Small room (as expected) but lacking in desk or place to store clothes other than hooks on the wall. Quite clean and very quiet. Good location. Good A/C. No shampoo or conditioner provided; only hand/ body soap. Breakfast was quite good but they ran out of some items even at 8am. Staff seem new so not fully versed in everything but very friendly.

The room was very clean but small. Tea and instant coffee provided. There was no place to hang towels in the bathroom. The staff was VERY helpful and accommodating. The buffet style breakfast looked very small for the price. They offered late check out at the rate of 10 pounds per hour, which was super helpful to us. My friend was in a basement room. He didn't mind the no windows as the price was cheaper, but wi fi was a problem and had he known, he may have paid for a room on a different floor. Unfortunately, there is no common space to meet a friend. Just the Cafe that is the lobby. This was my first hotel in Europe so I'm reviewing through that filter. Again, staff was wonderful!!

The room is really, really small! We had a box room with the bathroom wasn’t really a room. It was a toilet, sink and shower separated from the rest of the room by glass (frosted). The bed was pushed up against the wall, with the open side less than a meter from the ‘bathroom’. Ground floor too. For what we paid, I can’t imagine staying again. I’m just relieved it was a Sunday night, not a Saturday otherwise I would be weeping. The staff were fine, the location was fine. Room was clean enough. Fairly quiet. A solidly okay stay, nothing to write home about, would only recommend to someone in a pinch

The air conditioning unit didn’t work, Television didn’t work. Water leaked out of the shower thru the shower door. Terrible experience. We left early

It would not have done for 2 people, with the double bed against the wall. AC control did not work A laundry van stopped under my window at 4am and made a huge noise loading crates on wheels for half an hour which was not helpful Convenient location and reasonable breakfast. I had not realised I had free food…that should have been made clearer at the time of booking as I had made other arrangements
