Comfort Inn & Suites Copley Akron

We got the room with the hot tub but didn’t use it because it looked super old and unappealing. Honestly the place needs a a remodel. There were dirty towels in the bathroom. And the staff was not very friendly. I wish we would’ve stayed somewhere else. If I would of paid $70 for the room instead of $145 it would of been fine but if I’m getting the nicest room in the hotel my expectations are a lot higher.

The breakfast menu at this hotel property is second to none in the acronym area. The area like many metropolitan areas in Ohio is somewhat wanting. Comfort inn suites is certainly sweet in this area in my humble opinion

Great breakfast, was disappointed pool was closed for maintenance but staf was very apologetic. Room was clean and staff were great!

Great staff comfortable stay

Upon arrival, I had to wait at the front for approximately 10 minutes for an employee to arrive. The lobby was poorly lit and smelled like sewage waste. After I signed the mountain of papers, I was then given an old worn-out room key that look like it survived a war. When I got into my room I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. The room was still filthy!! There were crumbs all over the floor, pieces of hair on Most of the hard surfaces, old and worn out furniture. I asked the cleaning lady to spruce up the room, but that wasn't enough. I was forced to purchase cleaning supplies and clean the room myself because everything was disgusting. Everything looked like it was back from te early 2000s. This place needs a major renovation. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless they were homeless and had no other option.
