Great room! The breakfast is good. The only complaint we have is that the indoor pool was too cold. A few more degrees would be appreciated.

Standard hotel, continental breakfast, clean and comfortable with a pool and small gym.

Very convenient area for our stay. They were remolding the floor so the paint fumes were a little annoying, but everything else was nice. Pool was too small.

Elevators quit with my and our dog.. no visible maintenance or permits on the Elevator... Hair in the bathtub and dirt in the corners... Bathtub rusted through and leaks water... Bed was completely wore down on one side... chair loose and falling apart.. 1 floor is under construction which was not mentioned.... The is absolute trash for the price

We were in town just for one night so to be honest, our expectations weren’t that high. The pool was shut down. So was the gym. Worst breakfast we’ve ever had at a Hampton. Ever. But the bed was comfortable, the room (which formerly had a jacuzzi in it) was huge and clean, and the shower had good water pressure, so it was good enough for what we needed.

I was very disappointed that the property did not have an EV charging station as advertised online. It was a lie.

Very helpful staff - only stayed one night but was able to check in early and got a noon checkout. Room was clean and spacious. Pool was great, breakfast was really great. Check-in was a breeze. Overall a great time.

we were placed where we can see lights from the highway and worse could hear it well. if only the cars passing by were like counting sheep in my sleep then we would rate our stay better. The noise didnt help woth my child with special needs. The room was not cleaned. you can tell by the corners of the room were very dusty. Thankfully we brought our slippers. we asked for extra pillow to see if it will help but we were given one. sadly this stay was disappointing as this is usually our go to hotel when we are in town.

Took several photos of our room due to the terrible condition. Floors were incredibly dirty, hair and dust all over the bathroom, TP on the floor, grime all in the bathroom floor corners etc.. beds were clean and comfy surprisingly and the breakfast was good. However I would not stay again with the room condition like that for all three rooms i reserved.

I make reservations based on reviews & was shocked how this property has a high review rating. The room was atrocious! Greasy substance all over mirror frame. Bathroom smelled of old urine—like a bad truck stop. INCHES of dark funk & filth in corners in front of shower-thought it was dead leaves. Had to DIG IT ALL UP to show desk clerk. Gag! She seemed more grossed out by the fact that I brought it to her (in toilet paper b/c no tissue was restocked) and had to clean her desk with gloves and wipes before moving me to another room. It was after 2 am. I had to go remove my items from the funky room. She said she would inform the manager. We check out tomorrow after a 4 night stay and I have not heard a word from anyone. Was given new room-no couch like paid for. Said it was all they had. Just glad it was a king. Whirlpool room— didn’t care about that at all. We needed/wanted a couch. Room wasn’t clean—big surprise! Floor had crumbs all over. Hair, dust, toilet paper pieces under bed, nightstand, mattress cover, & bathroom vanity, Tray with ice bucket filthy with food residue and crumbs. Tip of tv stand, Nightstand drawers, & Fridge had gross junk in them or smeared on them. Looked like boogers on the bathroom shower wall. Spider in whirlpool tub. Gnats in the bathroom sink. Spent almost TWO HOURS & countless wipes scrubbing down the entire place. Didn’t get to sleep until well after 5:00 am after unpacking This ruined plans for our following vacation day! DONT STAY HERE

I was disappointed in the room not being really clean. Room 203 toliet appeared to have poop stains in it. The desk had a sticky substance all along the front top edge where you sit. The rooms fridge also was turned all the way up to 7 and the entire inside back was iced up so it was not cold and they had no replacement that night. Waiting until next day does not help us get cold bottled water or keep out dinner leftovers from spoiling. Not being able to get fridge taken care of is rrason for 2 star staffing and room rrason for w stars for clean

The room was infested with flies. Complained and checked out early. Stated no other rooms available. Manager off duty, customer service rep would not issue refund or give receipt for check out. Customer service rep stated it was summer flies are expected to be a problem.

Room was dirty. Hair shavings on bathroom counter. Mold falling from sink... so disgusting! And hair in and in the bed.

The checking staff was very friendly and sweet. The surrounding area is seedy. My biggest issue was that we essentially were there just to sleep and I had a very poor sleep there. It didn’t feel very clean. The linens on the bed were odd, essentially a sheet with a thin comforter and around this thin comforter was a semi-duvet, which only went around the edges and kept falling off to reveal and comforter that had some stains on it. The bathroom had hair around the sink, one of the towels had stains. I ended up pulling the comforter off the bed completely and slept with just the sheet pulled up on me. We weren’t there long enough to complain, but that was my experience.

This place was dirty had bugs and the floors were not clean I found a nipple ring on the floor. This place is nasty and not safe for families or pets.

Beds are just ok. Very thin walls noise from above was very bad

Very nice hotel. Good breakfast and pool. Room and washroom were clean. Only issue was the sound. There was a young family next room and we could hear the baby crying the whole night. Would have been excellent if there was some sort of sound proofing in between rooms.

The room was very spacious, much larger than other standard hotel rooms.

The biggest issue is the aircon kept switching off in the night and interrupting the sleep

everything was great except the Soundproofing was so poor. The guy walking above just driving me crazy.

Very clean, comfortable and relatively quiet. But no ability to charge devices was a shock! Invest in a couple hubs to help the techies please!

Great prices but the bed was so uncomfortable along with the pillows and then by 2 am it got very loud and noisy

Guest services was outstanding at check-in and check-out. We did have a chance to talk with evening staff - Bella. She was very friendly and helped us to navigate Niagara Falls. We had an enjoyable stay.

Staff was friendly and efficient, facilities are clean, and accommodations were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed there part of our honeymoon. The front staff who checked us in was not very welcoming. Even though I had called after booking to tell my stay was for my honeymoon. They did nothing extra in the room, not even a note or anything. When I asked the staff said she gave me an upgraded room. Keep in mind the so call upgrade was the same room I had selected and paid extra for. SMH! I am sure if I’m ever in that area again I will not be staying at that location.

All good but there was a problem with our reservation, the staff did not realize that we had in fact book three rooms with TWO different third party providers. So when we canceled ONE of the third party reservations the HOTEL canceled BOTH of the reservations in ERROR, which caused use to only have ONE room available under another name, and not the TWO rooms we booked.

There were ants in the room. I had to leave for an emergency a day early. I was told the manager would give me a call to see if I could receive a refund or partial refund. No one called at all. I called several times to speak with the manager and kept being told the manager wasn't there, even though on each day before calling I was advised to call at a certain time and ask for the manager "Johanna". I spoke with my cousin and she stated she was told the manager was male and definitely not named "Johanna". I definitely will not return.

Upon arrival I have experienced the worst welcome service from the staff. Meaning there was no greetings at all. Even though I have greeted them. Two ladies were sitting at the front desk and talking to themselves without even looking at me. Staff at the breakfast service are attentive and smily.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable for our family, included breakfast was a big plus, the location of the hotel is the only thing that we didn’t like it, it is far from the falls, and have to drive to there 13-15min

Really great and conveniently located off of the interstate. I thought it was going to be loud but our room faced the front parking and didn’t hear a thing. Some guests were loud in the middle of the night but not really the hotel’s fault. Lots of stores around if you need anything and good driving distance from Niagara Falls and Little Italy which we drove to.

Hotel in a business district not the falls 15 minutes away from the falls. You need to make sure you book at the rainbow hampton no the niagara falls balavard hampton or you will have to drive to the falls,casino, more .

Breakfast options were great, easy access to Niagara Falls blvd attractions.

Nice property but the add in Expedia said next to falls, was a 10/15 minute drive

It was great due to its location, close to highway, included breakfast, and free parking!

Room is clean. Location is good to things to eat and it is easy to get to the falls. Breakfast is OK.

The property is great! Getting into it, was not ideal - we arrived late and had to drive through the RedRoof Inn Parking lot and there seemed to be some odd sketchy things going on there.

The hotel is too far away from the falls and not a desirable place to walk. Need a car to access the main attractions in Niagara Falls.

Great hotel staff, clean rooms and facilities, and good breakfast. Exterior grounds could use some R&R and location/area wasn’t ideal (about 12 minutes from Niagara Falls and streets/businesses were rundown).

Good stay but Too much noise coming from Rm above us each night. Fri breakfast was excellent except the loud obnoxious music playing but Sat breakfast had squishy potatoes and distasteful cheesy omelet and apple juice was watered down Pkg lot was full of ice for walking.

The check-in staff was unprofessional. By 9:30, the food was out with no refill.
