Great location, close to both the airport and Dubai Mall. The hotel offers good facilities, including a gym and a nice swimming pool. We liked the hotel. Close to city with taxi 6-8 euros. Service was friendly and the room was very nice. One big minus which was the only disappointment was there is no sun at the pool area. If you want to get tanned or enjoy sun at the pool are then this hotel is not for you. If doesnt matter then its perfect, the water is warm at the pool.

I had an eight-night stay and this is the third time choosing this location for location, value and 4-star property. I’ve come to like the Shish Lounge for after work bite and Risen Cafe every morning for coffee and pastry. The customer service and hospitality are what you expect and appreciate from this level of hotel. The room standard with balcony is quite spacious; however the bathroom is tiny making it near impossible to shut the bathroom door. Water pressure is a bit slow when filling the tub for a bath but otherwise good. My chief concern is that of cleanliness. After a few days of stay I realized that the back blonde paneling that frame and is above the bed had not been cleaned in enough time to have caked on dust - this was disturbing to me. I brought it up to several people as I was disappointed that spending over $200 a night in summer in Dubai would have this. I believe it’s an oversight but I recommend you really thoroughly inspect the room before you stay in it.

We had a disappointing experience at this hotel and decided to switch to another one after the first night. Although the customer service was good and we had no complaints about the staff, the bathroom was dirty and we didn't feel comfortable staying there. I stayed there for 9 days. Every morning I would call for 2 water bottles, the gentleman would bring one, I would say I asked for 2, then he would go bring the second bottle. Same person everyday. First of all you would think by day 9 he would see the pattern. Second, if i am asking for 2 water bottles why bring 1 only for me to ask you to go bring the second one. I would call to ask for coffee, cups, milk, sweetener and something was ALWAYS missing. It’s tiring having to repeat yourself constantly. When we checked in the balcony and its windows were so dirty with sand/dust. I understand we are in a desert and there is alot of construction in Dubai, but you should at LEAST clean the balcony and windows once before each guest checks in. I never once stepped on the balcony because of that. Housekeeping didn’t do a good job cleaning the room, there was SO much dust everywhere. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant stay.

Very comfortable sized bed and good sized premium room. I requested a quiet room on a high floor away from the noise but was given a room that was only on the 5th floor so you could unfortunately hear the traffic during certain busy times. Not the quietest hotel with lots of people in and out, loud families etc one family had their child out in the hall crying at bedtime but not really a reflection on the hotel more the people and maybe just my luck! Comfortable enough for a short stay.

Stayed for 3 nights - overall a good place. Breakfast was excellent, easy self parking, and kind staff. Room was clean and comfortable. A tad on the small side and the water leaked out of the shower but otherwise a 5 star review. Walked to the Burj Khalifa - took about 45 minutes. A small grocery store a couple buildings over if you’re looking for snacks or water.

Front desk is excellent, rooms very comfortable and of a good size. The temperature of the showers varies significantly while you’re using them. Restaurants are average at best, so staff are responsive some less so. Food is ok but not very inspiring. Lack of fresh fruit at breakfast unless all you eat is melon. Good location and reasonable rates. Good shuttle bus service to the malls etc

The hotel was very noisy. No soundproofing and you could hear everything happening in the hallways. My room was right next to the lift so I could hear the lifts going’s up and down all night. Rooms were not cleaned properly. No robes were provided and I had to ask for these. I asked for an iron and a broken one was provided. Breakfast offering was lacking and the breakfast hall needs to be bigger as everyone was crammed in. Pool area was ok but the pool was freezing cold.

This is a decent hotel. I would say maybe four stars. I think the hotel is beginning to show somewhere and tear as the carpet in my room for example had stains and some of the bathroom appliances had water damage. But overall, it still has a modern fill. Staff were always very friendly and helpful and kind. There is a few dining options nearby like a good sushi place. Maybe about a 35 to 40 minute ride to the Dubai airport w/ some traffic. In terms of location all the tours that I booked were able to pick me up from this hotel. Overall, a seven out of 10 would maybe stay again but nothing fancy.

Room service is very bad. They keep the gallery locked. We requested gallery opened prior to sunset but they didn’t show up until after the sunset to unlock the door. We requested service to pick up luggage 15 minutes prior to us checking out as we were in hurry, no one showed up. When I went downstairs and checked with the front desk, they were trying to call the wrong room to pick up the luggage. Nobody answered so they didn’t bother showing up or follow up on which room may be calling

The front of house Staff are exceptional. After having my flight to Dubai cancelled, the Airline then managed to loose my luggage. The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they communicated with the airline on my behalf and did not stop until the situation was resolved. I couldn’t be more grateful. Valentine, the Lady also from reception, was just the most wonderful human being, totally professional, with customer service enviable many hotels.

I’ve stayed already 3 times in this hotel and see how everything goes down over time - no earlier free checkins (a couple hours earlier would cost 500AED), no amenities in the room - you have to call and ask for a toothbrush or a bathrobe, no water in the fridge etc.

- receptionists are rude and snappy - the coffee shop took 30mins to make me a cappuccino with no other customers. - considering we booked for 2 people, we needed towels and toothbrush’s, toilet paper for 2 people that we had to ask for - ac was so loud - no shower gel Had to ask for it - be warned that there’s no sun at the pool. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are really nice. Most of the staff is friendly. Here are the negative issues: 1) pillows are not comfortable. 2) during the check-in, I asked the lady for a room at a higher floor since she gave me a room in the fifth floor. She said that I had a very good room. The room was very noisy because it is in front of a bridge. Sound isolation is terrible. 3) on the check-in day, I arrived early at 10:30 AM. They said that the room was available. However, if I want the room before 12:00, I must pay 200 dirhams!! which is equivalent to €50. I argued with the lady and her manager that I’ve never seen something like that in any hotel in the world. However, they insisted on not giving me the room. These people are only oriented to making money. They don’t care about customer satisfaction. 3) I gave them a shirt for dry cleaning at the laundry. I I was going to forget about this shirt. Luckily 48 hours later I remembered before leaving. I called them three times to deliver the shirt. They sent it when I asked, why didn’t you deliver it the same day as per normal standards. The guy told me that they should deliver it when I am in the room because they need to charge me Instantly for it. This is also a very rare and special and annoying situation. They chose how this hotel deals with its customers. 4) breakfast offers a big variety of food. Unfortunately mostly low quality. Check cold cuts and juice (horrible). I would never ever go again to this hotel.

There’s a construction nearby and they start early in the morning like around 7 or 8. So I got a mandatory wake-up alarm every morning for the 8 days of my stay. Some of the staff at the front desk were rude and not very friendly, although there are some that are nice and hospitable on certain days. But it’s not consistent as they have different staff on certain shifts. The hotel is out of the way from all the main sights and must use taxi or uber to get around, which are easy to get.

El Hotel esta muy alejado de todo y es muy difícil de acceder, no se puede llega caminando a ninguna estación del sistema de transporte, la habitación con "vista" era a un terreno baldío en construcción y un edificio, la habitación de un Hotel que cobra como si fuera de alta calidad, deja mucho que desear ya que durante toda la noche se escucha el ruido del restaurant, del bar y de cualquier ruido en las habitaciones superiores e inferiores, en la mañana se escuchaba a los trabajadores de la construcción de el terreno de junto. Muy mala actitud del personal, cero ayuda y cero esfuerzo de hacer las cosas faciles, el acceso a la playa que se supone que se tenia, el mismo personaje que me hizo el check in me dijo, vaya a el escritorio del fondo a "tratar" de ver si algún día se puede utilizar, si se lograba si se pagaba pero el que ellos ofrecían estaba completamente utilizado, o sea es una publicidad falsa. El único personaje que se porto decentemente fue el encargado del cafe del Lobby que trataba de hacer mas allá de lo simplemente necesario.

L hotel est très agréable, le buffet petit déjeuner est vraiment excellent, le buffet diner est assez bof. Le service de navette de l'hotel est inclus pour aller/retour à la plage privée et à la Burj Kalifa faut il encore le savoir. Toutes les activités peuvent être prise directement sur place. A savoir qu il faut en moyenne 50 à 80 dirahms de taxi aller pour se rendre dans les lieux à visiter exemple Dubai Marina. Chambre très confortable, sanitaire propre mais intérieur de la douche loin d'être cleen. Point négatif la piscine est presque toujours à l'ombre car entouré de batiment.

Excelente hotel. Increíble servicio por parte de todo el personal, los chicos de recepción, los de la tienda, todos los meseros en el desayuno, por ejemplo Hsu Lae, muy atenta. El desayuno es delicioso y variado. La alberca muy agusto. Los servicios como lavandería y room service eficientes y con excelente calidad y atención. Los cuartos son pequeños pero muy cómodos y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, además de que ofrecen transporte al Dubai Mall y a su beach club. En general, lo recomendaría ampliamente. Sin duda, lo mejor de todo, la atención de cada persona del staff, todos son atentos, amables y alegres. Volvería sin dudarlo.

The stay at the first collection was great , had an amazing view and balcony. The staff are very friendly and help with any queries. The pool area was amazing with lots of sun loungers and a huge pool. The one thing the hotel need to could improve on is the breakfast it was very disappointing, we had a 8 night stay and only had breakfast 3 times even though we paid for it. We didn’t see the point having breakfast where there was a very small variety of breakfast options. Other than that we had a great stay!

Not a bad option for lower cost stays in Dubai. Not sure how this qualifed as four stars however. They must be very lenient in awarding thrm in Dubai. The breakfast offering and setup was very dissapointing. Poor cooked options and proved very difficult to get a cup of coffee. I probably wouldnt bother stayjng here again.
