Love the EV charging station, but need them both working.

We stayed here for one while traveling across the state. Staff was friendly and helpful and we were able to check in an hour early. Room was clean and the breakfast buffet was filling and had many choices available. The only complaint we had was the elevator was in serious disrepair. None of the lights on the buttons worked and the doors had huge scuffs where it was scraping against the inner wall. Definitely did not feel safe so we utilized the stairs most of our trip.

None of the buttons lit up in the elevator. Neither did the floor indicator light. There was no inspection notice posted in the elevator. No clock in the room. This hotel is old and it shows.

I paid in advance for 2 queen beds they gave me one king bed and me and my mom had to share , the hotel and the room smelled like mildew the back wall was full of mildew , only ice machine was on the 3rd floor then the elevator had a sign that said the elevator only works on floors 3 & 4 so i walked back to floor 1 to get to my room at breakfast the cabinet door in the food area was on the floor and the desk clerk used tape to tape it up , the side door of the hotel was not locked so anyone could come in , no need for room key , trash cans was full on the 1st floor only good thing was the breakfast it was good

Overall for the price this was a good choice for a last minute nights stay. The back door lock didnt work so they had to put a rock in it to keep from locking. They only allowed you to use the questionable elevator if you are on 3rd or 4th floor no stop at 2nd. I wish i got her name ,The sweet older lady who worked the breakfast room was so nice and helpful. She definitely is a keeper. Room was clean yet very outdated and falling apart. Cable kept glitching eveey 2 min no.matter what channel you are on. Overall price reasonable, room clean, for a last minute stay.

Parking lot was small

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night had we needed to stay longer, we would've changed hotels. The elevator is broken and you have to use the stairs to get to your room. The bath tub still had hair in it, the faucet was dripping and there was lots of mold in the shower. We also opened the closet door then it wouldn't shut. The pool was also closed for maintenance. Signs indicate an ice machine on the first floor but there wasn't an ice machine to be found.

Horrible experience with this hotel. The keys didn't work when we checked in and there was a sign at the elevator that said it was only for the 3rd and 4th floors and that you had to use the stairs if you were staying on the 2nd floor. Not convenient if you have a lot of luggage. I also called the hotel before booking to make sure that the pool would be open. I should've known from the other reviews that the pool would be closed. When we asked to be refunded so that we could change hotels to one that had a pool for our kids, the manager refused to refund us. We contacted corporate who immediately refunded us (by giving us points) and stated that they would file a complaint against the hotel for not providing the advertised amenities. We understand that things happen and that the pool may need to be closed for awhile, but the manager was extremely rude and would not provide a refund even though we immediately asked for one upon learning that the pool was closed (within 5 minutes of checking in). She said it would possibly re-open at 8pm but closes at 10pm so our kids would not be able to swim since we already had plans at that time. The only reason we booked this hotel is so our kids could swim. Horrible customer service!

Dirty, old, chincy breakfast, none of the buttons or floor indicators lit up on the elevator. Ice machine didn’t work.

It was fine for a single night as we drive cross country but I wouldn’t stay again. It was old and musty and the room was not clean. Found a bed bug in one of the beds. The floor was sticky. Soap scum still on the shower walls. Water ran brown out of the shower and sink for the first minute or so before it became clear. Breakfast earns it a second star overall with eggs, sausage and toast. But we left in a hurry because i didn’t want to spend another minute there.

We reserved two Jacuzzi rooms. The minute we walked into the one room. We found a cockroach on the bathroom floor. Went to the front desk and they offered to mop the bathroom floor. That is it. Over the next two hours, found four more cockroaches, and the front desk, absolutely for refused to do anything about it. I finally complained enough that they moved us to the second floor in a non-Jacuzzi room. Told me we would get another Jacuzzi room the next morning. The next morning came and they told me they did not have a Jacuzzi room available. I ask for at least some of my money back between the cockroaches and not having the type of room we paid extra for have been waiting for over a week. Still no refund still no call from the manager And they actually took $50 extra out of my account than what they should have taken! Ask the front desk person many many times to speak to a manager the first time they told me the manager would be in in the morning and she would come speak to us. That never happened. Ask them to call and let me speak to the manager over the phone they refused. The front desk worker told me they were crediting my account, but again never did. I have called the hotel every day since our trip and they continuously tell me there is no manager available. They have taken my name and number several times for a manager to call me back, and I still have not received a call. . The lady in the room two doors down from us found cockroaches and bedbugs and her room also!

My room is filthy. The toilet has hair on it, the seat has red spots that should have been cleaned off. The blankets are dirty- not stained, but have fresh spots that have not been cleaned. The hand towels have been used and are dirty. The room is musty and the parking area is busted up and does not look safe. Overall i do not see one redeeming quality about this hotel. We came into town at 4am with prepaid reservations. We drove 6 hours for a funeral and he initially told us we could not have our rooms. Despite the note i sent when making the reservation and despite the fact that it states clearly on the website that there is no cut off for check in, he refused us our rooms until we insisted that he call a supervisor. Then he tried to give us just one room even though we paid for 2. This is by far the worst hotel experience i have ever had.

We found a blood stain on the comforter that wasn’t ours… someone else’s personal lubricant left behind in the drawer under the microwave. There was paint chipping all over and it was very outdated. A bit grungy in spots. A staff member talked to us at breakfast and was very friendly but we couldn’t really find other staff around to address our other issues, get more towels or toilet paper etc. wasn’t over all super clean.

The room was filthy. Food and garbage still left behind. The carpet appeared un vacuumed. The property needs a good cleaning.

This property is in a state of disrepair. The elevator barely works and is incredibly rickety. The whole hotel smells like sour milk, and our room was disgusting. There were crumbs all over our carpet, candy in the chair, hairs all over the bathroom, gross stains in the fridge, and dirty bathroom mirror. We were only staying one night so decided to stick it out until we went to bed around midnight and found a dried up puddle of pee. We left immediately and the woman at the desk was rude and I have been refused a refund by the property. I have escalated to corporate in hopes of a resolution. Horrible experience and would never recommend

When we showed up someone was smoking marijuana in the lobby. There was mold in the shower, the floors were sticky(carpet), the bed was uncomfortable and to top it all off the coffee maker didn't work.

The room was dirty. Not vaccuumed. There was pecans on the floor. The lamps and tables were dusty. The TV glitches and the volume cuts in and out. If I had seen it before I reserved it, I wouldnt have stayed. The front desk girl at check in said nothing about reserving an additional $100 on my credit card. Didn't know until I went to use it and was declined. She was very rude.

My only complaint is the shower pressure is terrible It is in a great location. There’s lots of good restaurants.

It needs some upgrades. Rooms, carpets, elevator, furniture, and etc.

Nice size room

Very disappointing. The lights on the single elevator did not work. Its interior was battered. In the room, everything was unplugged. As I was plugging everything in. I found dried dog poop along side of the end table. The microwave did not work. The bed had more lumps than oatmeal. After waiting too long to speak to a person at the deak, I had to pick up a phone and call her. I mentioned the problems I encountered and she said, "sorry."

Updates needed in the rooms.

My room had no water pressure and I had to shower using the ice bucket. The 3rd floor smelled like smoke.

Site does not specify that charging station is Tesla only. Water pressure was poor, there was no shampoo in the bathroom and elevator was noisy when opening and closing.

Room was in a quiet hallway.

Stayed in Comfort inn and suites before and was very satisfied. This one, not so much. Mold growing in the cracks of the shower stall, poor water pressure in the shower, TV guide didn't match the actual channels, and the elevator broke down, meaning I had to walk down from 3rd floor to breakfast area, and then back up (I have COPD) which was not good.

The room was fine as a place to crash for the night. We paid a little extra for the hot tub room, but upon seeing the hot tub, I was not interested in getting in. The bottom of the tub looked cracked, like you would scratch yourself on it. It also seemed like the original outer panels of the hot tub had been replaced? Our room was ok, but not in great shape- sagging ceiling tiles, patched holes in the walls that hadn't been painted over, tooth paste splattered on the bathroom mirror, etc. The whole hotel definitely had a musty smell as well. Not terrible, but I honestly wish we would've just spent a little extra and stayed somewhere nicer.

The staff was really amazing the entire time I was there, the pool was warm and the breakfast was delicious! I’d gladly stay again.

The overnight attendant tries to claim that our rooms were no longer available because we arrived late. We arrived after a 6 drive to attend the funeral of a family member the next morning. When we stated that our reservation was "check-in 3:00pm and check-out was 11:00 am the following morning, he stated "I've completed my closeout for the day, and you would need to purchase a new room". This was an absolute nightmare, not to mention illegal!

No housekeeping services were available during our week long stay. Pool was closed for half of our stay.

Traveled to officiate a funeral. The hotel was ran down on the outside, bit clean and nice on the inside, other then the elevator. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall a great experience here!

No one was at the front desk all day and night. You had to call and wait 15 minutes for them to come. No one at the front desk all night means anyone can walk in. We left for work at 7 a.m. and arrived back at 6:30 p.m. Our room was not cleaned! No towels and garbage not emptied! Long day and just wanted to relax! Tool another hour to get towels!

Hotel was good for the price. Room was clean and comfortable; shower didn’t drain the best but it was clean. The hallways smelled pretty strongly of weed, but our room didn’t and neither did the lobby. Convenient location, and breakfast was reasonable for the price we paid.

Price was decent enough but outside of property was something to behold. I wasn’t sure if the place was open as grass wasn’t cut and they had dead trees. Breakfast could be better; not much variety. Better off paying for one down the street. Absolutely no water pressure in showers. Room itself was clean and hallways too.

It was a nice location and great property for price.

I came to the are to see my Granddaughter cheer in Madina. It was just a short drive away. The hotel was just off of 77. Easy to find even though there is alot of construction in the area. Visited two of the restaurant in the area Outback Steak as well at Dairy Queen. Overall had a good stay.

Good location and friendly staff

Great location! Very close to multiple restaurants and stores. The staff was very nice and checked in with us each time they saw us to see how things were going. The rooms were spacious but not the cleanest. My bed had hair between the sheets at check-in, scotch tape in multiple places on the walls and a bathroom sink with a stopper that would keep falling to plug the sink. The hotel did have a strong weed smell the day we checked-in, but was fine the next day. I personally wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Overall enjoyed our stay. Was pretty clean aside from what looked like a little mold on the wall by the air conditioning. Was a little annoying that for breakfast you have to ask for butter and cream cheese. Also the pool area is very nice when it’s open. We were able to swim one night and the next there was a closed sign on the door which the pool looked the same as it did the day before and based on reviews this seems to be a continuous issue whether they need a pool service to come in or the workers aren’t properly taking care of it the way they should. Having a young child choosing a hotel with an operating pool is a big factor for us and was disappointed in it being down. Also the location is pretty decent 15-20 mins from downtown with shopping centers within 5 mins of as convenient in that aspect.

We were very pleased with the hotel and the surrounding area. I felt safe and I didn't see anyone loitering. I would stay there again.

The staff sat in the back room rather than service their customers. Breakfast eggs and sausage looked like they were left over from days before. I don't recommend this hotel.

The staff was nice.The pool was down and has been down for a while. The room was nasty and they charged my card an extra 130 dollars and I still have not received it back if. If I have know the pool was down I would never stayed there .

The hotel was close to where I needed to be at a decent price. The morning breakfast buffet was limited but the food was hot and the woman who prepared breakfast station could not have been any nicer. Overall, i would stay at this location if and when I get back to this area.

The room was nothing to write home about. The breakfast was worse. The eggs were scrambled and almost totally gone. I could not make a waffle because the batter was out. I was going to grab a sweet roll but the were gone and I couldn't find any butter for toast. Needless to say, this was one of the most disappointing breakfast I have run into.

Room was clean and comfortable. Guy at check-in was pleasant but was not given a receipt. Also at 8:45 sunday morning there was no coffee left, a spoonful of eggs and some sausage!!! No cuos to put waffle batter in to pour in griddle. Was very disappointed. Stayed there because we wanted a breakfast.

We rented three rooms and we were a little disappointed to have to wait for three days before we got new towels and our room refreshed. One would think they would at least give you three towels if you have to wait three days.. next was breakfast, they were out of a lot of items.. toast but no butter, bagels but no cream cheese, no fruit, no forks, no yogurt… was told all three mornings they were waiting on a truck. My thought being from this industry that Walmart is just down the road, go buy supplies to get you by while you are waiting on the truck. Room was good, smelled good, looked pretty clean but the bed mattress is ready for an upgraded model. One of the three rooms I rented was skipped on the 3rd day refresh.. Desk staff were all very friendly and I guess for the price compared to some of the other hotels in the area it was a pretty good stay.
