The property wasn't even close to how advertised. It was filthy dirty. There was trash and broken appliances right outside our room door. Inside, there were huge burn holes in the bedding and curtains. The walls had painted-over bugs. There was dried blood on the walls. The bathroom was disgusting. When we requested an immediate refund, it was issued, but by the time I pulled out, the owner had reapplied another charge - which I am still waiting to be refunded a week later. There were three separate charges that he applied to my account, none of which matched my booking price. I'm disgusted that Expedia even has this property listed on their site and as a whole, the health department should go in and shut this place down.

We have stayed at this hotel over the years ( 15 ) and have always been pleases with our rooms. How ever this time the room was NOT what I had expected. Paint peeling of the doors, holes in the woodwork and under the entry door. The hand bar soap had previously been used and looked like one of the wash cloths and towel had been used. Not what 100.00 was worth. SORRY

I had to check out a day early and spoke to the front desk attendant the night before and was assured there would be no issues or fees. The first room they put us in was filthy and it stank. So they offered us a second room which was cleaner but the tv didn’t work, the toilet was clogged so we couldn’t use it and there were roaches crawling up the walls. We left there and spent the night at a different hotel.

Our room had a horrible smell, property knew about the smell as they stuck a wax melt warmer in the room, to try and cover it up.. They told me the room has a dog smell, let me tell ya unless the dog died in the room and they left it to decompose for several weeks, thats no dog smell. Also there was blood droplets all over the floor and on one of the bed comforters, and on the bathroom floor.. so maybe the dog did die.. Theres was no hot water, we gave up and left and wasted 75.00..

When we arrived at the hotel. Upon checking in i was surprised by them charging my card 60 bucks for something i have no clue of. I paid what yall were charging and usually thats it. When i get to my room it doesnt have a working hot tub or jets theres spiders and roaches everywhere. I went and asked the front desk clerk and he informed me there was no hot tub or suite anymore there but thats what i was under the impression i was reserving when i did. There was dead bugs all over the room and the water from the clogged jets was dark black and muddy like. Then our room is opened by someone i have no clue who she was but that was rude and it wasnt check out yet. So why did she open my rooms door.

The room was filthy. My husband and I checked in and I began our usual hotel routine of wiping down light switches, the counter, toilet, and floors. But the place was disgusting. 1. I used the hotel soap and put it beside the faucet. When I picked it up again, the bottom side had black and brown smears on it. 2. The wipes used to clean the countertop ended up brown 3. The wet Swiffer floor wipes ended up black 4. I also found a long hair on one of the dingy towels and noticed that the coffee pot had built-up dust all over it We had to go to meet family, but when we came back, my husband took photos of: 5. The broken vent in the bathroom 6. The hole in the bathroom door that looks like a large rat chewed through it 7. And, the brownish/reddish/orange stains on the bed sheet. It was late, but we thought it would be worth all the hours to drive back home. My husband said the clerk didn't even seem surprised when he handed in the key and told him we were leaving because the room was dirty. He asked for a refund and was told no. We paid $113 to not sleep with bedbugs. Yes, it was worth it to drive all the way back home, but it would be nice to get a refund.

This place is a dump. I suppose the scratch-off machines in the lobby and piles of boxes in the breakfast area might have been the first clue. Even for the low price it was worse than I expected. The non-smoking room smelled like stale smoke, mold on the bathroom ceiling, cracks and holes in the walls and tile, stained towels, etc. Someone was weeding out in the parking lot and put boxes of weeds in the walkway to the rooms. At check-in I was told breakfast started at 6:00. At 6:10 all the lights were off in the breakfast area and no one responded when I called the office. When I left at 6:20 it was all still dark. I would never stay there again.

This is it was very horrible compared to the last time we stayed there. There were burn holes in the sheets and comforters. Which that really didn't bother us that much. There was mold on the night stands. The shower was not very clean and there was mold in it. Also the shower curtain rod was close to falling. The air conditioning unit looked like it wanted to fall apart although it did work great. There was a pretty big dent in the wall. I was just very surprised considering it looked more well kept the last time we had stayed there.

Room wasnt bad. Stains on sheets. Ac worked not as well as I woulda liked. I Worked nightshift was rhere for 4 weeks. Grateful housekeeping didnt try to clean my room throughout day. That is maun thing i was happy about. Rebivations were veing done. Vehicle alarms would start going off throughout night. Random times. Parking was adquate. Had to play musical parking. Had one work truck that took up 2 spots most of the time. But over all wasnt a bad stay. Contrary to other posts there was no bedbugs. Never tried breakfast so can not comment on that.

Waited outside in the middle of the night for 10 mins an had to call head office to even get key! Then she came out basically mad didn’t even say one word to me gave me a key didnt tell me where room was located or anything i said have a good night she rolled her eyes an walked away. This hotel stay was the worst part of my stay in Tennessee. The staff was not accommodating. Every towel and face rag in the room was filthy like it had been used, folded and put back on the shelf. It was just an unpleasant stay and I feel I should have been compensated for being inconvenienced.

This property had drug addicts and prostitution. The room was disgusting, and gave off a vibe that pornos were shot there. The bathroom was absolutely gross. I showered at an entirely different location. I broke out in hives. The curtain in the room was barely hanging on. I would have left the second I got there, but it was non refundable. I’m angry it was even an option on Expedia.
