Betten sind bequem und alles ist sehr sauber. Kurzer Fußweg zur nächsten U-Bahn und dann nur noch wenige Stationen bis zum Zentrum. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die fehlenden Klimaanlagen, was im Hochsommer sehr wünschenswert wäre. Ansonsten könnte man die Frühstücksauswahl noch ergänzen, beispielsweise durch Milchalternativen und geschnittenes Obst.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel George war gut. Das Zimmer war gross, sauber und modern. Das Babybett wurde, wie angefragt, bereit gestellt. U-Bahn-Stationen liegen in Gehweite und Restaurants gibt es auch in der Umgebung. Zum Parken ist es etwas schwierig. Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Abstriche gibt es beim Frühstück. Obwohl die Auswahl durchaus gross und vielfältig war, waren die Brötchen ständig vergriffen und zudem lediglich Aufbaubrötchen. Auch in puncto Sauberkeit sollte man im Frühstücksraum noch nachbessern.

Nice property, but parking is a tad away. Room was warm to hot with no A/C and had to request an additional fan which they promptly provided. Other than that, good place. Didn't try breakfast since it was additional cost, and preferred to check out interesting alternate options in downtown.

This was a shock for us when we got to the so called 4* hotel - walking in it looks more like a pension or a motel. The rooms are nice but BeWARE there is no AC. It is not clear when we booked it. For a 4Star hotel we would expect that would be declared in the booking for the summer months when it is warm We asked for at least one night refund cos we didn’t stay at all in the hotel (booked for 2) and was denied. We had to book another hotel in the last minute at a much higher price. And that included breakfast in the new place Also this place does not include breakfast As there is no ac one had to leave windows open to it is a bit noisy Abit dodgy I would say

Goed en modern hotel. Erg aardig en zeer attent personeel dat ons verraste met een feestelijke ontvangst met champagne vanwege ons huwelijksjubileum! Het ontbijt was goed, de kamer groot en schoon. Jammer dat de lift kapot was. Hotel ligt vlakbij Schönbrunn en naast de bushalte. Toplocatie!

Zimmerreinigung lässt zum wünschen übrig, könnte besser sein. Nach mehrfachem bitte, wurde Fußboden im Bad nicht gereinigt. Es gibt keinern Schrank wo man seine Kleidung ablegen kann. Bei zwei Personen mit vollen Koffer, wo soll da die Bekleidung hin ??

The pace was dirty, there were holes on the wall, the tv did not have remote, the door was not secured, the hallways smelled like food, the elevator did not go to my room’s floors. More like a bad motel!

Leider wurden wir in ein unvorbereites Zimmer geschickt, mit ungemachten Betten und dem Müll der Vorgänger. Glücklicherweise gab es aber noch ein ordentliches Zimmer. Das war sauber und sehr geräumig. Nur der Staub auf der Wasserkaraffe machte den Eindruck, sie stünde da schon seit einiger Zeit. Ansonsten nettes Personal, das Frühstück war ok.

Das Personal am Empfang war desinteresiert. Unsere Schlüsselkarten gingen nach einem Tag nicht mehr, weik sie statt für 3 Nächste nur für eine Nacht registriert war. Handtücher wurden vom Handtuchhalter entnommen aber nicht erneuert

Abbiamo soggiornato 7 giorni nella struttura. Comoda da un punto di vista strategico: fermata metro a pochi passi, fermata autobus proprio sotto l’albergo, supermercati pochissimi metri accanto. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, la struttura necessiterebbe un po’ di manutenzione. La stanza molto ampia è dotata di tanti confort. Unica pecca purtroppo è stata la pulizia della camera e del bagno: dopo ben 4 giorni abbiamo chiesto noi se potevano cambiare gli asciugamani (altrimenti chissà se e quando l’avrebbero fatto)

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von Schloss Schönbrunn und der U4. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, lockere Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß, das Bad in Ordnung. Zur Straße allerdings recht laut, würde ein Zimmer zur Rückseite buchen. Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig, viel Verpackung, wenig Obst und nur Müsli mit Schoko.

This hotel wasn’t in a busy area or located near any monuments, but the room was big for European standards, clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were the stars of the property they really made you feel like royalty. I think this place deserves at least 4 stars. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great too. Very happy with my stay here.

The room was spacious, the bathroom and bed were clean and comfortable. However, I felt that the lighting was dim. The breakfast, including the dessert, was delicious and I was able to eat it quietly. It's convenient because it's close to Scherbrune Palace and the metro, but unfortunately there's no place to go for a night out.

Wir waren schon 3x in Wien und dieses Hotel war mit Abstand das beste Hotel. Es war sauber, super gelegen, das Frühstück hervorragend und man hat sich rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein besonderes Lob geht an die Damen an der Rezeption und an die Herren im Frühstücksrestaurant. Immer freundlich, sehr fleißig und hilfsbereit, so fühlt man sich als Gast herzlich willkommen. Jederzeit wieder würde ich dieses Hotel buchen und gebe meine volle Empfehlung.

For a 4Star hotel we would expect that would be declared in the booking for the summer months when it is warm We asked for at least one night refund cos we didn’t stay at all in the hotel (booked for 2) and was denied. We had to book another hotel in the last minute at a much higher price. And that included breakfast in the new place Also this place does not include breakfast As there is no ac one had to leave windows open to it is a bit noisy Abit dodgy I would say

Don’t let the price fool you, it’s one of the best dollar value for the service and hospitality. From the moment we checked in, the service was consistent and friendly, notably people we interacted with most frequently was helpful, informative and efficient: Daniel and Brooke - kudos to them for their quality service! (This does not dismiss the fact that all the staff here, front of house and the housekeeping folks are consistent and wonderful). Thanks again for such a wonderful experience in Vienna, and also in the diverse and colorful neighborhood of Meidling.

Very conveniently located (10 minutes from the tube station). The entrance might not look like much but the inside was perfect. Kettle and coffee sachets are provided but no milk so bring your own if you can. There’s an Aldi (called Hofer) where we got water and anything we needed before going to the town centre. The station nearby (Schönbrunn) was just a few stops from Kalrsplatz where the main attractions are. We had diner twice at a local restaurant called Pizzeria Ancora. It looks very shabby and the interior is very poor but the pizzas were very yum and the four of us could leave with a belly full for £30!

Das Hotel wurde erst vor einem halben Jahr neu übernommen und renoviert. Es liegt verkehrsgünstig zwischen den U-Bahnstationen Schönbrunn und Meidlinger Hauptstraße, was eine kurze Fahrt ins Zentrum garantiert. Auch befindet sich eine Autobusstation neben dem Haus, wo man direkt zum Westbahnhof oder sogar bis zum Volkstheater kommt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich einige Lokale. Personal ist sehr bemüht und Frühstück absolut in Ordnung. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Bad. Da das Fenster zur Seitengasse lag war es punkto Verkehr ruhig. Mit dem Bett allgemein und mit der Matratzen im Besonderen waren wir sehr zufrieden. Koffer konnten wir nach dem Auschecken noch im Hotel lassen. Wenn sich der Preis nicht drastisch erhöht werden wir sicher wieder herkommen!

Ottimo hotel nei pressi del castello di Schonbrunn. Non è centralissimo, ma davanti all'hotel c'è la fermata dell'autobus che in circa 15 minuti porta in centro. Le camere sono pulite e il personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von Schloss Schönbrunn und der U4. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, lockere Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß, das Bad in Ordnung. Zur Straße allerdings recht laut, würde ein Zimmer zur Rückseite buchen. Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig, viel Verpackung, wenig Obst und nur Müsli mit Schoko.

Wir waren schon 3x in Wien und dieses Hotel war mit Abstand das beste Hotel. Es war sauber, super gelegen, das Frühstück hervorragend und man hat sich rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein besonderes Lob geht an die Damen an der Rezeption und an die Herren im Frühstücksrestaurant. Immer freundlich, sehr fleißig und hilfsbereit, so fühlt man sich als Gast herzlich willkommen. Jederzeit wieder würde ich dieses Hotel buchen und gebe meine volle Empfehlung.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel George war gut. Das Zimmer war gross, sauber und modern. Das Babybett wurde, wie angefragt, bereit gestellt. U-Bahn-Stationen liegen in Gehweite und Restaurants gibt es auch in der Umgebung. Zum Parken ist es etwas schwierig. Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Abstriche gibt es beim Frühstück. Obwohl die Auswahl durchaus gross und vielfältig war, waren die Brötchen ständig vergriffen und zudem lediglich Aufbaubrötchen. Auch in puncto Sauberkeit sollte man im Frühstücksraum noch nachbessern.

We had a bit of an unusual arrangement and initial miscommunication was very much due to the third party website used for the initial booking. However the staff themselves were brilliant in helping us resolve the matter and looking after us once we were there. We also arrived in the middle of a heat-wave and the hotel made sure we were looked after and managed to source extra fans to ensure we were comfortable. Breakfast was very good value we felt and very convenient to ensure that we could maximise the short time we had in Vienna for sight seeing. Would highly recommend the hotel for a weekend break and we are already thinking of returning in the autumn.
