especially the bathroom, but it was clean, no bugs, and AC worked very well. There’s no shampoo/conditioner, body soap, or tissues provided but I didn’t expect any frills since it is a motel. The TV unfortunately was very difficult to work and kept cutting out but wasn’t a huge deal for us. We were a little disappointed that the Tiki Bar didn’t serve alcohol but they had a handful of snack and ice cream options and the woman who worked there was very nice. The pool area is quite small but it’s cute and cozy and still has many tables and chairs. The main woman at the front desk (I can’t believe I didn’t get her name) was very kind and accommodating. She offered us extra towels and linens when we checked in and didn’t hesitate to swap out our minifridge later that day because it wasn’t getting cold. Overall, this is definitely a no-frills place but they had great service and kind staff, clean rooms, and it’s a great option if you’re just looking for a cheap place to sleep and shower.

Room is great, the stove is great since I precooked food and brought it to the beach for my special diet. Warming up food on the stove made it so much better then having to microwave it. They did have a microwave too but the stove was nice to have. The pool is nice here too

The one positive was the location. The Inn is just a few minutes walking from the beach and boardwalk. Unfortunately, everything else was a disappointment. The level of cleanliness was awful. The bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned (there was pee in the toilet and on the toilet seat when we arrived), there were cobwebs and spiders hanging from the light fixtures, the patio chairs were full of paint chips and dust etc. The room was small, the walls were paper thin so you could hear everything outside, and the street lights shone through the window making it hard to sleep. (The curtains didn’t block any light at all.) We won’t ever be staying here again.

The hotel floor was dirty but smelled like pinesol Bed Sheetz were clean and the bed was comfortable also there were holes where mice chewed and we had a baby mouse in the bathroom behind the toilet I attached a video of the mouse the staff was very nice

This is place is horrible. We did not see any rodents but we did see mice poo on both beds, sheets had stains on them, floors were grimy. This place just totally creeped me out. Bedrooms are way too small… but the workers in the office were very friendly and good on service. Pool staff member was okay.

The ac work properly beds very comfortable but the room I tjough it was 350sqf. It was possibly 200. Too small for "the efficiency size on the booking plattform". What I can say it had good updated tall long with a mirrow simple hutch with drawers to easy organize your own belongings to eat. The efficiency is too small it is really a room with a portable two burner. Other than that is ok. Really easy access to the boardwalk and the beach for a walk early morning or relax in the pm

Although quite clean, the room left a lot to be desired. The beds were uncomfortable and one was unusable. The bathroom faucets were switched so I burnt my hand on the “cold” water. When I told staff I was told “sorry we are renovating”. Will not stay here again. I’ve stayed in places that cost half as much but were twice as good.

Worst hotel we ever stayed in. The pictures on Expedia are misleading and do not represent what this hotel looks like. Our room was dirty, we had towels with hair on all of them, and there was hair on the bed. The shower was dirty and there was no space to put your shower amenities. They do not offer soap, shampoo, or hairdryers. The window unit was gross and very loud. I did not sleep due to the high noise of the window unit. The lady who checked us in was extremely rude and the check-in took very long too. You also have to pay for parking.

I stayed at the Burgundy Inn for 2 nights with two other friends, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. There is room for improvement, but we were satisfied especially with the low price during the height of Summer. It’s location is great too — just a few minutes walk to the beach. The rooms could use some touch-ups, especially the bathroom, but it was clean, no bugs, and AC worked very well. There’s no shampoo/conditioner, body soap, or tissues provided but I didn’t expect any frills since it is a motel. The TV unfortunately was very difficult to work and kept cutting out but wasn’t a huge deal for us. We were a little disappointed that the Tiki Bar didn’t serve alcohol but they had a handful of snack and ice cream options and the woman who worked there was very nice. The pool area is quite small but it’s cute and cozy and still has many tables and chairs. The main woman at the front desk (I can’t believe I didn’t get her name) was very kind and accommodating. She offered us extra towels and linens when we checked in and didn’t hesitate to swap out our minifridge later that day because it wasn’t getting cold. Overall, this is definitely a no-frills place but they had great service and kind staff, clean rooms, and it’s a great option if you’re just looking for a cheap place to sleep and shower.

Got a suprise $100 security deposit at the door that was never mentioned online. Didn't think much of it so i just payed, figured id get it back. Me and my girlfriend stayed ther for 2 days and left the place in good shape just how we got it when we left, never got that money back. Moneys been toght lately so that definitely didn't help things at all back home. Thanks for ruining the rest of the month for us

I am very disappointed I had high expectations for this hotel thinking I was gonna come in and get free parking per room per car as it says in there website and the internet , the lady at the front desk was really rude and told me I had to pay unexpected taxes which she told me in the rudest way! Because I was so confused, the rooms were dirty with filth on the walls I’m so disappointed

We checked in early to go to a festival. We told the manager Candis, we would not be back until after 11. She promised she would leave the keys in the mailbox for us since the office would be closed. Got back at 11:30 no keys. Had to wait until 1:00am to get in our room and that was after calling the manager many times and contacting the hotel on Facebook.

This has been our second year staying here for the Oceans Calling Festival. It’s within walking distance to the festival and boardwalk and has well maintained manicured property with a pool and a little “bar”. Rooms are basic/generic and this year there was an additional parking fee but overall it’s a nice place with friendly owners /management

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Parking was a little difficult, but one of the staff members helped me get a spot close to my room. The room was clean, it smelled good, but had a couple flies. The TV was a bit hard to operate unless you had just the right angle with the remote. Overall, a safe and clean place to stay and a convenient walk to the beach and boardwalk.

Room service is a joke. They came at 330 to clean the room the second day, did not come at al the third day. Room itself was clean when first got there. Not bad but room service def needs some work

People in office were awesome and friendly only issue was some of the doors knobs was broken and toilet had plumbing issues. Rooms could use an update plus it was charge an extra 60.00 for fees and tax lady sd it was not added to hotel.com
