The hotel is just right in the terminal 2, good place to rest after long hour flight while waiting for the next flight in next morning. There is 7-11 store next to the hotel, to buy cup noodle and tea/coffee, as late night most resto are closed. But just do not expect to have kettle in the room, you need to go outside to the front desk, they will gladly pour hot drink/water for you. Room is very clean.

The hotel is behind security in the transfer terminal. The rooms are bare. No windows, barely enough room to turn around. No restaurant or bar. If you have an overnight connection in Seoul book early because there only a few rooms.

There was no kettle in the hotel for me, which I understand is probably for safety issues in the airport. One of the lady at the reception had offered me hot water from their machine at the reception area (this was at 10pm/22:00 time frame to 11pm/23:00), when I got back to ask for hot water at 12am, it was a different lady and she refused to give me hot water unless I have a tumbler (not everyone travel internationally with a tumbler since that would be inconvenient..). I asked her if she could give me hot water in those paper cups that was on the counter, but she refused to. She was gonna grab those paper cups initially thinking I was gonna buy a latte from the reception, so I know those paper cups are to be used (this case looks like only for people that pay for coffee, but still I paid for the hotel and asking for just one paper cup is not an outrageous thing to do.) But yea, I was sick that day and had a sore throat and was hoping for some hot water, but couldn’t get any because I didn’t have a tumbler with me while travelling internationally 😫😒

Nice way to break up a trip. Smallish riom, no window, but good shower, bed, TV and quiet. Note you only get 12 hours - pay $10/hour beyond that. There is a great priority pass lounge right next door.

The hotel is decent for a transit hotel, but there are a few issues. 1. The rooms do not have windows meaning there is no natural light at all. It would be nice to have a view of the tarmac or terminal. 2. While the room seemed clean at first, I noticed the area under the bed was very dusty as I stored my luggage there. I assume it has not been vacuumed in a long time. 3. My room had visible signs or wear and tear like wallpaper coming off the walls or scuff marks. 4. The shower does not have a clothes line making drying wet clothing inconvenient. The shower door does have a handle on it where clothes could be dried. 5. It would be nice to have multiple USB power outlets in the room especially next to the bed. There is only 1 USB power outlet on the small desk area. The power outlets next to the bed are the South Korean style and I could not use my North American devices with them. The power outlet on the desk area seemed loose. My North American power adapter worked in it, but it would fall out easily. 6. It would be nice to have at least 1 English language TV channel. 7. I receieved a discount coupon for breakfast at the Matina Lounge, but the food was mediocre at best. I arrived at 6 am, but there was a very large line when I left the lounge at 8 am.

Room wasn't bad i was happy with it because of the convenience of it being in the airport. My only complaint was it wasn't as clean as it should be. The toilet seat had a poop smear on it. I wasn't going to be there long so i didn't say anything to staff. I just cleaned it myself.

The room was comfortable and clean. There was no hand soap, so we used the shower body wash. The floors were not very clean, but I understand the turnover for these rooms are high. Room is tight (bed took up almost the whole floor plan), but again, it's a transit hotel, so I am just grateful for the convenience.

I stayed at the Transit Hotel during a layover at ICN. The room exceeded my expectations. It was more spacious than I had expected. The room was furnished nicely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was perfect for a relaxing layover and a great nights sleep. I will definitely book again on future trips!

I have been working with the property to get a refund due to not being able to access the hotel because we were directed through customs. The hotel has not been cooperating with us even though they are FULLY AWARE of what happened as it was transpiring because we were in contact with them from the other side of the airport.

It was not clear when purchasing that we will not be able to reach this terminal 2 hotel from terminal 1, until close to the date of stay when hotel sent a message about it (by which time no more rooms were available in transit hotel on terminal 1).

The Expedia listing does not clearly state that you need to be a Transit passenger only and will not be allowed in if you are not. I had a morning flight and booked that hotel for an overnight stay but was denied entry. Needless to say, Expedia refused to refund.

The hotel is just right in the terminal 2, good place to rest after long hour flight while waiting for the next flight in next morning. There is 7-11 store next to the hotel, to buy cup noodle and tea/coffee, as late night most resto are closed. But just do not expect to have kettle in the room, you need to go outside to the front desk, they will gladly pour hot drink/water for you. Room is very clean.

"Right place, right time" is really the hallmark of this location. It was so nice not having to leave the terminal for the layover. We got there late so the food options were limited, but it gave us an opportunity to check out some local food and snacks at the 7/11 in the terminal. The staff was great. They were very pleasant and friendly.

The hotel is behind security in the transfer terminal. The rooms are bare. No windows, barely enough room to turn around. No restaurant or bar. If you have an overnight connection in Seoul book early because there only a few rooms.

The location of the airport hotel is easy to find. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Dislikes: Very few eating opportunities in terminal 2. All were closed by the time we arrived.

I love there was a Transit hotel. Made my very long layover tolerable. Wish there was more food options in terminal 2. Mostly local food options which are all basically the same. Some Western food options would have been nice. Otherwise a great airport.

Amazing experience. Very convenient. Closer to gate/terminal 3. Lots of duty free shops closeby. There is a food court right across the hotel but if you are looking for anything american/fastfood then its not for you. They offer korean food only. Funkin donuts might be 5 mins walk. Overall fantastic stay. Comfy beds & shower was a plus.

The hotel is decent for a transit hotel, but there are a few issues. 1. The rooms do not have windows meaning there is no natural light at all. It would be nice to have a view of the tarmac or terminal. 2. While the room seemed clean at first, I noticed the area under the bed was very dusty as I stored my luggage there. I assume it has not been vacuumed in a long time. 3. My room had visible signs or wear and tear like wallpaper coming off the walls or scuff marks. 4. The shower does not have a clothes line making drying wet clothing inconvenient. The shower door does have a handle on it where clothes could be dried. 5. It would be nice to have multiple USB power outlets in the room especially next to the bed. There is only 1 USB power outlet on the small desk area. The power outlets next to the bed are the South Korean style and I could not use my North American devices with them. The power outlet on the desk area seemed loose. My North American power adapter worked in it, but it would fall out easily. 6. It would be nice to have at least 1 English language TV channel. 7. I receieved a discount coupon for breakfast at the Matina Lounge, but the food was mediocre at best. I arrived at 6 am, but there was a very large line when I left the lounge at 8 am.

It’s quite small, which is understandable. They should have hooks or hangers in the bathroom for towels or clothes. There is no where to put clean towels inside the bathroom.. overall good given we are inside the airport. Book early.
