Room was very small but we knew that. Good shower and decent tea coffee facilities. Left a bracelet which was found and handed in. Very happy about that. Also cheese and wine offered complimentary which was a nice touch. Downstairs bar area cosy and welcoming

Lovely hotel close to the city centre, would definitely stay back there , just a bit cold coming from the window im room 219 and I could hear everything outside , all in all thou a nice stay and helpful staff , good you get 50%off parking , rooms quite small but shower was nice and hot and had good stock of coffee and hot chocolate

It was a very hit and miss stay in all honesty. TV didnt work, wifi on the 5th floor which i was on was non existent, was very little space to put clothes other than 3 little coat hangers on a wall.... By time i wantes the TV on it was gone 10 oclock and was ready for bed by this point even though someone said that they could come sort it in the next 15 minutes. It still wasnt great. The room sizes are very small so if your coming as a couple id suggest elsewhere.... Bed was comfy and good location wise, but like i said lack of facilities and things just seemed to go wrong with the stay, even the skylite shutter was broke so had constant light coming through... Very dissappinted in fairness.

Loved loved loved this place! So nice and modern looking, AC was amazing, the shower was immaculate (literally had the best shower I’ve had in ages here lol)! The place is pretty small, but as a solo traveler, I loved it, it’s just enough space for me. The room is listed as a double occupancy, but I don’t know how two people could comfortably stay in that room lol, so I get people’s complaint that it’s too small. One minor issue I had though was the WiFi suddenly started acting up one night and just would not work. Thought it was just me, but then I saw a phone hotspot pop up nearby so I figured another guest also had issues with the WiFi so just started using their phone’s hotspot. That was annoying, I had to just go to bed, but it seemed to be working again in the morning. But overall, I loved my stay here and would stay here again for sure! Definitely recommend! I keep comparing my other hotels I stayed in afterward to this one to see if they measure up lol

Room was perfect for escaping the bright morning sun and warm temperatures for a night. Almost absolute darkness, silence and air conditioning in a room that felt really well thought out - a small space well used. Staff were friendly and everything was spotless Only minor issues was that there was no instructions for the air con (although I’m sure if I’d asked they would have helped - found quickly online) and the side door you go out after 11 isn’t as well signposted as it could have be. Friendly and helpful staff! I didn’t have breakfast but the wine and cheese was a lovely touch. I stayed in a room without a window and the ac could have done with being a little better as the room was a bit too warm

We were very pleased with the service provided, by both the day and night lobby staff. The areas that left much to be desired were the overall comfort and cleanliness of the room. We found the bathroom/shower area to be spotted with bits of mold and mildew, which later caused harm to me and my guest with asthmatic issues. I probably would not return for this reason alone. Everything else was quite satisfactory.

Clean room and very approachable, warm and friendly staff. Great location, just off from George Square. Check in and check out was very quick and efficient. Whilst we did not partake, there were plenty of options for a late checkout. Unfortuantely we probably won't be back. The bed was incredibly firm. The duvet was like a mat. We had a very poor night sleep and sore backs the next day. But that's just personal preference. For £130 on a Saturday we feel this wasn't up to value. However if looking for a hotel with no frills, with a great location I would recommend for those looking for a short overnight stay.

Room was clean, staff was lovely but it is just a square room ( we got the biggest queen size room) with a glass bathroom attached so you can see your partner go to the toilet. This was arms length from the bed so not very pleasant.

Good hotel for a night. Central and easy. Bathroom nice but best for solo traveling as it is just a glass box. Paid for room with window but the window faced the hallway so needed to have the blinds down the whole stay. Except for that all good!

Amazing location with great staff. Rooms tiny but clean. Massive plus was Sky TV. Massive negative is the bed. Its like sleeping on a wooden board. We got barely any sleep as the mattress was so hard it hurt!!!

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I ended up checking in 2 days late due to my flight being cancelled because of an issue with the plane. I emailed them to tell them and they were so understanding. They not only kept my room but also suggested the best way to get from Edinburgh Airport. Once I was actually able to check in, they made sure I was taken care the whole time and just made my trip to Glasgow more delightful than I ever thought it could be. This will definitely be my go-to place for my trips to Glasgow now!

Brilliant find right in the heart of glasgow. Staff so friendly and helpful. Room clean and modern with tea and coffee making facilities. Shower and toilet also clean and modern. Loved the complementary cheese and wine available every day at 5pm, that was a nice touch. We will certainly book again.

Great area to be in. I was travelling alone as a female traveler, and the staff made me feel safe and welcome. There was a little fire scare, and they handled it perfectly and I felt in good hands. Would recommend.

Location is good close to all facilities, low cost option. Small room but very functional in use. all facliities working in perfect condition. Except for the room size, did not feel that this is budget hotel. Staff welcoming and explaining all with least questions remaining to ask.

Good hotel for a night. Central and easy. Bathroom nice but best for solo traveling as it is just a glass box. Paid for room with window but the window faced the hallway so needed to have the blinds down the whole stay. Except for that all good!

This hotel is in an excellent, central location. I just needed somewhere to spend the night before my onward journey early next morning and this hotel was perfect. It is clean and quiet and has a modern feel. I would highly recommend.

Clean room and very approachable, warm and friendly staff. Great location, just off from George Square. Check in and check out was very quick and efficient. Whilst we did not partake, there were plenty of options for a late checkout. Unfortuantely we probably won't be back. The bed was incredibly firm. The duvet was like a mat. We had a very poor night sleep and sore backs the next day. But that's just personal preference. For £130 on a Saturday we feel this wasn't up to value. However if looking for a hotel with no frills, with a great location I would recommend for those looking for a short overnight stay.

Our room was comfortable and clean. Everything worked as expected. Dinner was good with quick service. Breakfast buffet was good .. would have been nice to have some hot items available. Convenient to Queen Street train.

This hotel and room were perfect! Comfortable clean and reasonably priced. My room was small and just right for one person. It was very comfortable. My only wish is that there was a hair dryer in my room with a plug in the bathroom. There are likely larger rooms for more than one person. The breakfast was just right.

The dining area was very poor... I had to use a swivel seat with no comfort at a table permanently stuck to the floor. My bedroom had windows looking out on to the space in front of the lift offering absolutely no privacy unless the blinds were pulled down. The rooms were not sound-proof and sounds from the nearby drinking area were very loud.....And you charged €164.62 for a single room. Well it was supposed to be a double room for one person but there wasn't room to swing a cat. The breakfast was extra. The wine and cheese in the evening looked nice but was only for those who booked directly with the hotel. Booking through Hotels.com was a big mistake on my part... I actually thought I was booking directly with the hotel and later discovered doing that would have been far better.

Brilliant find right in the heart of glasgow. Staff so friendly and helpful. Room clean and modern with tea and coffee making facilities. Shower and toilet also clean and modern. Loved the complementary cheese and wine available every day at 5pm, that was a nice touch. We will certainly book again.

check was very pleasant, very informative , got invited to the cheese and wine night in the bar area, which was a lovley idea, we went down and it was perfect!!! very nice idea, the room was on the very small size, it worked we slept well,so no complaints

Friendly and helpful staff! I didn’t have breakfast but the wine and cheese was a lovely touch. I stayed in a room without a window and the ac could have done with being a little better as the room was a bit too warm

Staff, location and the room itself were quite good, they even leave water for you to take by the lift at night wich I think every hotel should do. The rroms don't have carpet, wich I think is great, however, being an easier floor to clean than carpet I expected it to bw cleaner than it was

Z Hotel is very functional and ideal for a night or two. The rooms are clean and although small and basic they have all you need. The beds are particularly comfortable. It is also very quiet. Breakfast is disappointing especially if vegetarian. Mostly continental but everything was running out by 9.00am so very little choice. Would recommend having breakfast elsewhere.
