Stay overall was good. Hot tub had way too much chlorine and would burn our eyes when we used it. Pool was not heated and was pretty cold. Breakfast was good, but was running low on items and oj cartons were frozen solid. Enjoed our stay in OKC though.

Honestly everything was great, staff was friendly, rooms were clean, yeah there was a little wear in the breakfast area on some of the seats, but not that big of a deal. - If I had one complaint, and this is very specific to my "needs", they could fix some of the equipment in the gym. I was still able to use the facilities, but would have like to do a little more, especially since the equipment is there, but it wasn't working, (and/or broken). Besides that, I would absolutely stay there again.

The bed was comfortable and I liked the water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was ok. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the hot tub was out of order and the sprinklers weren’t working in the kiddy pool. Overall though, it was a comfortable stay and we still enjoyed the pool.

Took staff at least 5 min to come to front desk when i arrived. Splash pad wasn't working, one reason I chose this to stay. Food was decent, better than I expected.

Accommodating staff. Room interiors need updating. No fruit available during the day or evening for a snack. Not up to the usual Hampton Inn standard, in my opinion. Only one of two elevators operational.

Nice, clean hotel. Some areas show wear and could be updated (seating in dining area and at desks in the room especially), Pool sprinklers did not appear to be working. Hot tub was not hot, but felt good after a long day. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about my visit. The pool and spa were closed for maintenance until March 7, 2025, but there was no prior mention of this when I booked. With kids in tow, this was definitely disappointing, as we had planned on utilizing those amenities. The room itself was average—clean, with decent beds—but a few issues stood out. The TV wouldn’t turn down below volume level 8, which was oddly loud. Also, the bathroom had a large patch on the ceiling that looked unfinished. While the hotel was overall clean, the breakfast left much to be desired. There wasn’t much selection, and the quality wasn’t great. For the price I paid, I expected a better experience, especially considering the event we were attending. If I just needed a place to sleep, this hotel would suffice, but I likely would have chosen somewhere else with a better breakfast and open amenities.

My wife was woken up being bit by a bedbug. We have pictures but we can't upload on here but needless to say we spent the last 2 hours at a local laundromat washing our belongs fearing to take our belonging into our home. We probably will be throwing our clothes away. Better safe than sorry I guess most hotels in the area are either full or their systems are being updated for the next day . So we are stuck sleeping in our vehicle..the whole experience has been terrible to say the least..we have stayed at this location in the past never had any issues but this time was the worse . We hope to get a refund. We spoke to front desk and was told that they would like management know in the morning they offered another room but we respectfully declined due to fearing another room may also have bedbugs ..we have never had an experience like this before and just for the record my wife caught the bedbug and I found a piece of tape and was able to show the front desk and I truly hope they take this situation serious because I don't wish this type of experience on anyone else it has been a horrible experience .

Upon check in i found out that they did not have tap to pay. This forced me to use a form of payment I did not want to use for this trip. Also the A/C system did not work in common areas. The lobby smelled bad. The smell varied by day. It either smelled like industrial cleaners or a litterbox the next. Overall the room was fantastic! Very comfortable and clean.

Was charged a double incidentals home after it was requested I scan my card on both machines. Toilet was clogged - waited a long time and a plunger in a bag was dropped off. Sink also was not draining well. A maintenance person finally showed up, knocked quickly- then entered our room with no chance to cover up while changing (I dove under the covers and minor daughter was left to deal with him) - issue was mainly fixed but plumbing was still slow. Was a surprise as we had stayed there in the past with no issues. Was not offered a chance to move rooms. Was advised to dispute the double l hold with my credit card company if it did not fall off

The staff was nice the guy checking us in was really nice and gsve us a room away from a big group that had alot of teens in it. The splash pad pool area was pretty nasty and didn't work which was one reason we picked that hotel also found trash and chips under the bed skirts and the bed skirts were very dirty also the bathroom was pretty gross!

Overall the stay was great. Check in was quick and friendly. Room was satisfactory. Pool needs significant improvement. The lobby furniture (couches) are absolutely disgusting but informed that this location is set for an upgrade this year.

Great hotel but when I asked for a room with river view, they said because I got my reservation thru Expedia (3rd party) they put us next to elevator and it banged really Loud all night and woke us up multiple times each night. They said Hotel was full and they couldn’t move us.

We stayed in the 2 Queen studio suite, the room was extremely large and nice for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable and we liked the large table/desk in the middle of the room. I’m not sure if they recently renovated or are still working on it but there were some unfinished features in the room. The main reason for the stay was the swimming pool which was a huge let down. I had called the hotel ahead of booking and they said it was going to be open for use this weekend 3/14/25. Upon checking in there was a sign at the front desk saying it was going to be closed until further notice 😡. Very upsetting as we would have picked a different hotel had this been the case. Other than that it was a nice stay. Breakfast ended up being the best part and the staff is very nice.

The room was roomy, but lacked a chair to sit on. When we got to pur floor it smelled like a Marijuana dispensary.....stunk so bad. The good thing was the rooms were sound proof and the smell didn't come into the room. It even has a sign, NO SMOKING, but obviously some people do not understand the horrific smell and the hazzards with kids on the same floor. I wish they would go over NO SMOKING at check-in. The breakfast had tons of choices.

I liked everything about this property and have stayed several times but this time I stayed in room 215 and the beds were very cheap , Hard mattresses with almost no padding. I have never had an uncomfortable bed here before or at any other Hampton. I was really shocked at the low quality mattresses associated with the Hampton name.

The room was very large, spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was kind and efficient. I very much appreciated the shuttle driver and shuttle service to the airport. The room for what I paid was beyond my expectation.

We arrived early and requested to check in, were told that no one could check in early. The two ladies behind the counter told this to about 10 parties while we waited between 2:30 and 3ish but made no visible effort to get people in their rooms. A gentleman by the name of Wayne iirc arrived and told the ladies he was off and about to go home but then saw everyone waiting and went around to each party getting our names and finding us rooms one by one. I was very disappointed with the ladies and very thankful for Mr. Wayne! We had more issues with the ladies the next morning. We had asked for a late checkout and were told we could only stay an extra 30 minutes until 12:30. Unfortunately, the cleaners entered our room at 10am and 12pm waking my wife up both times. This is unacceptable.

Bad front desk service, the guy was cold and dismissive. Stayed here in May, it was nice last time, but this time the front guy won’t even look at us when we checked in, and my husband asked him a question when we checking out and he pretended to be busy with the computer, did not say a word or looked up, unresponsive…… won’t go back….

NIght desk clerk was mising for 20 mintjues, I started calling hotel, once it rang through some told me I was at wrong hotel as they were standing at front desk. Same person with same voice cam out of kitchen carrying cookies approx. 10 minutes later. She proceed to answer a phone that was not ringing--THREW it across the side desk to hit wall, then looked at me to check me in.....Not easily scared I looked her straight in the eye whole time.. she knew I knew it was her who told me on the phone I was at wrong hotel... most likely on drugs.. AS far as hotel it is worn, I wont stay again as for same price can stay a better kept hotel down the street. Stayed specificlly due to great family ratings traveling with kids.

Most everything about our stay was lovely except for our first encounter with staff- namely the front desk person. Nobody was there to greet me and after several minutes I tried to call the hotel to find someone to check me in. When someone did finally emerge, he did not speak to me. Looked annoyed. I finally offered my name and that I was checking in. He was very cold, as if I was interrupting something more important and he was ticked off. The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. The breakfast was nice and hot except that the crock pot of gravy for the biscuits was cold.

We absolutely love staying at this property! Parking is plentiful, the rooms are always clean and comfortable and we love being able to walk the trail along the river. The staff is some of the friendliest we've ever encountered. Many thanks for another great stay!

Best thing about the hotel is the pool, it’s very kid friendly. Breakfast was not good. Key card wasn’t working when we checked in until mid day the next day so they had to go up with us to let us in the room. Breakfast area needs new chairs/ booths need to be changed they are peeling really bad and you can tell they’ve been that way for a while. The pull out couch was hard to get it to close again and the solution to them was just leave it and we’ll do it but we wanted to use that space for sitting also, so that didn’t happen. Mattress of the pull out couch had stains and they said they couldn’t switch it because there wasn’t anymore rooms like that available. I stayed here’s a few years ago and it was good, breakfast was good but this was definitely our last time staying here.

Wow breakfast was quite a variety and lasted from 6 to 10, with a very helpful hostess. Rooms are clean and my whole surroundings felt very safe. They also provided 24 hour shuttle services that prided themselves to being on time and made sure all your needs were met. Then there was coffee, tea, iced water with a hint of fruit, and cookies always available. Was very pleasant.

Chose this place because of the 24/7 airport shuttle which was very helpful. Liked that they have a 24/7 shop with all kinds of food and drink options at reasonable rates. Breakfast was ok but not many choices. Disappointed they have a sign to talk to an attendant for dietary restrictions but when I requested Almond milk I was told a short no. So why post a sign if you don't actually offer substitutions. Overall nice and would stay again.
