Laundry not work about 1 week , service and cleaning service need improve

Extremely disappointing-First room had a pungent smell and sheets that did not fit the bed only to reveal a huge stain that resembled blood on the mattress. Tried to get new bedding but was given too small of bedding. When that was returned, we were told they don’t have access to housekeeping at night. That was at 5:00 in the evening. Switched rooms where we didn’t have bedding for the pullout couch. We were told there wasn’t anymore bedding to give out, so we had no sheets or a pillow case for the bed. Second room was by the front so even with the curtains closed, it was like a billboard was right outside our window. Pool was not heated and freezing cold.

Every ting about the stay was great. The continental breakfast and seating area was amazing and having a kitchen in the room was great while having children on the trip. The only negative is that the children went down to swim and it was closed for 2 days and then when it opened the room was cold and the water was freezing. If you have an indoor pool, it should be heated along with the room.

Nice facility, however some "wear and tear" that could be repaired without much expense (elevator signage/decals). Breakfast staff was okay, but not overly courteous. Great location. Parking garage gate not working.

Large room with a full kitchen! New outlets with usb port. There are some repairs needs to be addressed, including the swimming pool which is closed the whole time, only one exercise machine working out of 6, parking lots is a little messy. Overall, very good and will stay again!

The room was very clean and nice. Nice staff as well. I really appreciated the level 2 Tesla charger as it was free as it more than made up for the parking fee.

The property was under renovation so areas likt the pool were unavailable. when we got to our room the floor had not been vacuumed and the toilet was not cleaned very well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to us and thr3breakfast bar had an okay variety of things to eat. I'm sure the cleaning thing is just an oversight but it put a damper on my experience there. It seems like it is trying to be a luxury hotel and isnt quite there yet. Overall a good experience.

I enjoyed the room. The breakfast and parking. It would have been perfect but the heater in the pool being out was a huge bummer. It was my daughters 8th birthday and to drive all the way there to swim in a freezing pool was unfortunate. I chose this location largely because of the pool. My kids still tried to swim but ended up with runny noses this morning. I would stay again if they could fix that.

Elevator not working for days- staff was not aware. Tv was not working properly. No coffee in the room.

The bathtub was dirty and moldy. And there were bugs in the bed. We asked to change room but they said nothing was available.

Room had no phone to call front desk… room had roach.

Very clean and great location

I would love to give this property a perfect grade, but my husband walked into the bathroom and found a roach in the shower. The hotels was booked so they could not move us to another room. Being after midnight, there was not much we could do, they did however comp our last nights stay.

Clean rooms, the only down side at all was that housekeeping didn’t clean the room or pick up trash on the second or third day. Breakfast was very good as well.

We stayed at this same hotel 4-5 years ago for the first time and enjoyed our stay so much with good memories. However, when we returned this past week, the condition of the hotel was not so good. The hotel must have been poorly managed; elevator buttons were missing, and they had not been inspected for safety since last year. The shower head was dirty with so much mildew. There were molds and scum here and there in the bathroom and shower booth. The king-size bed was old and uncomfortable. The sofa bed was not provided with an extra blanket; we had to use our blanket for the entire stay of one week. The hotel room had cracks and marks here and there, including carpets. Towels were poorly folded; some of them were on top of the closet. The water purifier at the gym did not contain water. Cups were not available either. The parking space was not enough. Staffs were ok. We would give 2.5 out of 5, or 5 out of 10.

My room had bedbugs

Room wasn’t sent as clean as really Should’ve been. Hair on the showering gels and shampoos, bottom of shower floor was pretty dirty, super dusty in the bathroom and sink area. Also there’s a ton of renovation going on and the elevator buttons were physically broken outside of the doors so you were pushing into the wall lol. Also there was a dirty washcloth and old food stuck inside of the refrigerator walls, it was gross. Thankfully I only stayed there for one night. Definitely would suggest to others not staying here in the near future.

We stayed here for one night on our way down to Florida. Arrived shortly after 3pm and checked in right away. Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was easy, there is a small lot right outside and underground parking. The room was huge. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Area outside the bathroom with sink and mirror that is separate from toilet and shower. Breakfast was great with lots of options. This hotel was very clean and we felt very safe during our stay.

Room was clean and modern for the most part. It was quiet and comfortable!

The room was so beautiful a mini apartment. So spacious and the lighting was perfect. I will choose this place again.

Noisy 4th floor sounded like they was moving tables/stomping during late hours of the night

We made sure to get space for us as a couple and our two 11-yr old sons. The quality of the pullout couch for our sons was horrible. Almost every inch of the mattress had a spring poking in their back while laying down. I thought about asking for a replacement mattress but I didn’t do it. I never thought mattress quality would be an issue, even with a pullout couch.

The room was huge! A full kitchen and sitting area. The breakfast was hot and amazing. The room and hotel was spotless!

This hotel has recently been renovated. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean & had everything we needed. The beds have firm mattresses so if you like soft beds this may not make for good nights rest. Lighting is a little dim in the bathroom and in the parking garage. Entrance for the front of the hotel is up around the hill and behind the road so be prepared to go in and around to check in. Hotel hallways were very clean and smelled new. Breakfast had everything you would want to get a good hot meal and a nice cup of coffee before departing. I highly recommend this hotel because of the location and quiet business part of town. Easy on and off the highway if needing to get places quickly too!

Nice, affordable hotel. I liked that it had a separate room for the bedroom and also had a kitchen. This helps the room not feel so small. However, the hotel does need some updating and better cleaning. The carpet smelled very old.

Awful stay. AC very noisy (loud) impossible to sleep

No complaints. A very comfortable suite style hotel with good size rooms and walk in showers which I like.

Customer Service with Ms/Mrs. Clara was very nice and sweet. She made sure my family and I were good to go. Text to check and see if we needed anything. Was able to assist with our other party on the same floors. Check in process was a breeze! I would definitely recommend this location ! Until next time !

I didn't like that it took an hour to check in with Daquan and his faulty system. 1st key, someone was in the room. 2nd key, someone else was in the room . 3rd key , he went upstairs to check for himself and to our own surprise someone mustve been in there for us to happen to get a 4th key to a different room and floor. Check in was rough. No apologies neither. Only person to apologize was on the 2nd to last day. We were going to extend our stay but we ended up just leaving before even speaking to a proper manager on site.

The staff was excellent!

Biggest gripe is they wrongfully charge you for use of water they place in rooms, EVEN WHEN YOU DONT USE IT! Two times I’ve stayed there and they did it to me. Note on water says if you’re a Hilton Honors member there is no charge. I’m HH member and told them at check in. When I called to get my money back, and complained about having charge made to my credit card. Clerk hung up on me. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE TO INCREASE PROFIT.

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times since its opening. It’s convenient, easily accessible off of GA 400 and a Hilton property. Being a loyal Honors member for more than a decade (with their branded AMEX), I have come to enjoy little recognition gestures like waters at check in, an occasional upgrade / and or late checkout. None of this occurred this trip which in itself is fine. What I have a huge issue is with the fact that my reservation was prepaid this trip, and it clearly shows that on my Hilton app, as well as calls to Hilton Honors. I checked in on Thursday 6/27, presented my AMEX for incidentals of $25 per day (as a hold) - checked out on Saturday 6/29. No incidentals are available so i expected the hold to fall off - to my surprise that a $190.74 charge posted to my AMEX. I called the property on Tuesday and was told they were under new management…guest services said all they could see was that I was charged that amount my for incidentals and no notes were given, but that the manager (who was on property) would call me within 20-30 minutes. I waited for several hours and nothing…I called Hilton Honors, waited on hold for 45 minutes. Two representatives later and they too did not show this charge on their side. A “case” was created that has to go back to the same management for follow up. It’s now 36 hours later and still no follow up / no ownership. At this point I’m going to dispute the charge with AMEX and post this to every social media outlet.

Thr manager Justin was phenomenal! He was very upbeat, spoke to everyone, I even saw this man cleaning up the parking lot. The 2 people on night shift from when I checked in were awesome also. Every one was very welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

I was trying to ring front desk to let them know I would be booking in late around 11pm and to see if this was okay, I started calling around 3pm and finally got someone to take my call around 8pm , I called 8 times , either got no answer or put on hold and no one came back ,and even got hung up on, I had booked 2 rooms both sleep 6 , yet in the bathroom you get 3 towels one room had 4 and the other 5 people, very disappointed in the accommodation

The staff was very friendly. Convenient location to access the highway or catch Marta train. Plenty of shopping options available in walking distance. Free garage parking is a plus.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I have stayed at! The staff were very friendly, easy check-in, and the room was spotless! The studio room was very spacious, updated, and modern. The hotel was in a safe area and only 10 min from the Braves stadium. Highly recommend!!!

Only problem was that the hotel was a little away from walkable stores or shopping areas. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Staff was mostly helpful and the property was clean and maintained.

Great value and a nice Hotel in Atlanta, close to the cool Dunwoody area.

Grt8 location and safe area

This location was near plenty of shopping and dining options. Easy access to interstate. Will definitely stay here next time in town.

Location was perfect to get around to activities

Cleanliness was great, breakfast was horrible both days. How do you mess up eggs and the hash browns tasted like they were fried the day before. Next morning breakfast was just as bad. Lobby's AC and possibly 1st floor AC went out and was unpleasant hot. Asked for towels, and the front desk was out, all they had was wash cloths.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great. Worth its price for all you get.

The room was nice and clean. There were a few things we didn’t like. The room had no hand soap, the remote for tv had no batteries. Our room key didn’t work the night before we left. The breakfast on Thanksgiving was cold and there were not enough plates.

They were out of a lot of things for breakfast. We ended up going somewhere else to eat. We he staff didn’t seem like they want to help nor cared too.

This property was very clean and the front desk staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast, however, is terrible.

Food was absolutely disgusting. Food that I personally don't feed my children and family. Everyday some type of egg that was clearly imitation poured as scrambled or egg sandwich or egg pattie. Breakfast sausage that tasted and had a texture similar to a loofa seasoned with salt and pepper. Fake waffle syrup, which by now we all know corn syrup is not good for us, especially given to children. Hard baggles that even toasting couldn't bring any freshness to them. If you were not in the kitchen by 7:30 the special of the day was always gone and they'd just replace with those awful breakfast sausages. One day I finally saw bacon and put enough to take to the room for my kids since they were still sleeping. The kitchen lady noticed that I had more than a person's portion and quickly removed the bacon tray and brought out the nasty sausage again. Only to notice her take a covered plate of bacon to some guest's table that she seemed to know. I personally chose the hotel due to the option of breakfast, but was a huge mistake on my part. The rooms were ok. Not the most comfortable bed, but I have seen worse. Price point is definitely high in comparisom to service and quality. The location was good and it felt safe.

Clean hotel. Breakfast was great. Pool was clean and stocked with towels. Parking is tight but it works. 20 minutes to aquarium and the ballpark.

Room was nice and had everything needed in kitchen. We booked a stay for 2 adults and 2 children with 1 king bed and a double pullout sofa. No bedding was in the room for the sleeper sofa and when i called the desk to inquire, i was told i needed to come to the front desk to get it. It would have been better if it was in the room or offered at checkin based on the beds and occupancy indicated in my reservation. Also, only 3 bath towels for 4 people and shower gel container was empty ( no bath soap given). These are large containers on shower wall that had not been checked and filled prior to our one night stay. Breakfast was substandard. Attendant was obviously overwhelmed as everything from food, beverages, and plates and utensils were empty the entire 30 minutes we were there. Line to make a waffle was 30 minutes because there is only one waffle maker. 2 would be an easy solution. Sausages were undercooked and eggs were cold. Had the area been stocked properly and food cooked and warmed well, it would have been a very nice breakfast. Hotel and room is clean and very nice looking.

Honestly it kinda was shocking. Water dispenser didn’t work since we checked in. Pool was light green. Floors by air conditioning are soaking wet which is bad because it’s right above the curtains to the window to get natural light in. Food was the same thing 4 days in a row. Nothing different or new. Or fresh. Eggs were over cooked. Etc.
