It occurred to me that with no cctv coverage of my room, I was actually in a dangerous situation, that hotel is a fortress if you’re trying to get in. But if you’re already in, then it’s super easy to get into another room. I had an incident where the cctv needed to be checked and the manager/owner who completely ignores all aspects of the hotel except for getting the money, just misdirected the issue then blocked me on WhatsApp. The maid was not a problem. The guest in room 5 and the manager was a problem. Management lives in the front room with the deadbolt on the door. All other rooms have a flimsy lock. So easy to open with a credit card or flathead screwdriver. There’s cctv for the stairs and room 4. No camera covers room 5/6.
