bedbugs. cheeto dust in sheets. skylights leaking a waterfall of rainwater into the main lobby dining area. disgusting brown water partially filling out of order swimming pool. don't you dare make a reservation- forget about getting your money back- even when you realize you cannot sleep here and must get another hotel in the middle of the night.

When we checked in we were not informed pool was not working and were not offered additional linens, even though was obvious we would be using hide a bed. There was stuff from prior guest had left in frig, bathroom sink did not drain correctly, there was possible black mold on bathroom wall, possible blood on curtain and bed duvet. The hallways were extremely hot and the day we checked out the elevator was out and reason was stated as "unknown reason". The contential breakfast was non-existent with gra ola bars and poptarts. The room did not have coffee cups and only 1 coffee pod. There were 2 towels for 5 guests. If i had not prereserved this location we would not have stayed and if they would have refunded money we would have left.the plants in the lobby were in poor condition and looked unhealthy.

Breakfast selection wss not very good. Buckets set out in lobby/common area to catch rainwater leaking through roof. Couch in my suite was old enough that the leather was literally worn off. No pets allowed ao it wasnt an animal. Bed was comfy, area around property was run down. Over valued and over rated, possibly by fake reviews.

Posting in April 2024 says enjoy a morning pool in our indoor pool. Please note!!!! The pool is outside not indoor. Breakfast “buffet” Is not a buffet. There is a bowl of barter for waffles but the waffle iron doesn’t work there’s a pancake maker that’s also didn’t really work. There is a tub of meat in the fridge with some yogurt and breakfast burritos to be heated up. There juice is 100% concentrate. I’m pretty sure only one or two people work here. Hotel is not like pics. Very run down. Room was not filthy but was not super clean. When sat in bed the lights flashed on and off. Half the lightbulbs were unscrewed very dark room. TV kind of worked. Everything is incredibly run down. Mouse trap sticky pads out in the open for public to see. Elevator sometimes doors would get stuck open. There were noises from Nextdoor I can’t un-hear but would like to. I booked because of the hotels.com rating. I even read some reviews. The door locks felt like they would fall off any time. Only for 1 towel. Half of the outlets did not work If all of these things are things you don’t care about, then by all means go for it.

Do NOT Book Here! This was hands down one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. As soon as we walked in, the lobby hit us with a strong smell of animal urine. The carpet had suspicious red stains, and the hallways were covered in what looked like spit—literal loogies. The pool was closed and filthy, despite no mention of this during booking. Our room smelled awful, and to top it off, there were blood stains on the sheets. There was also an extra bed randomly propped up against the wall like it had just been tossed in there last minute. Completely unprofessional. During checkout, the elevator wasn’t working, and the stairwell was disgusting—full of trash and reeking of mold. There were also loud banging noises on the walls throughout the night that made us feel unsafe. This entire experience was nowhere near what was advertised online. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

Too many things needed fixing or needed improvements at this property. Minifridge had a block of ice so large the freezer wouldn't close completely. The air conditioner leaked, causing the carpet around it to always stay wet. There's no room service unless you ask for it a day in advance. Continental breakfast was way to sugary and disappointing (no fruit, no baked goods). The workout room was crammed with machines and some didn't work. The bed pillows were way too thin. No phone in the room. I stayed here to save some money and realized once again how that decision can have ramifications.

The air conditioner didn't work properly. The air conditioner was super wet, musty in our room the entire night. Strands of hair all iver the back of the bathroom door, hair on the toilet seat. Dirt and hair in the corners of the room. We had 1 clean towel because there was hair on 1, and stains all over the other one. Its pretty bad when you shower and still feel disgusting after because of your hotel room!!

Since we were passing through, we stayed one night but this hotel is falling apart. It needs upgrading! More importantly it wasn’t clean. Our room door wasn’t secure. The entire door moved noticeably when juggling the handle even with the deadbolt engaged. They can’t do anything about the location, but it’s located in the parking lot of a closed mall. The area is sketchy. When checking out, the guy at the front desk told me that since we booked through a third party, the charge may be more. Excuse me? The charge shouldn’t be more than what we agreed to for the reservation. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

Walked in the room and immediately saw that the sheets looked like they were never washed (STAINS, FOOD DROPPINGS) bed was just thrown together. Bathroom celling had huge stains and appeared like t was about ready to fall in. Hair and filth behind the toilet. Stains on almost every wall. Corners of the sheetrock were smashed and broken. Owner said they would NOT give me a refund and Expedia had to do that even since I paid in cash. Such a bad experience. Tried to show me another room but it was about as bad. Nasty place, nasty management. People hanging around outside drinking and smoking. Broken down cars in the parking lot. Can't believe Expedia would even let people book at this chain ( Coratel). I need my money back or I will Never use EXPEDIA AGAIN!!!!

Found a worm in the sink, carpet was gross, mold in the shower, couch and chair was stained, ceiling over breakfast area was peeling off. Coffee pot in room didn’t work and coffee in breakfast area was colored water. Overall disgusting. Won’t stay there again.

Absolutely disgusting. Mold in the mini fridge, on the pull out bed, shower dirty, sheets stained. People smoking weed inside whole building smelled terrible. Didn't complete our stay we checked out requested a refund and found a room somewhere else!

The staff I interacted with when checking in was decently friendly but had a thick accent and was on the difficult side to understand. Later I found that the locks on the room door were as if nothing was there. The shower had great water pressure. The bed was decent. We had friends there staying in other rooms and their rooms were much nicer than mine. However when the bed sheets were pulled back on their bed they find a large pair of red boxer briefs between the sheets. The toilet was low so shorter people will appreciate that.

The hotel was fairly comfortable, but wasn't in the best condition. Nothing really looked purposeful in the rooms. Everything was a bit random and not well maintained. The furniture was very run down and worn out. The staff was very nice and helpful. But even the elevator was not very clean looking or well maintained.

Room was safe and a good value. Everything in the room was very worn out, there were cigarette burn holes on the sheets, and half the lightbulbs were burned out. OK if you need something cheap and safe, but the rooms need quite a bit of TLC, which they most likely will not get.

. The lobby was pretty nice and had a cool vibe. However, the room could use some updates — a fresh coat of paint and new furniture would go a long way. The couch in our room was cracked and peeling, which was disappointing. The breakfast bar was mediocre at best. That said, we got what we paid for. Since we only used the room to get ready and sleep, it served its purpose. Overall, not a terrible experience, but I wouldn’t choose it for a long-term stay.

It was absolutely the worst stay I've ever had in my life. I didn't do anything wrong they didn't give me any deposit and anytime I went outside to smoke instead of smoking in my room they hounded me about it they harassed me and then took both my deposits. I couldn't believe my eyes

Check in was fine. Room was ok. Breakfast was almost non existent. Had to put a $50 deposit down with a card at check-in, ok. Now a week later I still have not received the deposit back. Reached out at the beginning of the week to inquire about it and was told it would be 3-5 days. Just called because I still haven't received it and was told it would be 5-7 business days from TODAY because of "must have been a glitch in website" if you book here, you better just plan on adding $50 to your reservation price and hope the "website doesn't glitch on you"

Since we were passing through, we stayed one night but this hotel is falling apart. It needs upgrading! More importantly it wasn’t clean. Our room door wasn’t secure. The entire door moved noticeably when juggling the handle even with the deadbolt engaged. They can’t do anything about the location, but it’s located in the parking lot of a closed mall. The area is sketchy. When checking out, the guy at the front desk told me that since we booked through a third party, the charge may be more. Excuse me? The charge shouldn’t be more than what we agreed to for the reservation. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

This place is next to an abandoned large shopping mall. Access is difficult. Area is unsafe..bad part of town. When you arrive, you must put up a 50.00 deposit on top of the room charge which is not advertised. Bathroom fixtures were loose. So called breakfast was juice, coffee and a tiny cinnamon roll in package. When leaving, I was told my deposit would be returned in three days. Horrible place

Breakfast selection wss not very good. Buckets set out in lobby/common area to catch rainwater leaking through roof. Couch in my suite was old enough that the leather was literally worn off. No pets allowed ao it wasnt an animal. Bed was comfy, area around property was run down. Over valued and over rated, possibly by fake reviews.

Posting in April 2024 says enjoy a morning pool in our indoor pool. Please note!!!! The pool is outside not indoor. Breakfast “buffet” Is not a buffet. There is a bowl of barter for waffles but the waffle iron doesn’t work there’s a pancake maker that’s also didn’t really work. There is a tub of meat in the fridge with some yogurt and breakfast burritos to be heated up. There juice is 100% concentrate. I’m pretty sure only one or two people work here. Hotel is not like pics. Very run down. Room was not filthy but was not super clean. When sat in bed the lights flashed on and off. Half the lightbulbs were unscrewed very dark room. TV kind of worked. Everything is incredibly run down. Mouse trap sticky pads out in the open for public to see. Elevator sometimes doors would get stuck open. There were noises from Nextdoor I can’t un-hear but would like to. I booked because of the hotels.com rating. I even read some reviews. The door locks felt like they would fall off any time. Only for 1 towel. Half of the outlets did not work If all of these things are things you don’t care about, then by all means go for it.

The air conditioner leaked, causing the carpet around it to always stay wet. There's no room service unless you ask for it a day in advance. Continental breakfast was way to sugary and disappointing (no fruit, no baked goods). The workout room was crammed with machines and some didn't work. The bed pillows were way too thin. No phone in the room. I stayed here to save some money and realized once again how that decision can have ramifications.

This is a beautiful hotel and you can tell ut was prime in its day. The room was large, bathroom had heated floors, the ned was also the cleanest bed I've seen in a hotel. Cosmetically it needs some love, but you can still see that they do the best they can.

Very welcoming staff very well clean outside presence lack a little bit desired. My Service dog was welcomed with no extra charge. I was very grateful for that and the air-conditioning is amazing.
